The quick demon's follow up attack caught Yasu on the chin. She stumbled about stupidly for a moment before recovering and firing another spirit gun blast.

Kota tucked his nunchaku back into his belt in the blink of an eye. Using his dark energy, he formed what appeared to be a large baseball bat. Watching the incoming blast carefully, he swung his bat, knocking the energy blast back toward Yasu.
Charging in after the blast, he attacked Yasu directly with the bat.

The deflected energy blast caught her before she could dodge or retaliate. she put out her hands to lessen the damage, and then ducked to roll under the Youkai's club. From a crouching position, she then reached up for a quick strike with her extended fingers.

Yasu's attack made contact with Kota's ribs, knocking him off balance. He stumbled to the side, but managed to regain his balance enough to make a weak jab at his opponent.

Yasu pulled back slightly, ignoring the searing pain leftover from the Youkai's last few attacks, and aimed a quick chop toward his neck.

Kota easily blocked the attack. His enemy was tiring and he knew the match was drawing to a close. It was time to end it.
He charged his fist full of dark energy and slammed it hard into his opponent's stomach.

Yasu dodged the last attack, but nearly collapsed in the effort. She held up a hand. The fight was over for her, and it was just as well; she was severely outclassed.

With a flourish, Kota put away his nunchaku and stepped quickly out of the arena. He had definitely grown stronger since the last time he had competed in this tournament, and he couldn't help but to feel a bit of pride.
As he stepped down from the arena, a shadow fell across him as the giant Ishiman entered the arena sluggishly. Dust fell lightly from his body with each step; occasionally a pebble would work it's way loose only to be pulled as if magnetically back into his body.
Without a word, Ishiman took his position.

The Arrancar had conquered opponents larger and stronger than himself many times before. Still unwilling to take a chance on this beast of a Youkai, the proud, transformed Hollow gave his release command. "Revel, Nobleza!" In a matter of moments the Arrancar nearly matched the Youkai for size.

The projectile caught Vicente in the middle of the chest, and he let out a gasp. He caught his balance and righted himself in an instant, and retaliated with a whip of water and wind, the two elements most likely to do harm to a beast of stone.

The water and wind whipped at Ishiman, carrying away the dust and pebbles that made up his body. When the attack subsided, all that remained of Ishiman was the two stumps that made his legs. After a few minutes however, the dust and pebbles strewn across the arena behind him began to come back together, slowly at first, but quickly picking up speed.
In just a few seconds, Ishiman was completely reformed. He drew closer to his opponent until he was only a few steps away, then threw his "arms" wide. The pebbles in his chest exploded outward at insane speeds, spraying the area around his opponent in "bullets".
