What had Lex gone to do, exactly?
Prepare pancake batter, what else? He could be quite the smug and confident little booger when he was sure he would be getting what he wanted, and he was quite sure that he would be getting what he wanted that night.
Nothing huge, probably not even something marginally big. Just something to keep her coming back for more.

When she knocked, Lex was ready and waiting, still studying his Norse. He snapped the book shut at the knock, tucked it under the bed, and leaned on the door frame, pressing his cheek against the door and smirking.
Tonight would be a good night.
"Feeling hot for teacher?" He called out through the wood, grinning. Jokes, he had them.

There could always be something said about a man waiting. had Nevada not shown up, would he still be waiting? She admired his confidence if he knew she would return but then again..she had acted predictably. A return trip was all she needed to quench that curiousity she had. Plus Lex was a charming if not handsome man...She highly doubted any woman could really resist him.
And it had been awhile since she had let herself something nice and fun. At least...since before she became a hunter.
"I'm just working up a friendly glow Lex, though I am sure with the right fuel.....I can burst right into flames." She gave a low chuckle before cocking her hip and resting a hand on it. "Are you going to keep me out here all night handsome or invite me in again?"
Her lips pursued as she waited. Worst case scenario, she slept alone tonight.

""Mmm...glowing, hm? There's a few ways to take that." Lex grinned at his own little joke, before pulling the door open, revealing himself, leaned on the door frame, dressed in a white tee and loose flannel sleeping pants, and wearing the most winning of smiles he could muster.
"Well well, clas is in session." The confident grin on his face persisted, and he stepped aside to let Nevada in, eyes taking in her figure. Those Hunter coats really did hide quite a bit, he thought as he bit his lower lip a little.
Remember Lex, the long game.
"So, Nevada... tell me what subject you're struggling with."

"Thank goodness. I didn't want to fall behind..." She breezed by him, adding a little sway of her hips. She first stared at the blank walls before turning and sliding her hands down her side to rest on her hips.
A playful smile tugged at her lips, "Well Teacher, I don't think I understand the benefits of studying human anatomy. Could you show me the proper way to study a human? Maybe we could start with a tasting?"
She was of course moment by moment right now. Whatever happened. Happened.

A near carnal smile ripped its way across Lex's face, showing how little restraint he had left. His muscles twitched and ached for contact with other flesh, his eyes were very nearly smoking from all the smolder that he was giving her.
"Well, dear Nevada, the first thing to understand about a human is the mouth." He approached her slowly, taking her chin between his thumb and forefinger, smiling like an animal as he looked into her eyes. "The mouth is the gateway to the body - and without it, we could not receive nourishment, could not communicate efficiently, or even so much as do a simple thing like yawn."
He piqued an eyebrow at her, before opening his mouth again. "Also, without the mouth, we couldn't do one of the most important things any person can do.
And with that last statement, thickly impregnated with passion and heat, the tall man presses his lips to hers, only starting their 'lesson.'

Nevada shifted as she recognized the heat. Eyes were wonderous thing, they communicated a lot when you stared at them, when you held that same stare. Even now as she held Lex's, she felt the small flush rise in her cheeks and the excitement of something nice to happen soon.
She tilted her head a little to accomadate him, calming the fraying energy bounding through her body and kept her lazy relaxed smile on.
"I had no idea that the mouth was so important." She chuckled, "But yes, it is important for other things isn't it?" She let her tongue slip out, a little slide over her lips before it disappeared back. When he leaned over, slipping his mouth over hers, she left out a delighted sigh.
One of her favorite things in the world were kissing. Hands that had rested on her own hips lazily trailed over to his and rested them there. Ah human contact, it relaxed and eased her.
Though, if there was something odd to be said about the way Nevada kissed, it would be that her eyes never fully shut. Half lidded, and heavy with heat...it was her own version of a smoulder.

Lex opened his eyes a bit, returning the smoulder. Mm, firey and passionate. He allowed a little bit of tongue to slip in, even venturing to bite on Nevada's lower lip before he squeezed her hands, and broke away.
"That, my dear student, is what nabs you an A in this class." A seductive smile, and his shirt was gone, his lower lip being sucked on for a mere second. Lex was enjoying this. "Do that more often, and you'll become teacher's pet."
He went in for the kill again, this time playing with her hair as he kissed. Mentally, he was telling himself to hold back a little. String her along. Make her want him more and more.
Regal was actually enjoying this idea; it's what a cunning and royal man would do. Make peasants, show dominance. He even churred proudly int the back of Lex's mind.

