"please let the ball catch the pokemon" she said of people and pokemon ☩ ..........

Fortunately the master ball had missed because unless Katie was using a snag machine she wasn't going to be able to catch a pokemon already registered to a pokeball. It also begged the question of where she had received such a rare and valuable peice of equipment but if she had one it was probably reserved for ultra rare pokemon like a Jirachi. Jirachi looked curiously at the round pokeball object. It hadn't done the pokeball thing when Katie had thrown it so... was it a toy? The little creature reached out through the broken bars and grabbed it.
The Jirachi marveled at how fast the vulpix flew past on the water spray. It kinda looked like fun but he decided that looked rather painful and he didn't trust the Gyrados. He tossed the ball to Katie intending to keep playing catch with his new friend. Play with me! the psychic demanded Katie. I'll hide and you find me! I'll give you a hint, there are a lot of trees there!Bet you can't find me!
The Krookodile lunged for the Gyrados with a bluish glow coming from its claws. The attack was recognizable as the dreaded Dragon Claw attack and the Krookodile was going to try for the jugular vein.
Goon#2 reached for the pokeball that had been used for the Jirachi since it was getting away. Jirachi wasn't leaving if he had anything to say about it.
(Again, please proofread and be wary of the fact that a certain crew member is somewhat of an evil person with regards to letting people have their promised legendary pokemon later than expected. Namely me smile

best pokemon: Chrizard aka Lava King ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ make this easy and ....... ☩ Dave looked at the two goons as he picked a poke ball from his belt as he spoke to them "you really wish to battle a villain who is one day going to be part of what ever team it is you two are from.
"Vey well then time to bring out my trump card Lava King show this crock your skill.
as dave threw the ball a carizard appeared "Lava King use flame thrower to fry that crock"the charizard obeyed and shot a stream of hot flames from its mouth at the goons pokemon. ☩ .......... hand over your pokemon

(If you are making an effort to capitalize and stuff, I'll leave it be but if you aren't, I am going to be a little annoyed here.)
The krookodile grunted in annoyance when the dragon claw didn't get to slice the Gyrados before it was recalled into the pokeball. "Dile. Krookodile."* It braced itself and used protect for the flame thrower attack.
"Right, villain guy, you just used flame thrower on a ground-type pokemon. You can't honestly be that smart if you're doing that." noted Goon#1 with a surprising amount of sarcasm for an unimportant goon. The dripping sarcasm suffered a bit because the Krookodile wasn't doing so well despite his still standing up but the Krookodile used on command "Rock slide Snarflesby! For the glory of Team Gamma!"
...Who in their right mind named a Krookodile Snarflesby?!
Snarflesby sent a cascading stream of boulders at the charizard to take advantage of the quadruple weakness to rock type moves. Goon#2 was searching for the lost Vulpix in the trees.

best pokemon: Chrizard aka Lava king------------------------------------------------------------------------------ make this easy and ....... ☩ The charizard took a critical hit from the rocks but did not faint from the attack Dave snarled at the goon and withdrew his Charizard and put the ball back on his belt then picked up another one and threw it as he said "teach this guy a lesson crystal"a Gardivor appeared form the ball "Crystal use I've beam on that Krookadle"
the Gardivor obeyed and shot a beam of ice at the Krookadle which was super effective against it ☩ .......... hand over your pokemon

"Oi! Why don't all of you stop this fight before you cause some real damage to the town?" The young man's voice echoed off of the buildings. By the time that he spoke to the small crowd, Matt would already be sitting down by Jirachi's cage. The young trainer from Johto had three pokeballs in his right hand in the spacing between his fingers. "Maya, Raina, and Coal, Spotlight!" He said as he expanded the pokeballs one at a time, tossing them into the air. The first pokeball released an unusually large Swampert (Maya), The second released a Raichu (Raina) and the third released his shiny Charmeleon (Coal). "Maya, use hydro pump to moisten the ground. Raina use rain dance, Coal use smokescreen." The trio of pokemon instantly spread out. The Maya trudged around the crowd using hydro pump to build large puddles up around the battle. Raina began to dance, summoning a rain storm as Coal made a smokescreen billow into the area. "Now, I suggest you all return your pokemon to their pokeballs now before Raina uses Thunder." Matt smirked as he knew that thunder could not miss as long as rain dance was in play. The puddles maya had made around the trainers and their pokemon were there to amplify the point of impact that thunder would have if it came down to that option. He simply sat there, picking at the lock to the Jirachi's cage as he awaited an answer from the trainers.

