But to show you my trust," Shin reached into his desk pulling out an Iwa headband. "You were suppose to get one after you graduated out of the academy. You are an genin right? Ohh if you run into that boy from before give him his as well. Thanks and don't hide your face, it one of your better traits." The young Kage said with an smile while digging out another headband for the other boy who was so hasty. ((Sorry but Tanoshii shouldn't hear shes an Hyuuga from you so i will forget about this post because her character needs to show or tell my character shes a hyuuga too IF she wants to. But yea.. I'm up for some mission challanges JiihhaaAA))

Tanoskii looked more determined than ever as he spoke to the Kage.He then continued. "So could you sign me up for a C-rank mission?"

Shizuka look over to Shin when she heard him halt her trying to continue on. He got the picture and she's grateful for that. She nodded to him, walked up to his desk to pick up the Stone village headband for herself. "T-Thank you." Is all she could give for everything he's doing for her.
"Huh!" She gasp a breath of air when she saw a guy just out the window behind the kage. Though coming in right away with asking, it was just the Hyuuga guy again. Back so quickly from his fresh air and now coming back through a different entrants? If he could come in like that, then Shizuka prayed that he didn't really heard what she just said to the Leader. When he spoke to her, she hold her breath... did he just called her beautiful? It's rarely to hear guys saying something like that to her, unless its a parent saying it to their daughter. Though still staring at her, he was talking to the kage but not directly... Did he want to ask her something as well? "W-Well uh... I should be going now." She started moving back. "Tsuchikage Shin has your headband for you there." She pointed to the other headband the kage pulled out from the desk that settled now. Just to let him know since he's here now, she continue walking back. She then turn around to grab the door and left the Kages office.

  CHAKRA: 90 / 90 | PROFESSION: Bloodline | SPECIALTY: Kenjutsu | AGE: 12 Being a child was hard. Or, rather, being twelve and trying to get to the kage's office was less than endearing. Since Iwa was not Arisu's original home, navigating the village was not her strong suit. It was on this day, that she decided exploring during her time at the Academy would have been beneficial. Unfortunately, she hadn't intended to be here as long as she had been, so learning the whole lay of the land like a native wasn't at the top of her to-do list. She didn't dare recall the number of old folk that cooed at her for being so grown up and wanting to speak to the Tsuchikage, but - boy - could she not wait to be older.
Alas, she'd eventually arrive at the kage's office. As far as she'd been made aware, there wasn't a particular deadline she had to meet, but it was mostly a matter of actually catching the man around.
Arisu didn't necessarily want a headband for the village. Iwa was not her home, but simply a place where she had been eligible for the Ninja Training Academy. Amegakure, her real home, had been less fortunate and without an Academy for quite some time. Leaving her home was her only option, and one that had been irrevocably forced. What she wanted most since graduating was to return to Ame. And, what she wanted right now was for the Tsuchikage to take her back. Or, at the very least, give her an update on when she would be free to travel and with whom. The last Arisu had heard about Ame was that the village was undergoing some sort of construction. She didn't know if she was even able to enter it at present time.
The Uchiha, who's lineage was only identifiable by her dark hair for she lacked the dark eyes, came to a stop just before the Tsuchikage's desk. Needless to say, she was incredibly short standing at a whopping four feet and three inches tall. There was nothing intimidating about her in the slightest. Her eyes were purple and green for goodness sake. How could anyone take her seriously as an Uchiha?
As impulsive as Arisu wanted to be next, she stayed quiet and patient while another boy spoke to the kage about a mission. While they would converse, the young girl would wrestle with the idea of taking on a mission in this village. Perhaps it would pass the time if she had to remain here a little while longer?

 C h a e l [ Tsuchikage's Right Hand & Brother ] Chael rose up as the Hyuuga boy spoke towards his brother and requested a mission. This guy wanted a C rank mission, huh? "I will give you as you wish energetic Hyuuga, but I'll warn you this is a special task that could involve life threatening danger. Take this and be on your way, Hyuuga genin. If you are captured, it would've been a fate you decided by accepting this mission. If you change you're mind, just give the scroll back and be on your way. If not, read it's details and begin you're duties.", The man said as he tossed Tanoshi a scroll which read:
"Head to the village gates and meet the scouting bird there. Once you do this follow the bird to the required destination and once it lands, detach the message on it's leg for your mission briefing."
He turned his head to Arisu and kept an expression of calmness and authority. "Hello there. State your name and purpose for visiting the domain of Lord Tsuchikage please.", The blue haired man would say to the young uchiha girl that stood before him and as brother.

CHAKRA: 90 / 90 | PROFESSION: Bloodline | SPECIALTY: Kenjutsu | AGE: 12 Her attentions would shift over to the man that had addressed her in the stead of the Tsuchikage. Arisu swallowed the lump that had formed in her throat to speak with a shaky confidence only a twelve year old could have, "My name is Arisu Uchiha." Her big, violet and green eyes blinked and her hands balled into tiny fists beneath the long sleeves of her dress, "I-I'd like.." The young girl trailed off a bit, portraying nervousness and apprehension. What if they didn't let her go home? No, she quickly corrected herself. That would be silly. Iwakagure wouldn't want an Ame native; her loyalty would always be in question. Arisu was dedicated to her home. If prompted, she'd save Ame over Iwa any day, "I wish to return home.. I'd like to know if I can be taken back to Amegakure, please!" Her voice was small in comparison to the other people in the room. She did sound very much like a child, and didn't lack the cuteness of one either.
After speaking though, another fear overcame her. What if they did allow her to go home? That would be great and all, but they could also just say 'yes' and tell her to be on her merry way. Then she'd be left to fend for herself whilst traveling across the shinobi world to a land she didn't know how to get to. Arisu was a firecracker when it came to fighting, she could handle her own and surpass the other Academy Students, but there were a lot bigger fish in the sea.

