Lucifer paused in their trek to look over his shoulder at the, surprisingly large, group of foxes following him. They were going though the dark forest, mist weaving around their feet and the black and white male didn’t want to lose any of them. That would not be a good thing for an elder to allow to happen. Lucifer turned to face front and continue on…and snorted. Him. An elder. This was going to be his biggest prank ever…and it could possibly be on himself. Ah, there’s the clearing.
Stepping out into the large, brightly lit clearing, Lucifer positioned himself in a visible area and spun to face his tribe, waiting for them all to come out of the forest. “Welcome to Eiru!” He said, both in greeting and to get everyone’s attention. “The tribe of spirits and energy. This is our main area here. The forest you just came through, and the lake and caves are over there.” He motioned off to his left. “Feel free to explore to your heart’s content. We still need to make some talismans for the forest so stay close to the treeline if you’re going to explore there. And stay away from the moors for now, they’re too dangerous.”
Lucifer gestured to an orange female. “Most of you know Samhain already. She’s lead shaman and will be the one to talk to for safe passage talismans. Those will keep you safe when you venture out into the forest or the moors. Scouts, Hunters, and Gatherers have a priority on them.” Next he gestured to the large, purple Deava sitting next to him. “This is Apollyon; if I’m not here, he’s the one to go to. He bites, so don’t tick him off.” He added, smile on his face. “I’ll answer any questions you have. If not, have fun exploring the tribelands.”

Samhain looked around glad to be back from their recruiting mission; luckily Lucifer hadn’t scared anyone off and seemed to be doing a good job recruiting others. Their timing couldn’t have been better having felt a bit under the weather. Luckily it wasn’t anything too serious because having the only shaman for the timing being sick would be a sucky way to start a tribe. Even so she was going to have to see about having an old friend help with the tribe’s charms as she was fairly certain she was pregnant. While using magic wouldn’t harm them, magic was often tiring and she didn’t want to just pass out.
“Yep Hello I’m Samhain, I should have all the stuff necessary for exploring in a little bit just tell me if you want any certain color or something” Samhain replied, she could at least start on the talismans after all it was still a pretty small tribe at the moment. Of course as little as it was Samhain really needed to talk to the tribe and Lucifer about possibly getting a carer and soon. She didn’t want Itov stuck with six kits if she had the full amount while she was running around doing Shaman duties.
Apollyon sighed and loosened up his wings, he had flown a good chunk of the way to the tribe but not wanting branches to tear any part of his wing they had been practically glued to his back during the trip. He looked towards Lucifer still wondering why the crazy idiot decided he wanted a tribe, but then again they might just have a crazy modeity. Who would definitely have to be crazy if she was picking Lucifer for a tribe elder? “You know that means you too, and no dragging Sitri off to explore them either” he warned. He figured Lucifer wouldn’t go into said moors but then you never knew with the potential tribe elder. Luckily his daughter was still contained in her Bcrs and couldn’t pick up any of lucifer’s bad habits yet.
“I only bite you by the way” apollyon leaned down to whisper in Lucifer’s ear before straightening out and turning towards the others. “However he does have a slight point, while I’m not a stereotypical deava I can get easily pissed off and I don’t want to ruin any relationships by scaring the crap out of you” he spoke up. “that aside, don’t be too worried about coming up to me and asking questions.”

Dear heavens, someone explain to her why she was in these dark woods with a group of strangers become she assumes it was aliens. She had been victim to the enticing thought that, perhaps, she'd have family if she followed the little orange and black vixen. That had been hours ago. Now? Ash was uncertain she belonged here, and close to fleeing.
It wasn't the fact that the woods spooked her-- though they certainly did. Ash was far, far, far away from home. Further away was her.... her friends. Friends who had been a point of drama in her life. Friends who she honestly was fleeing from. She couldn't take it anymore! She wanted a new life with no drama, no hostility, and no bitter feelings. And she thought she would have one if she listened to the little recruiters words....
But it was scary to be so far from "home"! She was scared! Never had Ash been alone. Sure, she had all these strangers, but the petite 'Phim was used to having a certain group. She was nervous, painfully so, and about to flee. It seemed the best and safest idea.... right? Or was that considered the cowards way out?
And so she didn't flee, not yet. Instead, she stayed put and just stared at the woods, a shiver running down her spine. The sound of a loud, hyper, and giddy voice snapped her out of her state, head jerking to view a little fox who was beside her. The little foxes tail wagged a mile a minute and then, with a bright smile, she brushed herself against Ash and giggled.
"Hi! You look nervous! Are you nervous? Don't be nervous! I'm not! I'm Lora, and I'm gonna live here! Are you, too? It'd be nice if you did, too! What's your name? I bet it's something really pretty, like you!" Lora couldn't help herself as, with a burst of excitement equal and perhaps more than a small kits, she rattled questions off at the other. She couldn't help it! She was somewhere fun and new! Not only that, but everyone looked really nice and inviting! There was even another orange and black fox, just like her! How cool was that? So cool!
Lora had come here for one thing, adventure! A tribe was exciting! It meant a huge group of awesome people and fun things to do everyday, and even events only tribes held! Besides, the tribe believed in magic, or a form of it, and so did she! How could she not squeal in joy at the offer made to her? It was perfect! No, it was more than perfect, it was awesome!
And then she saw this really pretty 'Phim who, for some reason, was just sitting there like a rock! She looked terrified, but Lora would fix that~ She always did.
"A-Ash." The quiet woman was startled by the louder ones onslaught of questions. Her wings twitched and red eyes widened in an overwhelmed surprise. The orange-fox seemed more excited by the name offered, tail wagging even faster-- what if it fell off?!
"Oh Ash, that's a lovely name! Ash Ash Ash! Yup, I like it~ So, I'mma go over there and see what everyone else is doing, but you stay right here, mkay? I'll be right back!" With this, as abrupt as her arrival had been, Lora ran right off and made way to meet someone else and introduce herself to them. Ash was left alone, again. Shocked by the random encounter, she had forgotten her fear and seemed more curious as, quietly, she viewed the other members.

