Nevada powered past Lex and right up the mountain. She hadn't realized she reached the top until she actually reached the top and was staring down at Lex instead. "Oh...HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY" She called out and waved to the other hunter.

Lex sort of just watched as Nevada sped up the mountain, blowing past him with fervor he'd only seen in private places. Well then...
He kept climbing, shaking his head and trying to be more careful. Who knew what would pop up and trip him.

Climbing higher and higher, Lex gave the girl a wave as he neared the top. "Well, the view was nice. Good work out."
He smiled, patting her on the head. "You're pretty passionate when you want it, don't you?" He asked, looking towards the lava pools. Hopefully he wouldn't kill them this time.

"View was nice..." Nevada had perched herself on a outcropping of rocks and smiled at the pat on her head.
"It takes a good does of motavation and obstacles I would like to overcome but...ah yes." She nodded. "Sometimes it can be a little scary when I get to into it."
She studied the lava pools before breathing in.
"Here we go." she stepped in and looked around. "All clear!"

Gingerly taking a step, Lex yelped in shock as his whole foot suddenly went into lava, before realizing that it didn't hurt him. It did, however, knock his shield down by quite a bit.
Damn, if he'd been unshielded...
But, they were at the altar now.

Nevada looked around the altar and studied the stone structure. Something caught her eye though as she bent down and picked up a...grain tiara?
She turned it over in her hands before placing it on her head. At first she felt silly, but the need to protect someone came up fast and hard. As well as trendils of grain stalks and a single poppy in her hair.

"Ah, stunning as ever." He smiled, looking around the altar for something to catch his eyes.
There - an arrowhead that had a moon engraved on it. He picked it up, turning it over in his hands. It was weighted perfectly, like a master hunter had carefully picked and carved the arrowhead.
Oh, Atremis. The Goddess of the Hunt, the Moon, and Virgins. Ironic, that last part. He smiled, tucking the arrowhead in his back pocket.
