James LeoHe was checking out and chuckled,"See you around.", he said. Watching her leave until no longer in his line of sight. He made small talk to the cashier. After the books were bought he walked back to his Mustang. Putting the books in the back seat. He then texted Athena who just replied 'At festival n Idk plans for tonight'. With a raised eyebrow he gone back to the home page on his phone. Before turning the screen off and pocketing in his pants. Soon he was taking his time to get to the festival
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnOnce she got her food she paid. Balancing the plate in her hand. With her drink between her arm and breast. So she could pluck fries off. Noticing a human male talking to her. Her eyebrow gone up,"Yes? What is it that caught your fancy?", she asked, almost formally or just out of 'medieval' speaking. Medieval fairs is some thing she gone to a lot. Aside from the books she read. Hearing her phone go off. Some how she managed to get it out of her purse and reply to James. Before stuffing the phone into her bra. Clearly unshy of things like that.

Mel was actually enjoying herself at the festival. It was medieval, but fun. Nobody really dressed the part; mostly because nobody had owned those clothes in years. Roy, as any typical playboy, didn't blush. He watched how she held her drink and food, and smiled. She looked easy. "Easily everything. Hon, you're beautiful." he said, laying on the compliments thick. It was easy. He admitted he flirted alot. He wasn't really dating Mel. She was a great girl and all, but she was almost too shy for his taste. Almost. He was still testing that, but it was hard since she hardly said anything. He did notice the medieval speaking, and found he liked it. He watched her reply to a text, and then stuff it in her bra. Well that was a pleasant surprise.

James LeoHe finally got into the festival and took his time. Just looking around at different stands. Enjoying the sight and smell of leather bound books. With out a second thought he bought four total. Two for him, one for Athena, and one for his-future-mate. Carrying the books in a cloth bag he smiled and noticed Athena from through a stand. She seemed to be talking to a guy. Staying back he watched curiously.

But nay if you don't know how to handle a temptress.", she remarked. She knew she was beautiful, gorgeous, hot, sexy, and many other things by men, humans and were-men alike. Snacking on fries with her eyes half lazied. Like she was bored or growing bored with him. Though most would call her eyes 'bedroom' eyes. Well her eyes ran over his body a few times.

Mel sighed as she closed her eyes. This was relaxing. She wondered what happened to that boy she was talking to earlier. Did he actually come to the festival? He did say he wasn't one for social events, but his sister could be here. Did she look as gorgeous as him?

Roy smirked. She was hot, but she didn't fall for him so easily. A challenge. He liked challenges. "I see you're not an easy one. And I'm very sure I can handle you." he said. He stepped closer to her, and draped an arm around her shoulder. He shamelessly looked her up and down.

James LeoAmused he continued to watch. Then he left wanting Athena to tell him what happened. Walking around he thought he spotted Mel. But he hung back and watched her. News of Riverdancing came about and he raised an eyebrow. The stage of where the music was being played had cleared. As people on both sides of the stage started to warm up.
He then gone and sat down on a bench half way near the stage. So he could watch the show. Despite his 'hearing' which was more of selective. He loved how people could move their feet so fast.
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnShe took a bite of her burger and put it back onto her plate. When he stepped closer she raised an eyebrow. Smell of steel dust was on him. She knew some one with that scent as well. Noticing his arm around her shoulder she rolled her eyes only to drink her tea.
"'T'na!!!", some one called. Only for her to look around. Soon a blonde haired woman about her age but taller came up to her. Wearing an Irish Step Dance dress. "What is it hon'?", she asked. Getting out of Roy's hold. Being a bit out of breath. 'Hon'' held up a finger and finally caught her breath. "I... We... You River dance yes?", Hon asked. "Yeah, I did with friends at their house back in the day.", she remarked. "You know 'Lord of the Dance' ending number? We're doing that and we need one other girl to get the numbers equal.", Hon then put her hands together to plea Athena.
All Athena did was shrug,"Sure. Let me guess one of the girls sprang her ankle in shoes to tall.", she threw her food and drink away. Well walking off with 'Hon' leaving Roy hanging. Clearly acting like a 'witch'. But she did not want to be 'easy' for any one.

Mel eventually got out her sketchbook, and started to draw the band how she saw them performing. Occasionally she would look up to see their faces. She hoped they started playing again soon. Although they used old instruments, and there wasn't any singing, it sounded really good.

