Lola punched him in the shoulder."Ugh shut up. I don't work at Subway." Lola chuckled before she pulled her phone out. "What time do we leave? I'm tired, and I definitely don't feel like being here with you any longer then need be." Lola stated, grinning a bit. Though she knew it was a lie. Josh was pretty fun to hang out with., when he wasn't pulling pranks like usual.

Josh raised an eyebrow about the time, he sighed a little as he got off the counter, he liked hanging out with Lola but he was tired too. Josh looked at her as she commented about not liking to be with him, he knew it was a lie. The boy walked over to her and crouched down resting his chin on her knees and making a puppy dog face. "Awee.. You don't like hanging out with me?" He joked.

Josh laughed as he was pushed away, he looked around the theatre. "Well I think we have another hour or so." He said, Josh's head turned to one of the movies doors as he watched a bunch of people walk out laughing and talking about the movie. Josh leaped over the counter and stood at his station, he sighed, he knew he would soon be home. Josh leaned on the counter and watched as a group of girls walking his way. "Hi sorry, my friend wants a slushy, I don't see why, I mean the movies over." The blonde laughed, her friend nudged her. "Your so rude." She smiled and turned to Josh, she was tall but a little shorter than him, she was tan and had dark brown hair. "Hi, one cherry slushy please." She asked with a smile as she played with the small coin purse in her hands. Josh smirked and looked her over, he walked over and got her a cherry slushy, he placed the slushy on the counter and watched as she reached for it, Josh slowly slid the drink away as she reached for it. She placed her hands on her hips and gave him a look, Josh smirked at her. "I'm Josh.. You are?" The girl smirked and shook her head. "I'm the girl that just wants her drink so she can get out of here." One of the girls tapped her on the shoulder. "We'll see you outside Stephanie." Josh smirked at his answer and watched the group of girls walk away before turning back to what seemed to be Stephanie. "Hi Stephanie." He said in a cocky smart a** tone, the girl smirked. "Steph.. Hi Josh, may I have my drink?" Josh shook his head. "May I see you again?" He asked, the girl smiled, she pulled out a small sticky note and a pen writing something on the bright blue piece of paper, Josh raised an eyebrow and leaned in as she motioned him to come closer. "Here.. And thanks Josh, see you around." She said as she walked away with her drink in hand, Josh smirked and looked at the paper in his hands, her number.

Lola nodded softly. Another hour. She coul take another hour. Working at the concession stand was one of the easiest job's she's ever had. Lola was busy filling someones large cup with soda, as Josh started flirting with one of the customers. She frowned a bit, but she just shrugged. He was just being friendly. Its not like he's interested in her. Or getting her number. She thought, before she heard him say something. "My I see you again?" Lola frowned again, crushing the cup, spilling soda everywhere. Lola looked down, and sighed. "Sorry!" Lola mumbled quickly wiping it up, before getting another cup, filling it. "4.50." She simply, handing the customer his cup, before she continued wiping the soda up, watching the girl walk away. Lola scoffed, before she threw away the napkins, looking over at Josh. "Hmph... get your number a*****e?" Lola said glaring at him briefly. Stupid, stupid, stupid! Why did you listen to all of his compliments, and jokes. Lola thought, feeling like she needed to slap some sense into herself for even having a crush on him in the first place.

Josh turned his head hearing something, his eyebrow raised at Lola's comment. "What?" Was his simple answer as he looked at her with a confused face.

Lola just shook her head. "Never mind, just shut up." Lola grumbled. Lola looked around at the now empty movie theatre, and she sighed. Josh was a butt hole. Lola wasn't dating him or anything... but he flirted with her all the time. And then he went and did the same thing with another girl. Lola frowned, letting out a huff. Grrr, I thought I was special! Lola balled her fists up. She didn't want to even stand next to him. She felt stupid. Maybe it was over exaggerating... but she couldn't help it. Lola locked up her register, before shoving her hands into her pockets. "I'm leaving early. Bye." Lola went to the back, and grabbed her jacket, before stuffing her phone into her back pocket, and hopping over the count, speed walking away from him, and her stupid job.

Josh raised an eyebrow, what was she so made about, he watched as she walked off to the closet, she was leaving? Why? Josh sighed and leaned on the counter as she walked away. "Bye.." He said after she had left, Josh locked his register and pulled his keys out of his pocket, he walked out of the theatre and locked the doors, he walked over to his car and got in driving off down the road.

When Lola finally got home, she locked the door behind her, before she jogged down the hall. It was dark, and no one was home yet. Her parents worked late. She made her way to her bedroom, before she flopped on her bed, and rolled into the covers, not bothering to take her work clothes off. Lola was tired of today, and didn't want to go back to work. She just wanted to sleep.

