Lily couldn't help but to laugh at Zia's reaction to her hair. It was only hair, thought that was something that she had to learn the hard way herself. Zia hadn't even even seen her hair at its length from when she first became a senshi, just above her butt. Straighten, not that she did it often, it had come to her knees.
"Zia, you being so silly. It will grow back, but for now it needs to be short," she ushered her friend over to the sink, grabbing a wash cloth of of the linen closest on the way by and closing the door only after making sure Phina wasn't near by.
"I'm hiding here from my parents. I do not think they will look at my bosses house. Phina promised if they came by the store she would say they haven't seen me. The vacation to England was a set up to try to keep the family from returning to Destiny City. I think they know and I'm just not ready for that fight yet. I know I'm going to have to go talk to them. They are looking for me, but I'm want to do it on my terms."
Lily sighed heavily, but them smiled, "Man I missed you and everyone. All I could think about from September on was getting back to Destiny. Want me to get you some more clothes. Er, what size are you, not sure if we are the same."
Phina looked to Noah and couldn't help but to laugh at the question, "She isn't related to me, despite the hair, and Lily is indeed a girl. She is having some family troubles. She won't tell me everything, but she needed a place to stay and so I let her stay with me. She use to work a the boutique before she went on vacation to England and didn't come back. She turned up about 2 weeks ago and other than Halloween she hasn't really left."
Phina headed for the cabinet next to the fridge when she made it into the living room, intent on two Aleve to help her aching head. "She doesn't usually dress like that either. I think she was coming to look for me. She really doesn't want to be found and has taken measure to make sure it's less likely. I think eventually she'll go talk to her family."
She turned and grinned at Noah, "the plus side to Lily right now, is she distracting you sister," she winked at him, "and she can drive. I'm sure she will be happy to take your sister home." It was a clear invitation if Noah wanted to stay.

"But you were so pretty," Zia pouted. "I mean, you're still pretty. Your haaaaair, though!" Zia's own locks had gotten unruly and longer in her time ignoring them. She was clearly too vain to lose the fighting hazard. She sighed and nodded a bit in sympathy, although she was thinking less about how much it must suck to be in Lily's position and having a flighty moment of self centered preoccupation.
Zia's parents kicked her out. Lily's parents kidnapped her. Neither extreme sounded fun.
She snapped out of it when she was asked her size. Weight had always been a sensitive issue with Zia and recently even more so. "Uh... eight? It's just a little dust, most of it's on my sweater," She mumbled, brushing off her tank top strap and suddenly seeming incredibly shy and withdrawn compared to a few moments ago.
Noah was about to worry about how much trouble Phina could get in for hiding a kid from her parents, though he thought the gesture was amazingly understanding. Probably coming from the fact he had trouble with his dad and might not have spent so much time ******** up his life if he had some other adult step in and give him a place to hide, or at least just lend an ear.
So in the end, he just put his handsi n his pockets and shrugged about the whole thing. Until his brows went up at the implication and he glanced around to see where his sister had vanished to, and then back to Phina. Seriously? He wanted to graciously accept so badly, too, though he wondered how much of an a** that would make him, sending his sister off with some other clearly troubled girl so this date could have a happy ending.
"I... uh..." Not wanting to say yes or no, he just sort of stood there stammering. His thought process wasn't at it's best.

Lily couldn't help but to giggle at Zia's dramatics and at the pretty statement she simply uttered a thank you. She grinned at her friend realizing she really need to get you. Now matter how much she didn't want to run into her parents, she missed this sort of interactions.
She blinked when Zia said eight as though she was unsure. Lily herself was a six, but he didn't think it would matter if she grabbed Zia some pajamas. Better yet, she wondered if Zia would stay. "It's late, why don't you stay? I've got extra pajamas and Phina has a movie theater in this monstrous apartment of hers. I'm sure she won't mind."
Again Lily was grabbing Zia to pull her along without really waiting for her agreement to stay, either way she thought a movie would be fun. She really didn't want Zia to leave just yet.
Phina just shook her head at Noah's stammering and sighed lightly. She would have liked a yes, but at the same time it would have made him seem like an a**. She walked over to Noah and put her hand on his arm, "It's okay, don't worry about. I'll take you both home. Well I guess though you would like to get you bike."
She gave him a small smile and leaned forward to give him a kiss on the lips saying when just a inch from his face, "you a good guy."
"Come one," said Lily tugging Zia lightly, "they're still in the kitchen."

Zia was fully embarrassed now, and decided it wouldn't be polite to stretch out Lily's offered PJs. "Nah, I'm good, I mean it's cold out, I've got a few layers on, I'll just peel a few off," She said with a nervous laugh. Stupid Pascal and his stupid fat comment.
"I'd love to stay the night, though!" She said as she followed Lily. She hadn't been on a sleepover in foreverrr and she had a lot of catching up to do with Lily. Also it made it less likely her brother was going to.
The kiss probably should've made Noah feel better. It absolutely did not. "No, it can stay where it is for the night, I don't know how I'll get it home anyway." He wasn't stupid enough to attempt to drive it at this point. "A ride home would be great, though." And suddenly Zia was standing in the kitchen entrance, arms crossed and shoe tapping like Noah was a kid who'd been caught doing something wrong. She was at least resisting telling him to please peel that whore off of him.

Lily shook her head, "it's fine Zia. I'll grab you something right after I let Phina know your staying." Lily didn't really understand why Zia was refusing, pajamas didn't come in sizes like 6 or 8 that she saw and she was certain Zia would be fine in the medium night short and tank top. "No buts," she added.
Lily gave Phina a nervous smile and wave looking over to the pair standing in the kitchen. "Hey Phina ... uh sorry to interrupt, but I was hoping you wouldn't mind if Zia stayed the night. I sort of already asked her. I thought we could watch a movie in your theater."
She looked to Zia to confirm and was slightly confused by the girl's posture.
Phina shook her head a Lily, the girl was still so innocent. "Sure, she can stay, I'm sure you two would like to catch up what with Lily having been in England for 4 and a half months. I'll drive Noah home and come right back."
Lily gave a small smile and looked at Noah,"nice meeting you. I'm Lily by the way." Turning back to Zia she grinned, "Come on I'll show you around. I swear this is the biggest apartment I've ever seen. I mean she has a movie theater. It's crazy."
Phina grabbed Noahs hand, "maybe next time," she said with a laugh as she walked back toward the front door, tea forgotten.
