It seemed to take a few moments for it to register with Rep, even after Sasha blacked out. Harrison's words were what finally yanked him out of the daze he'd slid into, simply watching her bleed.
"Naw. I'm awright." he stated, his voice still low, as if they were in a library rather than a training field. His shield had taken a thrashing from her, but he'd gotten lucky, he would mend easy. Untangling himself mentally from Tracey felt sluggish and awkward, the sensation of having teeth and talons finally fading, along with any delusions he had of speed and power. He eyed the moon hunter with a delighted grin. "I got the b***h. I finally ******** got her."
He shakily stood up off her, standing as tall and proudly as he could to give her a look of abject disdain. "I should leave her here to ******** bleed out like the animal she is."

Harrison looked Rep over anyhow, taking his chin in hand and turning it to inspect his jaw. He looked over the neck and chest, where all the blood was. No cuts.
"She's a dumb b***h who's been pulling a tiger's tail a little too long. Thinking there's not gonna be consequences."
His mouth quirked in a smile.
"Why would you want to do that, after a ******** friendly, legitimate spar."
He felt Rep's shoulders too, checked to make sure nothing there had been reopened.
"Shields go out all the time. Not like you did it on purpose."

Rep was only too willing to obligingly let himself be checked over, the revulsion of moments before switched off entirely by the contact and replaced with a purring contented sort of pride.
But at the question of why he'd want to leave her there, he rankled slightly, tension lining his posture. "Because she did it to me in the cafeteria. I'd have been left to die. Left to the mercy of someone finding me. And I didn't even have regen at the time." He caught the implication, that he should walk away from the vendetta, say it was a spar, that was all, but it bothered him, he'd sworn he'd take people to the infirmary but surely Sasha was different?
"At most I'll drag her there by a ******** foot, maybe she'll get another few bruises along the way."

"I know," Harrison said, "and she's been taking these chickenshit shots at you on account of you not having a weapon. But you're a Sun and she's playing the wrong game. And if she's smart, she'll figure that out."
His back was the worst. But Tracey had always been a quick healer. Overall, whatever had happened, Tracey's shield had covered it.
"She's not smart."
He looked at the mess on the fields again.
"But I'm not stupid, either."
The throat and the bleeding were the worst. As long as her neck wasn't broken. He'd have to check first. He didn't know what he was supposed to be looking for, exactly, but poking around for the sake of clinical professionalism wouldn't hurt anything. Probably.
"I got a new job," Harrison said, "Sunny wants me practicing on the training fields, to start off. She gave me some supplies." He got out a roll of bandaids, unrolling a strip with a sharp ripping sound. "...You gonna help me roll her over?"

Rep was relaxed, comfortable and proud, practically radiating smugness. He'd done well and Harrison approved and supported him. It was safe, comfortable and an easy wind down from how close he'd clipped sheer bottomless insanity only moments before.
Things were ******** brilliant.
At least for a moment.
As Harrison mentioned his new duties and brought out supplies, it was like a lead weight had dropped into his gut. He wanted to fix her. He honestly wanted to fix her. After all that he'd done, he was going to just ******** patch her up like it was nothing, mend her the same way he so often had to mend him on the battlefield.
His expression dropped for a second, an unguarded moment of pure shock.
And then he shook his head. "No. No. Not ******** her." He sidestepped in the way just a little, narrowing his eyes, his tone a flat statement of fact. "You aren't practising on her."

Rep any other day, with any other person would have conceded. But not her. The idea of Harrison so much as touching her, showing the able and efficient care he was capable of to that b***h after all he'd done to land her in a ******** infirmary bed made his stomach twist.
"Not. ********. Her. Let the ******** people in the infirmary deal with it."
There was something petulant and desperate in his tone as he crossed his arms.
"My foot is ******** down."

Harrison gave the open wound at her neck one last look, then sighed, aggrieved.
He folded the bandages over, and put them back in their case.
"Gonna get blood all over my ******** jacket," he grumbled, then bent to grab her by the lapels and heft her over one shoulder like a sack of potatoes. At least that way she wouldn't drown.
"Maybe we'll get lucky and they won't be able to save her vocal chords."

He couldn't really understand why there was a twinge of guilt as Harrison put the bandages away. It was his fight, she deserved it, she didn't deserve mending. He frowned, almost irritated at the fact that despite getting his way, he didn't entirely feel like he had.
As Harrison picked Sasha up and slung her over his shoulder, Rep dropped the aggressive stance and fell uncertainly into step behind him. "A.. aye, that would be a small mercy. No more ******** kissing up, quiet like a ******** woman should be." he didn't sound as resolute as he usually did.
There was an uncertain desire to reach out and touch the other man, but stifled the illogical urge before he could act on it, frowning to himself. "I'll wash it if she does." he muttered quietly instead.
