“Hm?” He brushed away a few more eraser shavings as he glanced at Verusha, her fiery companion nearly forgotten. His answer was quick. TK shook his head. “No, I am afraid not. Like I mentioned earlier, I am not a very sociable type. Though if you say I remind you of him, then perhaps we would get along. I shall try to locate him.” The reaper seemed to gaze at him suspiciously, but he could only return the look with a curious one of his own.

“Is that so? That is good. Hate is a powerful emotion and quite dynamic, but I do not think I could call it a very beneficial one. Pride, however, is not too much of a problem.” TK leaned into his chair as soon as he deemed his sketch finished and smiled gently at her. “I hope you find a boil who will fire you up as much as music does.” He noticed the glances, but paid little heed to it as he began to put away his things. “Indeed, but it was enjoyable talking with you. I hope we can talk with each other more—perhaps even outside of class.” The skeleton boil grinned as he stood up just as the bell rang, right on time. “I hope the rest of your day is enjoyable.”
