Sasha donned a pair of sterile latex gloves before she tackled the bandage, oblivious to Rin's nudity but very critical of the bruises that smattered her chest and collarbone areas.
"Let me know if it hurts."
She made little 'tsk' sounds as she worked, very wary of each bruise that had bloomed across the other woman's skin.

"Oh Sasha, don't be silly," Rin flashed the other woman a quick little smirk. "It always hurts," she still held perfectly still. Patiently waiting for Sasha to get the mess of bandages off. Even if she put too much pressure on one bruise or another. All it received was a sharp intake of breath that was held until she moved on and then released as if it were just any other breath.

Sasha grunted, settling in with narrowed eyes as she swiftly kept at the bandages. It didn't take long before she was finished. Turning to dispose of the gloves and dirty bandages, Sasha wiped her hands down with a bit of antibacterial gel before slipping her hands into a second sterile pair of gloves.
Only then did she reach for the sterile package of gauze, giving the stitches a critical look.
"I'm.. do you really want me to take them out? Maybe you should have someone look at the wound first. We're not doctors, so I don't know if someone unpracticed should take them out."

"Yes I do. I'm fine. Byr says I'm fine. There's no point in going back until I lose another limb," though her words sounded serious she winked playfully at Sasha to show she really wasn't planning on losing another limb. Hopefully, Sasha didn't notice her strained breathing either.

Sasha did notice the strained breathing, and she narrowed her eyes before pulling back.
"I don't know. I know you say it's okay, but. Rin, I don't really want to get in trouble for meddling where I shouldn't."

"Fine, I'm not going to force you," she offered a weary look. Mentally labeling Sasha as 'not fun'. Though she'd never hear about it most likely. She also decided there was no way in hell she was going back to the infirmary over this particular injury. She was sick of people she didn't know touching her. If she had to tear the sutures out herself, she would.

Sasha gave a little shrug, offering Rin a sorry little smile.
"I just don't feel like I know enough to say whether or not this is ready - and not that I don't trust you, or Byr. But if I took the stitches out and something horrible happened, I would just. Well."
She reached for a roll of gauze.
"I would feel bad."

"Yeah. But I wouldn't," Okay, one last grab for control. She was done now Sasha, she refuses to force you into anything you didn't want to do. She did however frown at the roll of gauze, "Awww but can't I breaaaaaathe?" Please.

Sasha pursed her lips and narrowed her eyes, warring with herself for a brief moment.
"Fine. But only until we get ready to go out. I don't care how well you feel or what Byr says. House rules!"
She gave Rin a crooked smile.
"Pod duty today. You game?"

"Fiiiiiiiine," she still didn't wanna.
"Pod duty? Sure! Last time I was on pod duty, Melvin woke up," she almost hoped she'd get to be the first to meet another hunter as they woke up into this world. She was sure she'd be much better at it this time. Then again...
"If any one wakes up, you game for a prank?" one making full use of her missing arm and a great deal of ketchup.

Sasha grinned before shaking her head.
"I've never been much of a prankster. Besides, I can only imagine how much trouble we'd get in for traumatizing someone right out of the pod."
Sasha went to her closet and selected a skirt and blouse.
"I've never been on pod duty when someone woke up."

"Really?" Rin asked as she finally slipped from bed, completely stark naked from head to toe as she wandered over to tug a drawer out and rummage in it for a nice white button down blouse and black trousers. Dragging them back to the bed with her so she could attempt to get them on herself. Why did shirts always have to be such a pain? She pulled her arm through then started tossing the other end at her stump in hopes of catching the sleeve on it just right.

Sasha had her back turned to Rin as she slipped her own shirt off, quickly clasping her bra before slipping her skirt on. Before zipping it shut, she shimmied out of her leggings, completely oblivious as to what was going on behind her.
Leggings off, skirt fastened, Sasha reached for her blouse, turning only once the buttons were nearly all done up.
"Yes. It's kind of depressing in there, so I try and ah -- here," she finished fastening her blouse before approaching Rin, assisting her friend with her shirt, "I try to pick up other duties."

"Oh. How'd you get stuck with it this time?" Rin asked as her shirt was pulled around her with Sasha's help, reaching for the other side as soon as she could and tugging it to the center of her chest. She then started to button from the bottom up by pressing each loop firmly into a button and then working the button through with her fingertips. It was a slow process but an effective one, even if it left little marks in her skin.
She quietly looked up at the other woman searchingly as she reached the half way point of her buttons. She wasn't entirely sure why Sasha tolerated this whole situation. Did she pity her? Was it affection? Was it just a motherly sort of instinct? Was it possessiveness? Rin honestly wasn't sure.
"Thank you for everything, by the way."

Sasha shrugged. "Just one of those things, I guess. Can't avoid it forever. Sometimes it's not so bad, when you want solitude, I guess. It's just sad when you get to thinking about it. I mean," she paused and quickly brushed Rin's hands aside so that she could finish buttoning the other woman's shirt, "life out here, it's.. complicated sometimes." She straightened Rin's neckline as she finished the last button, stepping back so that she could slip her feet into her shoes.
"But.. to be stuck in there. Just. Stuck. I know we were all there at one point, some of us longer than others."
She gave Rin a sheepish half-smile.
"Don't thank me. We look after each other."