Itov supposed it was his turn for introductions. “I’m Itov and Samhain’s mate. I’d say ask me anything but I’ll likely be as much at a loss as you are.” He didn’t really think he needed to say more than that to all of these other foxes. After all he was here for his mate to support her in all things as always. He moved to stand beside his mate and looked out over the other members of the motley bunch. The deava and elder to be was an interesting pair. A bouncy orange and black fox that reminded him strangely of Yavie, a phim who was sitting there and another vixen who had been hanging back but was now coming forward. There was something off about her. His eyes narrowed and then he realized that he was looking at a fox with multiple eyes. Swallowing he looked to Samhain. How did they find all of these foxes? He leaned over and whispered to Samhain. “What can I do to help you here Samhain? You look a bit off from normal.” He was honest with her as always and his concern for her shown smoldering in his eyes even though the rest of his face was composed. This was a day for the tribe and he wanted to be of use in some way, but his concern for his mate toped all else. Karistal didn’t have to turn her head to look at them all her many eyes kept track of all the other tribe members with ease. She had followed the elder to be and the orange vixen with ease. She moved up next to the phim thinking of her father when she looked at phims . “Hello. I’m Karistal.” This was to all the members of the tribe and then she spoke more quietly to the fox next to her. “ Who might you be?” She flicked her ears causing the spider webbing that always seemed to be there to move and jiggle when her ears stopped moving. The bones showing in her tail made a soft click as she curled her tail about her looking at the others. They all seemed fairly normal. Samhain had said she would fit in her but it didn’t seem like it so far. The others seemed so normal. Karistal closed her extra eyes to seem a bit less unusual.

Emi was half hiding behind her mate’s wing. She had said she was interested in joining a tribe and Rael had found this one for them. It was small right now but still it had so many foxes that Emi didn’t know and she was feeling a bit shy. Rael on the other hand was so strong and noble looking. Emi was surprised that Rael hadn’t picked her sister’s tribe or even Rit’s tribe. Still this was a fresh start of sorts and not picking a tribe where one of them would be so tied was kind of nice she supposed. Her glorious star was holding her close looking at her with some measure of concern. She smiled reassuringly up to her mate. “I’m ok I promise. It’s not what I expected. But it’s really nice here.” She was referring to the temperature and the landscape. “Yes. It is.” Rael was looking around at all the other foxes. Of course not one of them was a beautiful as her starry night mate, but that was ok. It looked like a pretty good mix which made Rael feel pretty relaxed. She had been close to dragging her mate off to Kea’s tribe when her mate started showing interest in tribes, but then Emi would have missed her ‘master’ Rit. Rael didn’t want to be the cause of that. Nor did she wish to live in a land of sand so Rael started asking around about random new forming tribes and this was where they had ended up. Rael was used to standing out in a crowd and with this lot that was no exception, but they all looked interesting enough that she wouldn’t be a sole focus which was nice. It would mean she would have more time to spend out of the way hidden with her current dark shadow mate who was clinging to her. “You know we really should introduce ourselves.” After listening to all of the others she spoke up for both herself and her mate. “I’m Rael and this is my mate Emi.” She saw Emi’s wing out of the corner of her eye give a small wave. She still didn’t know what kind of place they would have in the tribe but Rael knew what she was going to be doing. Protecting her love and keeping her happy. Tilting her head she gave Emi’s neck a soft nuzzle drawing a purr from her mate. Smiling she figured the first thing she would have to do was find a nice place to sleep out of the eyes of all the other foxes. With that done she’d be sure to break the bed in with Emi by taking a short nap curled up together. After all it was nice day maybe a nap and then a bath was in order? She doubted there were hot springs in the area but she could always take a look later. She looked around and saw a dark fox near his mate. Samhain? Yes that was her name. They looked like a cute couple. Somewhat like her and Emi. The thought made her smile. “Don’t worry Emi I’m sure you’ll make lots of friends here. “ She nudged her mate out from behind her gently with her wings.

Samhain brought herself out of her thoughts when she noticed Itov next to her. She knew he didn’t have the best experience with tribes, but she still was glad he had come to be with her.“Don’t worry one day you’ll be caught up to speed” Samhain stated giving a quick nuzzle to her mate. “Nope I’m fine just keep on being your supportive self and I’ll be back to normal. Better go meet some of the new people” she replied before getting in one more snuggle. Until she knew more about how she was feeling she didn’t want to worry him about anything. She then walked over towards the two newest phims. “Hello there welcome to Eiru. You made it here okay? Sometimes traveling through the forest can be a bit nerve wrecking, although it’s really nice to meet you Rael and Emi."
Aollyon noticed that they did have some new members and some of the foxes that Luce and Samhain had talked to. He gave a nod towards Karistal glad that she could in fact make it and frowned at the thought of another mostly white vixen. He wondered where exactly Sitri had gotten to. He just hoped that while he was sitting there trying to get everyone used to their new home something wasn’t going to go boom in the background. Of course most likely she was out with Muse. Actually he was about sure that’s where she was only what they were doing depended on how close they were to Muse’s dad. Sitri tended to be more user friendly when that was the case. He once again looked back to Ash and Karistal. He would give his regards about how she had arrived safely later as it looked like the phim needed some comforting words at the moment.