A small hum built up in the back of her throat as she practically purred in delight. When his tongue slipped with her, she felt that familiar thrill heat her. The bite sent though sent a little shiver and made her laugh as he pulled her away.
"Well Well Teacher, I was always an over achiever. I even like to do extra credit classes..." She waited a beat, watching the shirt fall and then purring over the very fine mister Lex's body. "Do you plan on extra credit Lex?"
Her head relaxed in his grip as he returned to her mouth, eased into another kiss as he played with her hair. Like a cat being pet, the girl fell right into his wills. Her hands smoothed over his chest, another indulgence as she slid her hands over this pecs...to his stomach and back up. A appercitive hum and a slow licking thrum of attraction warmed her blood...a little too fast.
When she felt her reaching a point she wasn't ready for, when her alarm bells warned her that while she may WANT something....She wasn't ready for it, she pulled herself back slowly and smiled languidly at him.
"But Teacher, I wanted to let you know...That while I like extra credit, I do not like extracurricular activities..." The hand reached over to his chest and she sighed softly, tapping it, "Your a handsome man Lex, A smooth one, but I'm not looking for anything more then snuggling and kissing. Are you okay with that?"

"Perfectly fine." Lex rumbled, pulling her back into his arms and lips. Fireworks went off in his mind; she'd fallen right into his game. Spooning wasn't bad at all, nor was kissing. Combine both of those and let them marinate for a while? She'd be tenderized soon. He smirked a little at the thought, before pulling away again, a low growl erupting from his throat.
"Why don't you and I make this arrangement a little more comfortable?" He was getting more and more throaty, like a lion on the prowl. Carnality and passion were his to own, and it only took a simple guided push for them to be on his bed, embraced once again by their lips.
His hand moved to massage the small of her back, while another still fiddled with her hair, making little circular motions with both hands. He kept grinning throughout the kisses, only semi lost in the passion.

When he awoke, Lex was fully satisfied with his view. Nevada, curled up in the crook of his own body, barely clothed. Spooning successful.
He would just lay there a while longer, stroking the girl's hair as she slept.

Nevada sighed in relief as she was pulled back into his arms. Some men, at least when she hadn't been a hunter mistook her easy and comfortable spirit as one that always meant yes. Which wasn't true really. Sex was important to her, to be done with someone she cared for as a show of feelings. It wouldn't be taken lightly to this huntress.
Kissing and spooning on the other hand were always something she liked. And only with people she trusted. Lex seemed like one to trust, especially with the show of respect for her boundraies.
The tumble to the bed earned only a purr from the female and a short, "Well the bed is always the most comfortable..." Before their lips were locked again.

Morning was usually the worst time to be awake. More so alone. Today though was exceptionally nice as she curled happily into a personal body heater. Lex who was much taller then herself, made a easy pillow for a very satisfied Nevada, and if she really thought about it. The feeling of being a smaller female in a much larger male's arms made her all warm and glowy.
The hair stroking though was like petting a cat. A small sound of pleasure emitted as she curled closer.
"Morning already Lex~?" she murmured, her leg running up over his as she opened her eyes...albeit half lidded though. "You look exceptionally handsome in the morning as well."

"Yes, morning already. Unfortunate, isn't it?" He purred, nuzzling his cheek into her hair. Mmm, smelled good. Unfortunately, though, he had to get up and get ready to process more lab work, or clean up more minipet poo, or fetch coffee. Three months in and he was still fetching coffee like a chump.
With a heavy sigh, Lex got up out of bad, kissing Nevada on the cheek. "I'm always handsome; but you're always beautiful." A wink and a smile, and he was pulling on a hoodie to go get himself some coffee.
"You can stay here if you want; or you can go get ready yourself."

"Oh~ Compliments in the morning. Please tell the chef that I'm quite fond of the sweets." She patted his cheek before sliding out of the bed behind him. "I think I'll go get ready for my own work. As much as I hate it, they do keep mist exceptionally busy." She stretched and then tied the hair that had loosened from her band back up.
"I'll see you again Lex." She gave a small purr, a knowing smirk and slid out his door with the ease of a well relaxed woman.
Of course she would though. It was hard not to keep being drawn to the fire.
