Lucien didn't have to imagine too hard to visualize the messy costumes and off-colored wigs--among other things--that probably contributed to the "should not cosplay" side that Cait was talking about. He wrinkled his nose at the mental image, but simply shrugged as he gestured towards her outfit with his free hand. "For what it's worth, now that I--kind of--know who you're dressed as, your costume is pretty impressive." Not that he really knew what Euphemia looked like, but the dress was quite nice (he...he supposed) and the wig was not an eye-searingly shade of pink, which was a good thing in his books.
"Can't say that I haven't been subjected to my own fair share of teasing," The young man muttered dryly, sighing, "Not really bullying, mind you, but being a bookworm certainly wasn't the most popular role in high school." Of course, that hadn't stopped him from retaining his introverted personality even now.

Cait felt herself warm up inside at the compliment. She always liked hearing her outfits looked good. "Well, thank you very much!" She said brightly. This was one she was particularly fond of. The whole ensemble came together quite well and none of the colors were too garish or too silly.
Cait nodded somberly. "It's probably for the best I have to wear a uniform to school, I don't think going in cosplay would go well but I'd be far too tempted if I could." She laughed quietly. "Oh, do I ever know how bad it is to be a bookworm."
