Sherry coughed again, nodding in response to Ami's attempt at encouragement. They had this. They just had to stay focus and keep attacking.

That was easier said than done, though. Sherry found herself slashing at what appeared to be a dead, moving body, but she felt her blade connect with nothing. Armagnac's rage inside her head confirmed the fact. She'd hit nothing but air.

Tori was a little surprised to see Ami step in front of her guarding her but to what ever this creature was some of its attack still got thought, but Tori was very glad to see you Ami or as the best she could though her coughing fits. "Alright, I will try," she said to Ami.

Hissing slightly as Tori got ready for an attack as she just wanted this creature dead and now to which she flung her chain and ball towards the creature might be and kept in mind not to hit Ami or Sherry with it.

Ami struck out with her hand, a direct shot to a tendril of darkness that was leeching towards Tori's face. It didn't look like they were making much ground, but they were doing the best they could.
