Mori took some more bites as Kirito fed him. but as he was chewing one piece about to swallow he choked a little swallowing it hard coughing lightly. he had been surprised at the question. "I....I just like my privacy...i-it's nothing really..." nothing strange about it. the answer was an obvious dodge he was trying to avoid telling him why he was such a loner like since he stayed outside town. maybe sometime he would tell him but now wasnt it.

Mori finally stopped the coughing as he drank down the water he was handed. glad Kirito seemed to buy that answer. drinking more and soon finished. taking a breath wanting to set the glass down but didnt know if there was anywhere to put it. listening to Kirito mention about giving him privacy, "...yea...thanks..." though he doubted it much. and he hadnt really meant it he just was leery with the questions. at kirito's next question, "oh...well...i like...er...liked fishing...but the pole i used probably got burnt to a crisp..." curious, "did...anything in my home survive?" he didnt know that they managed to kinda save his home. it hdnt burnt completly down so there were probably somethings he could still get.

Mori nodding, "Mhm...sometimes I keep what I catch...for food, but I let all the little ones go," shrugging, it was just what he did, he always let the little ones go, though sometimes those days he wouldn't catch bigger ones and would just deal with what vegetables and things he'd gotten from town. He wasn't big on hunting like others. "It is peaceful...gives you time to think and enjoy things outside," the scenery. At what Kirito mentioned, the game of shogi, Mori chuckled lightly, "A game better played with two people..." Sighing, "I know the game and how to play, but I haven't in awhile." No opponents. Listening to his answer about his home and belongings. His mouth open to reply but hesitated a moment, debating, about to say no, just feeling hopeless about it, but sighed, "Yes...please...I'd like to know."

Mori thought that was cute, but the remark of seeing had him flinch...the whole idea of if he'd see again. "Maybe...we can play..." Murmuring, if he could play it blindly, it'd be interesting, but very hard to do. If anything then maybe play when...if he got his site back. "Alright...thank you Kirito..." Pursing his lips, nodding, "I guess, alright." At least hearing him say lunch told him what time frame it was right now. Shifting around he laid back down, curling up feeling for the blanket on his legs and tugged it up the rest of the way. His mind still reeling about things so he didn't know how he could sleep. But sure enough after a bit he'd drifted off not realizing, sleeping.

Mori may not be able to see but he sure saw enough in his dreams...or nightmares. THey had him stir a bit, but he had silenced them quickly, drifting back into a peaceful sleep. Groaning lightly, he hadn't known how long he'd slept but he could smell something good that reached his nose and down into his stomach making it growl. Feeling the hand on his shoulder, groaning again, reflexively he went to reach his hand up to rub his eyes from the sleepiness but brushed over the bandages. His fingers hesitated there, before he sighed, dropping his hand back as he curled up. "I'm awake...." Laying there still as he couldn't believe he'd forgotten what happened already, those bandages reminding him. Knowing he'd be bothered again if he tried laying there longer, Mori pushed himself up, sitting up now and just waiting, since he'd rather not burn himself trying to eat. He'd had such a sour attitude since being brought there. His mind still thinking about something. (something that'll happen later at night when kirito goes to sleep XP...i has a plotting lol XP)

Mori nodded, "I...slept fine enough....Huh I guess that was what smelled so good." Offering a little smile. Opening his mouth as Kirito was feeding him, feeling it go warm down his throat, it felt good and tasted good. "Mhm, it's good...really," nodding about the vegetables, as he ate more. He heard the girl and had turned his head, searching for where he'd heard her, not sure if he was looking in the right direction. Not sure what to say, but Kirito had given an answer and Mori didn't think there was much else to say. But on a whim, he reached out, hesitently, and felt his finger tips brush against her forehead. Pulling back a little, and kind of pointed where he'd felt, "I heard...you had quite the fall earlier...and the doctor here helped...are you feeling better?" He'd moved his hand before carefully so he didn't bump or hit either Kirito or the girl.