Roy knew this girl wasn't gonna be easy. If she was...well it wouldn't be so fun now, would it? He watched as a girl interrupted and felt a flash of anger. He was trying to have a good time before the hunt. He watched as she left, and knew he was out of luck. He sighed. At least he could look for Mel. She should be around somewhere. Again, he was teetering on the edge with her. Taking her for granted. He could always depend on her being there, and she went unoticed by most guys because of her shy nature. Though still a possibilty for him.
He went looking by the band, knowing she ususally daydreamed or started drawing after listening to music, and sure enough, there she was. Drawing again. Wordlessly he sat next to her, waiting for her to finish drawing. Normally nothing could snap her out of it.

James LeoHe noticed Melanie and glanced at her. Well 'watching' the other people. Soon the stage was cleared. As dancers were now warming up. After a few moments the musicians moved to the wings. And soon seeing Irish Step Dancers with Athena coming onto the stage.
Athena stood out with her curled red hair. Even in a black Irish Step Dancing dress her skin stood out some more. Her jumps where a bit higher then other girls her size.
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnSoon was changed and found some hard shoes to fit her feet. She was warming up out of sight with 'Hon'. Soon the music started up again. But now the musicians were out of sight in the wings. Before she knew it she was walking onto the stage. Her arms like every one else's. Even her feet matched their timing. As she danced a smile came across her face.

Mel finally finished drawing, and smiled to herself. She put away her sketchbook and noticed Roy. She smiled at him, but said nothing since the dance was starting. Which was more like she was looking for an excuse not to talk to him. She was still shy around him. She noticed one girl on the stage more than the rest. A really beautiful girl with red curly hair. And not just because of the contrast. It was just the way she moved and looked. It reminded her of James. Maybe this was the sister he spoke of. They moved the same way but looked different...maybe they got different sides of the family?

Roy noticed the girl up on stage. Looks like he wouldn't get lucky tonight. Too bad she had a brain, though most girls who looked THAT good did have quite a manipulative mind. There was always the possibility she was a were; he thought that of all good looking people, but for now he just decided to watch. She hasn't shown any sign that she isn't human.

James LeoHe watched Athena dance and smiled. Once the dance ended he gone over to Mel. "So how has the festival been to you?", he asked. Well smiling and acting like he did not really notice Royce. Though he did glance at the guy.
After a minute of talking to them. Next thing he knew some one punched him in the back. He jumped a bit and turned around pretty fast. Only to see Athena in her normal clothes now. She then jumped backwards off the bench that had been behind him.
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnFinished dancing with the dancers and got off the stage. Quickly she changed and had seen James and Royce in the audience. As Royce with a petite girl. Soon she gone to the crowd area and walked on the empty benches. Standing behind James she hit his back lightly. When James spun around she shyly smiled and jumped backwards landing on the ground. Stepping over the bench she gone to James. "How'd you like the show?", she asked James. Well hugging him in a sister manner. Then noticing Roy she pulled back from the hug with James,"Well hi again.", she said.

Mel saw James, and immediately she blushed, and was nervous. She was embarrassed that he had such a huge, immediate effect on her. She answered him, trying not to stutter. She noticed the girl walk up and punch him in the back. When she saw the girl hug the boy in a sisterly manner, she knew that had to be the sister this boy, whose name she had yet to know, was speaking of earlier.

Roy was a bit pissed off to have this mystery boy talk to his 'girl', even if they weren't really dating. He knew he was being ignored. He smiled at the girl when she said hi to him. "Hello. I don't belive we had a chance to finish our conversation earlier." he said.

James LeoHe now watched Mel, Athena, and Royce. "Sister dearest, I got your books for you.", he said. Only to see Athena's expression to go to a wide grin. "Thank you!", she said. "I'll pay you back later.", she added on. He then watched Athena start to walk off,"I'm getting dinner, again!", she said. Only to now run off.
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnCould not help but grin at remark James had made. With a grumble of her stomach she started to walk off. Announcing she was going to get food. Before running off. Figuring she would give Roy a run for his money. This time she ended up at a stand selling Turkey Legs. Buying two of them and a side of fries again. Quickly she almost skipped her way to a bench and ate happily.

James LeoHe sat a foot away from Mel. Giving her, her own space. Asking her for her thoughts on this and that. As he talked of some classic literate that he recalled from high school years. Even talked of classic music. Thanks to helping Athena with research for her papers.
========================================================= Athena BlackdawnShe was eating on a turkey leg. Well balancing the plate on her lap. Looking at Roy she raised an eyebrow. Only to shrug to his question. Clearly being honest as she chewed her dinner. Of course she could almost easily out eat a human woman her age and size. It had been near a day since she ate a real meal.

Mel answered, though still had a bright blush on her face. She was surprised at the amount of subjects he knew. Though Mel wasn't that interested in classic literature or classical music. She liked Rock and Roll, and scary books.