Nonton scroll. His attention although was soon drawn to the window behind him, an slight glare was thrown the boys way. He wanted what now? And higher ranked mission, while Tanoshii spoke Shin didn't look away from the scroll he was perusing. Before he could give his opinion Chael stepped in, most likely coming to tell the Tsuchikage of what needed to be done. Luckily the mission was assigned to an worthy Shinobi. "Then it's settled, take this an be on your way." Shin handed the Hyugga his Iwa headband and with an smile he motioned for the door. "Best of luck with your mission an god speed." Shin knew that Chael was there to get an hand on the situation within the office. So it was back to studying, 'Kagebushin no justu.. An Kage's best friend.' He thought while he brother addressed the small girl. Her name he had missed, but Shin peered over the top of his scroll to hear her request. With an raised brow he butted in. "Arisu was it? Your home is still in ruin from an war that has left the land scarred and cripple. But if my predecessor made an mistake by bringing in an refugee who doesn't seek safety behind our walls. Then by no mean will I force you to stay, Your welcome to. But your free to return home whenever you please. As the learder of The village hidden in the stone I have to say, your choice pains me so." Shin's eyes held an look of genuine sadness as he pushed the drawer holding the headbands shut. Shin stood as his chair moved out, the chacolate haired man standing at six foot, never had his heart broken by an child of twelve. But she wanted freedom and he offered nothing more just that, in the form of an choice. "Home is where the heart is, if your going to leave on an whim for Amegakure. Do it before night fall. I will not build my military of future deserters." He looked to his brother as if saying to him that his word was final. He turned his back to them both and gazed out the large window pane. His red scarf swaying with the movements of his hands, as they were brought together to make an cross. Doing as he had read in the scroll he copied the basic flow of his chakra. In an cloud of smoke he copied this into an perfect clone. He smiled at his creation as the small cloud of white smoke wafered until it vanished. ox Kaze xo word count= 250+ Kage bushin learned.

CHAKRA: 90 / 90 | PROFESSION: Bloodline | SPECIALTY: Kenjutsu | AGE: 12 The mention of war was a slap to the Uchiha's face. When the Tsuchikage decided to address her, he spoke of a disparity she knew nothing of. Arisu wasn't taken in as a refuge from any sort of war, she was forced here. Her parents didn't want her to be an Ame nin like her brothers, so they sent her to Iwagakure. That was it. There couldn't be a war! None of the letters from her brothers spoke of war..
"But--" Arisu bit her lip the moment she uttered the sound. Her voice had been too weak and on the verge of tears. She couldn't talk to a kage like that. Quickly, she'd look away, letting her dark hair cover her eyes that had been squeezed tightly shut. Shin had gone on further to say that if she were to leave on a whim to Ame, that she should do so before nightfall. Her fear was beginning to come true. At this realization, Arisu could only move forward with composure.
Slowly, her eyes would open once again, glassy from tears that never fell. She'd take a deep breath to steady the start her heart had been given and then let her fists unclench. The Tsuchikage didn't want a deserter in his midst, but she wasn't a native to begin with. The only semblance of understanding he displayed for her situation was allowing her to leave without being killed where she stood. Instead, she could very well die on her way home. But, maybe it was better he was that way? Arisu had her own motives.
"Hai.." The little girl muttered after Shin turned to look out the window. If she had to leave in a few hours and trek to Ame by herself, then she had packing to do. Arisu turned and left the room silently.

The clone would sit behind the desk while the real Shin started to climb out the window. He looked back to his brother. "The clone will handle things here, don't allow that girl to leave the village without proper training. Direct her to the academy. I have some business to tend to, I'll see you around Chael." Shin called out as he kept from the window.

Seeing the Tsuchikage still here with no sign of Tanoshii, Shizuka came up to her and held out the scroll that he have given to her. "I've done my mission. The village is a much cleaner place now." She said to him that she have done her job. She gave a slight bow and left the room. Wanting a little day off to her self.

"Dear kage." Tanoshii bowed down as he spoke to the Kage. He continued. "About my mission,there was something weird going on so i wrote everything i heard in there to a piece of paper.I leave the paper right here so you can read it,you should do it immediately as this is something really weird and important." Tanoshii left the piece of paper on Kage's desk. Then he stood up."Oh and if you have any more missions for me then come find me,i will be in the village anyways so send a clone to track me up or something." Tanoshii smiled to the kage and left the office [exit] What there is reading on the paper: "It seems those goons actually did something right for once. The villages are beginning to thrive because of their disgusting false peace that was created at the hands of several people's suffering..No matter..this is a perfect situation to begin the first phase of -..",
