Lumikki had been wandering around on the campus grounds she had seen a few flyers through out and figured that having a few extra coins in her pocket wouldn't be a bad thing. And besides she could always have something to keep her mind off of things that have been happening recently.
After the test that she completed she realized that being at school would be a bit easier if she just didn't think about it anymore. Walking up to the office she slowly pushed her way in,
"Hello!"

Money? Oh, yeah. Anna needed that. And, well, a part-time job would be good experience, right, and it was showing good initiative and follow-through and....
... nah, really she just needed silver seeds....

Someone was just randomly speaking, Chuppi didn't really know whom to, and she listened closely to see if she knew the voice. She didn't know them so they weren't speaking to her per say, unless they happened to be, but since there wasn't a response right away the little monster cleared her throat from where she stood way, way underfoot of other students. "Hello."
It made her feel nervous to talk to strangers, she'd always been friendly but never very good with people, and her cheeks were coloring themselves red against her dark green skin.

The other ghoul's hesitation did not escape Xiu's attention. After all, the baku had been extremely shy and skittish upon first enrolling in Amity as well. Instead, she clasped her hands behind her back, patiently waiting with a smile as she waited for the undead ghoul to find her words. When she finally replied, Xiu's smile grew, and she tilted her head to the side.
"Fabric and wool...do you sew, by any chance?" Or at least, that's what her uncle usually went shopping for when he was in the midst of making her a new outfit. The ghoul absentmindedly smoothed out her dress at this thought, only to perk back up when the other ghoul spoke again. Despite herself, Xiu found a small, wry grin curling at her lips.
"Er, well. I wouldn't put it past them, to be honest." She admitted, lifting a hand to rub the back of her neck. There were definitely a lot of...weird and dangerous things that went on here at Amity, though to be fair, the school never really intentionally sent them on dangerous trips. Assuming the staff would be overseeing this job, maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
But that aside, there was a more important matter to see to. Xiu took a step back before dropping down into a bow, her hands clasped together in front of her. "My name's Xiu. I'm a third year here at Amity."

Lumikki's ears twitched slightly before swiveling to the direction the response was coming from smiling politely she nodded her head at the ghoul and made her way over. "Hi there, are you here looking for a part time job to?"She asked a little over cheerfully. Ever since that elf, and the snow Lumikki had been actually going out of her way to say hi to other students around campus as well as being a little more cheerful then normal. "Oh I'm Lumikki by the way"

Several factors of careful decision making had come into play when Riley managed to make a decision concerning the job offer she'd seen posted. In the end, however, she simply walked into the office because it was something to do. She'd been at a loss of her own goals lately, and a job, of any form, sounded like a possibility for growth and expansion. It made perfect sense for her, when she thought about it long enough.
It was hard to ignore the cheerful, Xmas decorations lining the sign, however.
Stepping into the office, the first thing she did was survey the room for familiar faces. She placed a hand on Uller's shoulder, giving the boil a soft nod in greeting. She moved to take a place out of the path of entrance, immediately thinking a soft hello to both Mei, and Xiu when she passed them. There was a smaller ghoul just ahead, and something in one of the memories she had been given by Malodore flickered, but she couldn't place it. She hoped it was nothing too important - but if it was, she'd find out soon enough.

The boil had watched students pile in, some he knew, others he didn't, but no one seemed to talk to him. That was alright. He didn't feel much up for talking, anyway. At least, that's what he told himself. He was hoping Jack or Tomoko would have said hello, but they were around each other. It was like they were dating or something. Everyone else seemed to vanish, or so he felt. Whatever. He was starting to relax until a hand rested up on his shoulder. Turning rigid, he looked to the hand and then the ghoul attached to it and relaxed. It was Riley. He nodded back at her greeting and made room for her beside him so she wouldn't be in the way. "Didn't expect to see you here, Riley," he said with a soft murmur. Last thing the boil needed was for everyone to think he was talking too loud and look at him.

Chuppi waddled closer as it was apparent she'd been addressed this time, her 'hello' having not been misplaced, but she was rather quiet in her movements and didn't really respond until she was at the person's side. It was hard for her to do things, she barely came up to this new person's knees, and with her quills standing around her and people coming in to look around she had to be careful not to stab anyone. "I...am not so much here for job as is to. . . um...learn? I wish to go and help others too, the job is....no importante para me."
Ahhh, she slipped into Spanish at the end of that, and her cheeks turned redder. It really must have been a long time since she spoke with someone if she was going off in her native language, ignoring the fact most of the people at Amity didn't speak it nor wouldn't understand her. She rubbed her her cheeks to get the blood flowing out and away, Chuppi didn't want to wear a blush forever, and she cleared her throat before speaking again. "Mi nombre es Temes.. . . er. . . my name is Temes, but . . .um..if it is easier for you to be saying, please call me 'Chuppi'. It is an affection name I enjoy." The chupacabra bowed her head down, her long braid rolling over her shoulder. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Lumikki. Mucho gusto."
It was also now or never. "Can you...properly read to me what it has said? As I am...small, I could not read all that is written."

Chuppi...Chuppi....Chuppi...Lumikki repeated the name over and over for a few times before looking back down at the ghoul, it hadn't ever occurred to her that the ghoul wouldn't have actually see the note properly since she was shorter than the others in the school. Actually the only other person she remembers of shorter statue was that imp that kept hitting on her. She hadn't actually noticed the Spanish the ghoul was speaking in, only because she had been too busy trying to remember the ghouls name. Smiling happily she nodded, "Sure! Let me look at it once again and I'll tell you exactly what it said."Looking at the sign again she turned back to the ghoul, "It says, Part time job Available. Anyone interested can apply to the Amityville Office. Limited Slots. Lots of Pay. It's why I assumed everyone was here to sign up."
Smiling happily she went to sit, she didn't think anything about it when she did so, she just figured it would be easier to speak with the ghoul and besides she didn't want to stand any more.

