When he meant if he was not good enough, it was meant to reply to her question that shouldn't he be hitting on girls somewhere. He didn't have class until tomorrow, either he went back to his room or accompany Rozalynn a bit longer. Of course the better choice was to just see where this leads. He notices her frustration and stayed silence for a moment. There seems to be a confusion, maybe he had gone too far with his jokes.
"What were you studying?" Asking in a honest tone. He was actually curious on what she was studying. Not that he really cared for it but his curiosity got the better of him.

 Rozalynn Riza Meyer Roza inhaled a gentle breath of air upon Nike's change of tone. The teen understood the playfulness her portrayed. She didn't care for it in any way. He was a flirt was what she repeated in her mind as she recovered from a near outburst. Roza was a scholar to add to her list of reasons why she was unamused. Nike was like the kind of guy who's masculine mind thought all girls were carbon copies of each other. If one girl swoons in his favor, the rest of her sex were soon to follow, drapping themselves in his arms as if he was their ideal mesiah born to guide their hormonal minds. She was internally greatful about Nike's ability to throw away the drive to be all fun and take on a serious edge.
"...I'm studying meister-weapon relationships... Soul resonances... The change in Death City from the last thirty years..." Roza answered in an even tone. Her tensed arms outstretched as her hands, the petite palms lying on the perfectly polished wood of the table. Meticulously, Roza's fingertips drummed against the material, an unknown habit of hers when speaking. Blinking every so often, the teen recited what she read up to when she was rudely interrupted by Nike. As her voice slowed to a halt, she offered up information the blond was likely seeking before Shiro got in their way.
"...Weapons are more than tools for meisters to use to defeat kinshin and collecting souls... Weapons have their own free will... An agreement must occur between meister and weapon, then a partnership can be formed," she paused for a silent breath. "Most of the students here have their partners, and they've gone on missions with each other... I'm a weapon with no meister... Still... First years are so damn lucky; I'd be lying if I said I was pissed off at myself for my pickiness..."
The young woman slumped in her seat as her rant drifted away with the energy to deal with it anymore. Nike was a meister. He must have a weapon off somewhere... In the two days since their meeting, she wouldn't doubt the older boy and his partner even have a soul under their belts.

She choose the most common ones. Unlike most people they would think these sources of information on the past was outdated. Though Rozalynn was the total opposite of those folks. Was she searching for a possible way to find herself a meister? If she did then why not try it with the actual person, rather then basing it off books. Nike moved his right hand under his chin and thought of the possible concepts. Watching the young lady uses the table as a drum, Nike listens to her speech about her experience.
"So your a weapon huh...interesting. Would you like to test it with me? The theories of Soul resonances." Oddly enough he had no weapon himself, this would be an opportunity to see his compatibility with a weapon.

Rozalynn Riza Meyer "A soul resonance can only be accomplished if the paired weapon and meister's souls beat as one...Even meister Maka and Soul Evans were unable to succeed in their earlier attempts." Roza's fingers halted, and she drew them into her lap. Her reply was natural for her; she was a know-it-all so she never noticed her tone of voice from time to time. As a child, she was labeled a b***h because of how hasty she was to show off what she grasped in her sixteen years of living. She was a smart girl; she merely lacked people skills. Books were friendlier to her than another person. She wasn't required to talk to the inked text, and if she spoke with accidental arrogance, the teen wouldn't wish to die in a hole. Roza was a woman of realistic logic. She trusted a book more than her own judgement from time to time. She had to have a meister at one point in her life...
Her visage softening apologetically, she counted to ten before providing an answer. "...If you want to see how our souls even flow together in battle, we have to wait until the training field is empty... You have to have good aim for me." [>.< Not much to work with...]

AlexSnow Scythe Demon Weapon ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Alex was sitting in one of the tables closest to the windows. In front of him was a book, a book with the title "Hunger Games" He found the series very interesting. After about an hour of reading, he got up and left (Exits)

Pierce walked around the library, looking for anything interesting to read before he started teaching his first class with his partner Bakura. Anything, he would settle for a non fiction book right now. His partner wasn't much for talking, so he couldn't go talk to him. He wasn't even sure where his partner was. He picked up a book off the shelf and checked it out, it would be great help with his lesson plan. He sat down at a table and started reading, jotting down notes in his notebook.

 Bakura Walks in slightly annoyed that Pierce walked off during their introduction to the school made personally by Lord Death Himself. "Pierce" he say as he walks up to the table pierce sat at. staring down at pierce he gives him the death stare -_- "what are you reading"

Adrian walked into the library for the first time and was rather amazed by the size of it. It was incredibly gigantic. Scanning the shelves he picked out some books on weapon and gun technique and a random one about guitars. After picking out all the books, he sighed and slouched comfortably in the seat to begin reading.
