"... Well, maybe we should wait a bit," Lizzy suggested sheepishly, titling her head, "For more of us to turn up... Or investigate the room in the meantime."
... Those sweets look really tempting now.
"I feel like we should not eat anything offered to us," She made a face, "It could be filled with JOY... And Fear and Joy don't mix well..."

There were two familiar faces within the group, Xiu and Lizzy. " Hi again, Xiu and Lizzy!" AJ was pleasured that there were some people he knew. " Yep....probably. You got the part-time job stuck on the office's door too?" He said to Lizzy. The amphisbaena then turned to the rest and introduced himself. " Nice to meet you all, I am AJ." He gave everyone a smile, that's the proper manner, right? " Yummy." The second head interjected, as if a greeting. " But they taste good!" The head moved and looked at Lizzy.

Shun wasn't touching those cookies with a ten foot pole. JOY or not.
To the student with a second head for a tail, he merely nodded. Yes, he was launched into this room.
"Shun," he gave in turn regarding names.
And to the busty witch he had seen around here and there, he nodded silently in acknowledgement to her.
"We have a few year three students here. That may be able to make a difference. Though, if you'd rather stay in this room, then by all means... judge those... things," he said while motioning towards the pile of toys that were awaiting critique. He signed up to do work... which didn't exactly seem to exist in this room. He couldn't say if that was the same case for those stuck in the naughty room, but it definitely did not seem like the elves here needed help, given how they were pretty much loafing around, eating cookies, and being general art snobs.
Shun noticed that Xiu had given him a peculiar look regarding how they were sorted, but didn't think anything of it. It was true, really.
For now, he just took a look around the room, trying to see if there was anything notable, but he didn't manage to spy anything in particular.

Sophie stood up from the floor, running her hands over the clothing and hair to smooth herself out. She stretched out; landing after being thrown through the air wasn't something she was used to and it wasn't something she wanted to get used to. Spotting Xiu, the ghoul made her way over to her. She was glad they'd both ended up in the same room. Not glad it had happened, of course, but having someone she got along with made it easier.
"Xiu! I'm glad you're okay," Sophie exclaimed, wrapping her arms around the baku's arm. It was unlikely she'd be letting go any time soon. She eyed the rest of the students and suddenly realised that Alex wasn't here yet. Either he hadn't been sorted yet or he was in the naughty room. She frowned lightly, chewing her bottom lip in worry.

"Ah--ah--AHHHH!" Terra yelped as she came sliding into the room on her bottom. Her long green skirt got shoved up to reveal her black boots and candy striped red and white tights. She was so embarrassed!
She jumped to her feet, tugging her skirt down quickly and looking around blankly. "I am... nice?" she said finally. "I do not think I like this nice." Then she headed for the others, sticking her hands into her muff and wondering if she should summon her weapon. They seemed to be plotting to break down the door--which was definitely not nice.

Lizzy was definitely right on that--while Xiu was a big fan of spookies, she wasn't about to touch random ones that were sitting around here in Christmas. Who knows what they would do to her if she even took one bite?
Upon hearing the murmur of AJ's second head, the baku turned to regard it with a small smile and raised brows, wagging her finger at it. "Behave, okay? I'm sure you're hungry, but right now, our priority to is to get out of here." Glancing over to Lumikki, she frowned and gave a little shake of her head. "Well, the door is the first thing that we spot. If we can find something else, like maybe a secret door or something, then--"
She cut herself off, perking up when she noticed Shun poking around. Following his lead, the baku began to scan the room more carefully in hopes of finding something of note. Unfortunately, nothing popped out at her.
Not including Sophie, of course. The ghoul jumped a little at her new friend's sudden appearance, but then she smiled in relief, reaching over to give the ghoul a gentle pat on the hand as her arm was clung to. "Thank jack, Sophie! For a minute, I was worried you were thrown into the other room! And, well..." She bit down on her bottom lip as she eyed the room again, "Do you see a way out other than trying to blast down the door?"
When another familiar face arrived, Xiu greeted Terra with a grin and a wave. Phew, this place was starting to get full now! "You okay? That, er...that thing didn't smack you too hard, did it?"

" Hi there." He greeted the two new comers. One of them was another familiar face. " Didn't you hear what Lizzy say? Stop eating those suspicious treats." AJ pulled out the excessive treats in his brother's mouth. They are actually two entities when they are in human form, so it won't really affect him. However, be cautious in advance should be better. They needed to get out of this room before anything changed. " They suggested try to break that door." AJ replied to the question and pointed to the door far away. Ice Queen for the first time, since it's PRP

"Yeah, we came for the part time job," Lizzy confirmed with a sheepish smile as she looked at AJ; they had gotten more than they bargained for... Then again, it wasn't like there was a job descriptor, so this could very well be part of the job they took up, "Even if they taste good, they're made with Joy... Not something you'll want in your system."
She was all for being happy and joyful, but not like this!
"I don't see another way out," She muttered, scanning the room, "There's just... Candy and toys everywhere." It reminded her of Headmistress Hellma's infamous Princess Corner.
"Oh, who are you new friends?" She asked, smiling in greeting at the two ghouls that Xiu were talking to. She then remembered that she didn't exactly ask the ghoul she was talking to earlier for her name either, and decided to introduce herself before it slipped her mind again, "I'm Lizzy, by the way! It's nice to meet you all... Um, even if it's under such circumstances."
Then again, it's just another day of being a student at Amityville.

