Celeste groaned in exasperation and threw her head back. "This just could not be easy," she screamed to the sky. Wrapping her arms around her torso, Celeste began to chant, "dark as night, bird of flight, dark as night, bird of flight..." Her body started to shift under a dark mist.

the trees creaked and groaned and her magic was dissappated and prevented from working and the trees stopped creaking and the dragon rolled over and then went back to sleep

a cloaked Zebrataur steps out and into the pathway why are you in my forest? and why are you being trying to catch my dragon? he steps forward and draws a sword and holds his staff out, magic swirling around it

"Catch your dragon? Why would I want that thing?" Celeste narrowed her eyes at his reaction, "you are also foolish to attack me, stranger. I am the king's soceress!"

the zebratuar laughs at that then your king is stupid to send you to my forest. i am Nyota and i am the last being you may ever see alive. his staff starts to completely light up and the sword flashes in the light.

Nyota whistles and the dragon perks up and flies over to land on his shoulders and he pets it an puts the sword away then he an keep waiting. i have no intention of leaving my forest at the time being. had he wished to meet he should have come himself. he turns and starts to walk down the path deeper into the forest the sun is setting and it is dangerous out here at night. if you wish to live i may allow you to stay with me.

Celeste galloped after him to catch up and stand in front of him. "No, I have one job, then I can go back to my real duties." She eyed him, "I was told to bring you back."

the dragon snickers and then looks up you couldnt even get ME to do what you want. what makes you think you can command my master? Nyota glares at Celeste i can strip you of your magic and leave you frozen out here, just another body in my forest. will you accept my offer to come and probably bathe for the first time in months of hunting for me and enjoy a decent meal or woul you prefer to return to your king as a failure?

Celeste did not look pleased at either of them, but she decided to play along for now. There would be time to make her move later. "Very well," she seemed to relent, "lead the way." Stories of his power were well known, she would be a mystery to him.

Nyota smiles and walks off in the forest, heading for the center, the trees blocking the way behind them and he thinks to himself she probably intends to try something. She must have talent as the crest on her cloak, that king, while stupid, is not know for letting a low powered wizard be his personal pet, unless shes....no...i cant see that. he looks to the side and remarks Shadescale i can see you. a massive black eastern dragon with a silver pattern emerged from the shadows and glares at Celeste and then grins My lord, you allow Celeste into your home?

Shade smirks no but i know you, i have been watching you from afar. i keep track of those who....are often alone and unhappy. he turns to the shadows watch your back my lord. shes crafty, but she has a weakness.... *he leans in to whisper, eyes gleaming and Nyota listens you need not fear. she shall not harm me. she cant.

"Weakness? Watching me," Celeste scoffed. "Also, I am not alone or unhappy. I serve the king and am a member of his court." That was at least the truth if she had no close friends. "I am only unhappy because I have been sent to the a** end of the kingdom to find you," she looked at Nyota.