Why should we stop we are villeins we don't care what you think. So why don't you just leave kid or i will throw some dud pokeballs in your face'(again i hope I'm not being to violent) ☩ .......... hand over your pokemon

"Why should you stop? Oh, I don't know, maybe you should check your surroundings first?" He said referring to the wet ground and the rain. He then whistled for his pokemon to regroup. "See, Raina here hasn't had the chance to fight trainers from this region yet, and well it'd be a shame if you were to get caught up in her attack now wouldn't it? All i have to say is one word and this battle will be over" He said as he continued to fiddle with the lock on the cage.

The wonderful thing about the cage was that it came pre-smashed courtesy of Katie's scrafty. The bat thing was that the cage wasn't the problem as Goon#2 returned the Jirachi to the pokeball they had caught it with before it got to play with anyone or escape.
The rain storm didn't sit well with Snarflesby. The ground-type hated the rain and the thunder wasn't a problem, so he decided to get rid of the water source and try to use dragon claw on the swampert which probably sealed its fate in a watery grave. Or would have had the goons not shown *gasp* Common Sense.
Goon#2 and Goon#1 had recalled the vulpix, the krookodile, and the Jirachi and were making a break for it with the smokescreen and hoped Matt would be distracted by Dave enough that they could get a good headstart. They ran west, into the woods where a stray thunderbolt or careless flamethrower could cause problems that would require water-type pokemon.
They weren't particularly fast as the driving rain made it a bit muddy.

Matt turned his attention towards Maya for a moment as the Krookadile used Dragon claw. "Maya, smash it to dust with Hammer arm." The massive Swampert raised its arm high into the air, bringing it swiftly down, hoping to slam it onto the Krookadile. Seeing the two goons attempting to make their escape, Matt quickly produced a premiere ball from his belt and tossed it towards the them. Out of the ball appeared a Cyndaquil with an X-shaped scar on its head. "Wrath, use Fire pledge to block their escape route." Wrath slammed his front paws into the ground producing several fiery pillars in front of the goons. Coal and Raina paid close attention to the other man with the cocky attitude waiting to see what he would do next. "Now where are you two headed off to in such a hurry? I've got a few questions for ya." He said as he motioned for them to come back.

The goons were not happy to see there was another trainer now. Between the three of them, they didn't think they could get away and their Pokemon were not fit for battle so... Ludwig (Goon#2) thought fast.
"So, you've all caught us. Congratulations but good luck catching this!" He permanently released the Jirachi as a distraction. Maybe while they all were trying to catch the wish granter or fighting amongst themselves the goons could get away and get backup. Jirachi hung in the air for a moment uncertain of what to do.
Since the master ball they had used was permanently unsealed it was free again but vulnerable to capture by another.
The swampert missed the Krookodile since it had already been recalled. If it had hit Snarflesby, that would have been really impossibly impressive.

The sounds of a helicopter could be heard above the crowd as Ikki jumped from the vehicle, landing on a nearby roof and called out to the duo of goons. "Name the right price and I may be of service to the two of you." He said, as a greedy smirk formed on his face. Ikki had done business with Team Gamma in the past, so he knew that he would be rewarded well. He took out a Luxury ball and lobbed it forward. "Shelby, come on out." He said as his Cloyster appeared. "So, what'll it be guys?" Matt had shown zero interest in the Jirachi now that it had been freed from captivity. "Wrath, keep them trapped with Fire pledge for a bit longer." He said, as he returned Maya, Coal and Raina to their pokeballs and attaching them to his belt.

"boy what are you thinking making a wall of fire? and making puddles on the ground. Crystal, Freddy, Anakin font and center"
three pokemon appeared a Gangar a Dargonine and a Gardivoir that Dave had sent out before. ☩ .......... hand over your pokemon