Sophie glanced around the room, arm still clutching Xiu's arm. As someone greeted her, she jumped a little - too focused on finding a way out to notice him right away. "Hey," she greeted in return before going back to scanning. In the back of the room Sophie spied something.. A hole in the wall - but deliberately so. She jumped and pointed. For a few seconds, she stayed silent and then she turned to Xiu and whispered - just in case the elves were listening in - "A chute. Over there."
Turning her attention to Lizzy who had just introduced herself, Sophie gave a shy smile and a nod of her head. "Sophie. Nice to meet you." Sucking in her breath, she tuned back to Xiu. "What should we do? Go through the chute?" Sophie had to admit, she liked that she was useful and had found the chute. Of course, she wished it hadn't taken them getting thrown into a room for her to prove her worth. But beggars couldn't be choosers.

" Shun, got it!" AJ patted the shoulder of the cool boil. It seemed there were 3 boils there, so they'd better get along well. The ghouls might need their protection. Another boil was a bit far away from the group, at least far from him.....What's his name? He then turned to Lizzy and promised he will not let his brother intake any of the treats, with his best effort. " Lizzy, I will keep an eye on him, thanks for the reminder." It will be a difficult task so he poked the second head, telling him to behave and winked to Xiu. " I probably need your assistance, Xiu." Chute? AJ looked around but didn't see a chute everywhere so he asked Sophie. " Chute? I didn't see....any? The one over there?" AJ pointed to somewhere. Willpower: 2

Feeling Sophie shift, Xiu turned to look at her, only to be surprised when the ghoul whispered something to her about a chute. ...Chute? Wher--oh! Eyes widening, the tail swished enthusiastically behind her as finally noticed what it was that the undead ghoul had spotted. Turning back to her friend, she baku offered her a grin, beaming. "Good eye, Sophie!" That could definitely be their way out of here!
Glancing over at Lizzy, the baku gave a little tailwag as Sophie introduced herself, and then she inclined her head towards Terra. "Yes, and this is Terra! They're both first years here." Which meant that, being their ~*~senpais~*~, most of the second and third years would doubtlessly keep an eye out for them during this trip. Things were okay now, but if it were to suddenly get dangerous...
She shook the thought away, instead focusing on what was in front of them now. "Mmm, we have no idea where the chute leads, right?" Furrowing her brows, Xiu began to move forward, gently leading Sophie with her as she approached the discovery, "But besides the door, it seems to be the only way out of this room. What do you think, aniki?"
She shot a look over her shoulder at the reaper, lifting her brows inquisitively. There was a pause, and then she turned back to Sophie with a smile, deciding to do some quick introductions while she was at it. "I don't know if you caught his name, but that's anik--Shun, by the way. Aniki, this is Sophie."

"Do our skelephones work in here?" Terra asked, nodding at the people that had introduced themselves and spoken to her--Xiu had given her name for her, so that was unnecessary. "It would... I mean, perhaps one of us could use the chute, and call and tell us what happens, while the others attempt to destroy the door? I would offer to go, but--well, I am one of the few here with a built in door-breaker-downer, albeit small," she finished. Her hand went out, summoning her violin weapon--it looked like a two headed axe. Willpower 5

The mention of a chute caught Shun's attention. Now that was a potential way out... However...
"Good. Keep it in mind," he said before looking towards Xiu as she asked him what they should do, "We know where the door leads. If we have enough manpower we should try taking it down."
For all they knew, it could be the chute to drop reject toys to the incinerator. That was not a real way out for them. The idea of trying to bash down the door was still there in the back of his head. But the chute would make a nice backup plan in case they couldn't quite take down the door.
As the baku did some introductions, he nodded quietly to Sophie in acknowledgement.

Lumikki scanned the room when someone said a chute. Frowning slightly she wondered if the chute would take them to the naughty room, actually...
"Maybe it takes us to the naughty room...and if it does we'd have LOTS of man power then...right...maybe?"
She felt a little lost and suddenly very annoyed that she decided to try and earn some seeds this way.

Gene landed with a soft thump on the ground, groaning lightly as she pulled herself up to a standing level. Ugh, stupid JOY and Christmas. Why had she even been curious about the damned place.
Looking around, the Doppelganger saw a few familiar faces - Belladonna, Lizzy, and Xiu - as well as a few unfamiliar ones. She waved to them all, smiling sweetly.
"Hi, I'm Gene! Good to meet you all!" She chirped, before turning to Xiu and Lizzy. "So, ghouls, what's the plan? Break down the door?"
