Tseng wasn't sure what the boy with dreads just called him. But it certainly was not his name! Jumping back and away from the queen for the moment, he turned around.
"IT'S LEE! TSENG LEE! NOT... WHATEVER YOU JUST CALLED ME!" he shouted back, "BUT THANK YOU!"
He then spun back around.
"WHIRLING FISTS OF FURY!"
Well. He spun around a lot.

"She fails!" Malodore called out, gaze narrowing behind its lenses as it assessed the shadow-being's state. As if giving the lie to its thoughts, a coil of shadow abruptly lashed out, tightening painfully around the plague doctor's long throat. Malodore flinched and scrabbled at the attack, though it wasn't anywhere near as inconvenienced as a breathing creature would have been. Still, when the Queen at last let go its throat felt choked and painful. At least it had gouged her somewhat with its claws.

Kettil had been about to cheer for Amarus' fantastic hit when suddenly the Queen apparently had enough of his antics, slapped him down. Before he could stand back up she pinned him under a tendril rather firmly.
He struggled under the mass, he'd heard Tseng's cry, "YEAH? WELL. I'm BLACKE, KETTIL BLACKE." He laughed at the end despite his circumstance. Kettil simply was introducing himself back at a new friend.
...More struggling.

The Queen of Hearts was relentless, grabbing all of her opponents with her many tendrils of shadow. Freya was no exception, but if anything, at least the Queen had a sense of romance.
She slammed Freya down directly onto Kettil.
Maybe that should be a sense of humor, instead.

Amarus had attempted to aid Kettil, somehow, and it turned out that the Queen had very persistent tendrils. She stood there, prying and bracing with her feet, and then trying to swat the tendril away.
Ineffective. So very ineffective. "Looks like my victory was short-lived," she lamented.

Stopping with his spinny motion for the time being, Tseng recovered just in time to see that most of the others hadn't been so fortunate to take down the queen.
"A PLEASURE, SIR KETTIL BLACKE!" he shouted before jumping as high as he could into the air.
"EPIC SLAMMING OF THE BODY!" he cried out as he went to flop on top of the queen.

Malodore blinked as the Horseman shouted out what he was doing before he did it. Strange... wouldn't that be a poor tactic, losing the element of surprise? The plague doctor remained silent, but as the Queen swayed towards it menacingly, it lashed its tail at her. The tailblade caught and bit in, and a coil of shadow snatched it painfully free. Still, she was wavering.
"A few more strikes!" it called out, hoping it was encouraging.

Kettil grunted a bit as his ghoulfriend was pretty much slammed onto him. He wanted to hug Freya a few moments ago but this wasn't what he was thinking of. Nope. Either way he reached up, midst trying to escape, and gave her a brief hug. "Get up and show her what for."
As if to lead by example he bit down on what was holding him down. The figure screeched and flung him away.
As he slid forward he just remained flopped on the floor answering Amarus with a simple, "Victory is only short lived if you give up, Amarus~. Keep fighting until it is dead!"
His voice was encouraging just as the plague doctor was attempting to do.

Freya ached with the force of being slammed into her boilfriend. But she knew whatever she was feeling was nothing compared to Kettil, taking the brunt force of the hit. When the Queen flung him away, Freya got up, her lips parted in a shock that soon turned to rage. Her wings spread out behind her once more, and with one solid flap she was in the air, her axe held high above her head one last time. The blade aimed for that one spot in her neck that she'd already hit the Queen in, preparing to finish the job and sever through it completely. True to it's mark, Freya's axe slid through the queen's neck like butter.
"OFF WITH YEHR HEAD, b***h!" Somehow, cursing took away some of the dramatic tension of the moment. But when Freya landed on the ground and rolled away, the queen's head rolled with her. The crown dropped to the floor, and Freya picked it up, slamming it down on her head.
"All hail Freya, Queen of teh Valkyries."

Just as Amarus was preparing to take a swing at the weakened Red Queen, Freya delivered a notable final blow, and crowned herself.
Amarus paused, in silence, and then began to laugh. Not because Freya could not serve as a Queen in her mind, but because it had been awesome to fight alongside them, and she'd seen a lot of really great techniques. Or lack thereof, and just raw power. One way or another, it had been amazing. She sat down on the ground for a moment, cross-legged, to beam up at everyone.
"We defeated the evil queen," she said aloud, as if slightly in awe but also very happy about it.
"Wait... does that mean we can leave, now??" She asked, excited and tired and still in tatters.

"YEAH! WE DID IT! WE ARE VICTORIOUS! ANOTHER CONQUEST COMPLETED! A COUP DE GRACE! A ROYAL ASSASSINATION! WEEE DIID IT!" he shouted out in utter glee. He turned towards the others, absolutely beaming.
"EXCELLENT WORK ALL!"
It wasn't just him. The others around were all cheering. And so, Tseng began to do a victory dance of sorts. Before he soon realized that he was right on top of the hill once again.

"Damn rights we can, Amarus!" Freya tried to gather up the dress of teh Queen, leaving her nothing but a black mess of shadow. Sure, it was far too big for her - but maybe she could get Junko to fix it!
With her prize in hand, she walked over and gave Malodore a kiss on the cheek. "Yehr an amazing fighter." She purred at him sweetly, hopping away before the plague doctor could say a word. She barrelled into Kettil, flushed with happiness, and took him through the crowds, only to show up back on the hill with the rabbit.
...and no dress.
Or crown.
"JIPPED."

"YEAH GREAT JOB!!!" Kettil soon found himself dragged off by his ghoulfriend his arms flailing a bit until he finally started to walk with her once more so that they could get away from here. As she noticed her lack of appropriate accoutrements and dress befitting a queen he only smiled and assured, "You'll always be a Queen to me."
...So sickeningly sweet.

"...." Malodore made a mental note to make very clear to Riley that she was not to go after the winged ghoul with vengeance in her heart. Also, to beware of sweaters.