Josh sighed when he got home, he shut the door and locked it before pulling his boots off and walking into the kitchen. He smirked seeing his mom in the kitchen, he walked up behind her and hugged her. Josh smiled at her as she turned around. "Hi, How was your day mum?" He asked in sign language, his mother was deaf and she didn't like to talk for fear of how she would pronounce words improper. She smiled and kissed his forehead. "Fine, Are you hungry?" She asked with a smile, Josh shook his head. "I'm going to go to bed, I'm kind of tired." She placed her finger over her lips, Josh knew what she was talking about already, Tracey. Josh nodded and headed up stairs, he quietly entered his room and got dressed in a tank top and baggy jeans, he feel back on the bed, it was late and Josh was tired. Josh slowly closed his eyes when he felt someone on top of him, he opened his eyes to see his little nine year old little sister, Josh smiled at her. "That hurt." He replied, the little girl smiled and giggle. "Hi Josh, how was work?" She asked in a cheery voice, Josh shrugged. "Fine, and I'm tired so leave." The little blonde girl frowned as she got off of him and sat on the bed, Josh got under his sheets and waited for her to leave, Tracey looked down at her lap. "But I missed you.. Can I sleep in here with you tonight?" Josh sighed with a smile as he shook his head, he lifted the sheets. "Come here." Tracey clapped and smiled jumping beside him and snuggling up to him, Josh and Tracey were very close, they had been this close since their father died leaving it to only be him, his sister and his mute mother. Josh placed his arm over Tacey and softly hummed tell she fell asleep before soon falling asleep himself.

Lola groaned as she rolled over onto her side, as her older brother sat next to her on the couch. "Put on Spongebob, Nick." Lola pleaded, nudging him with her foot as she lay ont he couch while he sat by her feet. He groaned. "No... fine." He grumbled, switching the channels with the remote. He looked at his phone before looking at Lola. 'Don't you have to work today?" He asked. Lola instantly let out a loud groan. "Yeah... I wanna stay home though." He chuckled, patting her head. "Call in sick." He suggested. Lola rolled her eyes. "See you when I get home Nick." She chuckled slightly, getting up, and hopping off the couch to go get ready, as her brother laid down, taking the couch for his self. Her parents were always working outta town, so it was usually her and Nick home.
Lola sighed as she began stocking up the cups, and popcorn buckets, putting new napkins and butter in. She then flicked on a few switches to light up the place, before she walked behind the counter, stocking up some of the candy.

Josh sighed as he got up, he walked into his bathroom taking a shower before getting dressed in his work clothes and heading down stairs. He smiled at his mom and kissed her on the cheek before lifting Tracey off the couch and tossing her in the air before catching her, she giggled and hugged his neck. "Mama says you can bring me to the theaters with my friend, we want to go watch a movie." Josh looked over at the couch seeing a little girl Traceys age, she had red hair and pain skin, she smiled and waved, Josh smiled back at her before facing his mom and putting Tracey down. "You said they could go to the movies?" He asked, she nodded. "She has her birthday money, can you take them please Joshua?" He nodded and turned to Tracey. "Get ready and meet me in the car." She smiled and clapped, she took the little girls hand and ran up the stairs with her as they both giggled, Josh waited. Once Tracey and her friend got in and put their seat belts he started the car. "Your brother is so nice." Josh laughed a little at the little girls comment.
When Josh got to work he walked up to the counter. "This is your work place?" Ask the little girl, Josh nodded. "Yep, sure is." Tracey smiled at her friend. "Josh gives people the treats, the best part of the movies." They both giggled as Josh smiled and shook his head.

Lola looked up to see two little girls, and she smiled. "Oh... hello." Lola said with a friendly smile, before looking up to the figure next to them, and rolling her eyes. "Oh brother." Lola mumbled not wanting to talk to him, Lola began getting off the counter, before turning her attention to the two girls. "Hi, did you guys want some candy? Or maybe some popcorn?" Lola asked, smiling. They were so cute. Though she couldn't help wondering why they came with Josh.

Josh leaped over the counter, Tracey smiled at Lola. "Hi I'm Tracey and this is my friend Savannah." The other little girl waved. "Hi." Tracey smiled and looked back at Lola "Are you Lola? Josh sometimes talks about you, he says your really pr-..." Tracey was cut off by Josh. "Tracey!.. Sibling secrets remember?" He smirked and pretended to zip his mouth shut, Tracey giggled and did the same. "Sorry Joshua, well your very pretty lady." She said with a smile, Savannah nodded in agreement. "Our movie doesn't start for a while, we wanted to come over and see how Tracey's brother does his work." The little redhead explained.

Lola couldn't help but laugh a bit at Joshua's little sister. She wasn't exactly mad anymore. Lola couldn't really be bad with two sweet little girls like Tracey and Savannah. The other reason was she couldn't really be mad at Josh for too long. "Huh... so you talk about me?" Lola mumbled, grinning. She wasn't sure how she was feeling about the situation. "Aw, thanks. You both are beautiful." Lola chuckled, before listening to Savannah's explanation on what they were going to do. Their movie wasn't starting yet, so they were just going to watch. "Not much to watch, Josh sucks at his job." Lola said, leaning over to whisper in Tracey's ear. Maybe she wasn't really mad anymore. As long as he didn't do again... hopefully. Lola loved kids, and they always made her laugh.
