I don't think that guy in Mellos group really counted. He didnt play the role of Kira. That's the same with Higuchi, he didn't act as Kira so I dont this he really counts. He just killed innocent people who happened to be more successful than him for his personal gain. So I think its:
1. Raito
2. Misa
3. Mikami

Therefore, Higuchi will always be 3rd Kira to me.

Who did like Higuchi? The guy was a creep! But i(personally) would count him as Kira, because he used the death note to kill people.

I'd say Higuchi still counted as the third Kira, then it's Mikami...
