She'd hit something!

Though it obviously hadn't phased the one she'd aimed at. Sighing, she squinted her eyes, looking yet again for another target. So far, it seemed, she'd been lucky enough to avoid being hit. But she had no idea just how long that would last. Perhaps she should build up a wall like some of the other's playing? Nah - she was white as snow - and if she could just put some snow on her rear .... she'd be in perfect shape!

Taking aim once more, she held her breath and tossed her snowball with full strength.

At this point Asuen was so energized by the game - and her own skill with it - that she was sorta just eating the snow instead of forming solid snowballs... not like her intelligence was really any higher than that of a hyena eating snow with a crazed look in her eyes. Every time she heard the piff of snowballs colliding with the ground around her, she twitched away with a sharp yelp.

But she managed to pull herself together enough to form another somewhat snowball-looking shape, and tossed it into the fray.

She wasn't very good at this game was she? Frite sat on her rear and covered her hind quarters in snow. Sitting quietly trying to figure out what her next move should be.

Obviously she had to keep throwing snowballs, but she needed an easy target, something that was like hitting the broad side of a barn...

Glancing around from direction to direction she saw nothing that really stuck out. Just the same lions she's already tried hitting. Sighing in defeat she curled a snowball together with her tail and lightly flung it into nothingness. Really not intending to hit a single target.

This was getting to be ridiculous. A semi-, if not mostly-rabid hyena was succeeding at scoring the most hits of this snowball fight. She didn't even have any cover to hide behind - not like she didn't want to be hit. That was the fun of it, of course. It's more exciting to get hit, than to hit others. She might even soon find herself diving in front of other's snowballs just for the chance.

Poor girl didn't realize that snowballs don't leave any noble battlescars... she just kept unleashing them herself.

The young juve was hiding behind a rock as she watched the activities going on. There were balls of snow being flung everywhere! As much fun as her clans festivities had been, this looked so much more fun! She noticed a few familiar faces and quite a few that she didn't; it was interesting to see who all turned up for the games. She spotted her friend, and sometimes babysitter, Ciaran patrolling the area as he watched the game going on. She managed to catch his eyes and grinned at him. She continued scanning the playing field and noticed someone else that was very familiar to her.

She crouched down a little further and gathered up her own snowball with her paws before flinging it at her mother.

Another miss!

Was it just her or was she just terrible at this game?

Looking around she saw a hyena nearby who seemed to be having the time of her life. Heh, Frite might have something to say about that. The hyena looked like an easy enough target but she'd thought that before as well. It was definitely best not to make any rash decisions.

Balling up another one she let it go, squeezing her eyes shut, nervous and excited about where exactly it would go.