"Ah...muchas gracias." Another bow of Chuppi's head was given to the taller girl, though when she looked up the monster nearly panicked to see she was moving. A whole long list of things ran through her head, perhaps she'd offended her somehow, but when it just seemed that she was going to sit down the monster's nerves calmed quickly and her quills went from standing on end (she might have stabbed someone on accident) to laying back how they normally would. That was one of the wonderful things about growing up as she was - her kind eventually had quills that could split a hair thin if they wanted to, and maybe other things like rocks. It was almost like carrying swords on her back which was. . . an interesting way to think of it.
Was it okay then for her to follow over? She did anyway, taking careful time in waddling. The thermos she carried in one of her hands bounced against her leg as she moved with the contents sloshing inside in a friendly reminder she could drink if she got too nervous. There was a 98% chance she'd drink all of it before this little sign-up session was over and after that she'd have to go out and hunt down some more to keep it filled again. Eventually Chuppi made it to Lumikki's side, where she was still even smaller than the girl when she was sitting down. The chupacabra didn't know what to talk about, most of the people in the office were strangers to her (though a few known faces made her feel more at ease) and she just...wasn't the type to start up a conversation anyway.
So that in mind, she started to hum a song. . .

Where Gene would go, Frost would follow. Or at least consider, (he had been bought by her and left him slightly confused over that whole event. She said it was nothing but- Hormones. Rank. He needed his trip home. Badly). The wolfos didn’t have much to do with the holidays but he was trying at any rate to keep himself busy, meeting other students, keeping tea club neat and orderly, homework, getting ready for his trip home… Busy. But at the sight of several of his friends and fellow acquaintances, ears pricked with a growing curiously. Plus work and pay- he’d need money if he planned to head home with little notice. Uller, Tomoko, Gene, Jack, Demi, (was that Demi?), Terra, Tybalt, TG- Quite a few people. And then some he didn’t know. Dressed in more red and white, (with a bit of green here and there), Frost edged himself towards the ghouls he was less familiar with. Xui he knew in passing, (Much like the others), but- “Good day ladies.” Bowing to the pair, red eyes went first to Xui as he tilted his head. “Xui, is it not? I don’t think we ever were formerly introduced though I’ve seen you many times around the school.” Then- “Nor do I think I have met you properly. Ah, are you perhaps a new student here?”

Night's tail flicked as he read the sign for a part time job. Hah, halloween creatures in Christmasland again? Last time he was there, he was paired with Mei and Tybalt as a team that destroyed some of the more lamer creatures of the world.
His distortation jewel shone brightly on the belt he had made for it, it dangled carelessly and looked like another glowing green thing among all his other glowing green things.
It wasn't till he caught the sniff of a certain Black dog that he made his way over and looped his arms over the shorter pup. "Hello Tybalt~ Did you miss me while I was away?~~" The black cat purred, "Signing up for christmas adventure?"

Sophie gave a nod. No hesitation this time; fashion, sewing and anything in between were the few topics that could get her to open up without all the awkward teenager stuff before, during and after. "I design and make clothes. I knit in between when I can't find any inspiration," she explained happily, voice suddenly perky and a little louder than before.
Sophie was about to open her mouth to continue when the arrival of a boil interrupted with her. Suddenly, she seemed to shrink as she absentmindedly recoiled for a moment. Taking a deep breath, she calmed herself and gave a weak smile and a nod. "Yes.. A first year," she had to pause for a few seconds. "Sophie. Sophie Van Rotte. It's nice to.. meet you both."
The poor undead had made such progress, only to relapse and become the awkward teen she truly was. She chewed softly on her bottom lip, rocking on her heels in a manner that fit her to a tee. 'Big girl pants, Sophie. You can do this.' She straightened up and rubbed the back of her head. "You can come see my designs some time if you like, Xiu," she said happily. "I'm always looking for new models and inspiration."iStoleYurVamps" sdfjdh she's so awkward LOL sorry ;a;<3

Rown I'll have to continue later on biggrin Lumikki smiled happily as the other ghoul came to sit near her, she was actually glad to meet someone else and be able to talk to them in the room full of students she didn't really know. She had finally taken notice of the ghouls form, she hadn't seen many students like the one next to her. Her ears twitching slightly as she could hear the various conversations around her. She had managed to pull her tails closer to her so that no one stepped on them as she looked around, tilting her head to the side she heard the song the ghoul was humming. "It's pretty..might I ask where you are from?"Even after all the repeating of the ghouls name for a split second it eluded her. Oh how was she ever going to make friends if she couldn't remember things such as name so quickly after meeting them. At least she would remember it at one point in time.

The spot beside Uller was appreciated. She slid into place and her expression lifted pleasantly, grateful for both the room, and the company. I didn't expect to see me here, either. I believe it took me more time to convince myself that this was a good idea, than it took to actually get down here from the dorms. She chuckled softly, and turned to look ahead. What brings you here? Looking for something to pass the time, as well? She doubted Uller was here for the money, but he did enjoy the cold.. perhaps he was looking for a more comfortable climate to spend some time in. I believe I've been to Xmastown once before. I don't remember it myself, but I've been told I was there, and I did not enjoy the cold. Alas, we can't all be as lucky to be acclimated to frost. She teased. I shall have to dress warm. There would be no giant fire dragon to keep her toasty, this time.
