I would have to say the Tofu king... even though he did manage to nearly take over the world's cows... he was defeated by a fork and some soy sauce ^_~

DarkMalchior Mr.Mxyzptlk You guys are aware Doctor Light is the most powerful of the Teen Titans villians, ja? The reason he's a TT villian is the first place is because he was magically lobotimized by Zatanna after he raped Sue Dibney, the wife of the elongated man. He just recently had a mind reboot and it took over two dozen Teen Titans, both current, past and reserve members (Wally West and Hawk and Dove included) to take him down. Sir...thats the teen titans from the comics. We're talking about the show. Yet face it, he's a loser in the show....but in the comics...he is very, very evil and strong. So in this topic, we're talking about the stupidest villians in the show, not in the comics

He bet up most of the titans and a couple JL, but he's no Lex Luthor, The Joker, or Slade. Now those are very wicked villains.... smile Any question? twisted

I agree with everyone kind of....well probaly because most of the teen titans vilians are really weak, but that's what I like about the show...I enjoy the humor.

Hell even they have a hard time fighting them. No wonder The Joker cause so much chaos. As I remember, he change Doom Day a bit. Made him smile....true it was some sort of toxic gas or something (can't remember) but if anyone can make Doom Day smile is very deadly in my book. PS: Can I have some of your powers? I promise to give it back...in about 30 - 40 years.... twisted

Dr. Light is better than you guys think. In the episode where the Titans rescue Cole and the Tarzan dude, Dr. Light is the main badguy. He almost killed them all with his northern light beam thingy.
