Sasha gave him A Look.

It held for all of three seconds before Sasha let out a manly little titter, shaking her head as she pinched his upper thigh.

"This is nice," she murmured softly, settling back against him more comfortably. She could wax poetic about how he made her feel at ease no matter what they faced, but.

They could save that conversation for another day.

"Yeah," he hummed, draping one long pale, arm over her chest.

"Hey," he murmured after a few moments, voice low. "Is that trap...supposed ta be movin?"

It looked rather like it was trying to inch away.

Sasha lifted her perfectly manicured teal brows, grunting quietly as she pushed off of Wash.

"I think we caught something!"

With a smile, Sasha meandered over to the trap, tapping it with her toe before she released it.

The odd berry-like creature was deposited in a tank that had a secure lid with a handle.

"Excellent. The most annoying part is waiting for them to grow."

She settled herself back against Wash, perfectly content to spend the rest of the afternoon with him - just like this.
