The way that he frowned and paused had her interest piqued. It was a decent sign that there was something odd about the horsemen, and she would probably want to know what it was. She shook her head at the question. She had maybe come across references in books and movies, but she had never really read up on them. They were part of another culture, and it had not seemed important at the time.

The description of them left her wondering. Wondering what sort of hold they had, what powers they possessed. "You said they are more dangerous, are they a bigger threat?" She was not sure how she felt about that. A lot of her information so far had to do with Halloween, and she twirled a bit of hair around her finger as she thought. "Do they fall like creatures from Halloween?"

"Dissipate," she frowned at the word, trying to place it, but the overall sentiment was there. They fell and they came back it seemed. Disturbing, and inefficient. But hopefully things could (and would) change.

"Do you know if there are any books about," she hesitated just a second before continuing "dissipation or horsemen available in the library?"

Instantaneous reincarnation to their original form. Or at least, that was what it reminded her of, and it was not a pleasant thought. So these demons plagued them, and no matter what they did there was a good chance they would just reform.

She was thinking about it as he got up, basically missing what he was doing as she considered options. Would they reform missing limbs if they were not killed? Was there something that could disrupt an area, or to clear it from Fear so they would not come back? Could they choose where they were formed?

She was slightly startled when he put the books in front of her, not remembering him getting up in the first place. She picked up the first one, fingers dancing along the spine as she looked it over. "Thank you, this will be a good start to my reading." Gathering the books she stood, glancing back toward the entrance. "Can we take these with us or do we have to read them here?" Considering he had been reading in the library she didn't want to simply assume.

A library card, standard then. To be brutally honest she had already started tuning him out, turning toward the desk and walking away even if he wasn't quite finished talking, her mind already focusing in on her next task. She was several meters away before Charles' mental prodding distracted her enough that she snapped her attention to him.



"I will repaint you," Taani muttered quietly, and only Jason would know if he heard her or not. She raised her voice slightly and turned to face him before heading toward the librarian. "Have a nice day, I hope your reading is informative."
