Another scream! Ohhh that one boil was so close to the limit, she couldn't risk making him scream again during an attempt to get more fear out of the other scareling. She'd have to move on to the next scareling. The pillow smacked her in the head and she had to fight back the instinct to squeak, clamping a hand over her mouth.
She shuffled out of the room, quietly opening and closing the door on her way out.
((Exit!))

When all was silent and good again, Mo relaxed a bit, although he was still clinging onto Quint. He leaned towards his twin, eyes still honed in on the area when he last heard something.
"它消失了吗?" He whispered, clearly frightened.

Cha's eyes narrowed at the spot where he'd thrown the pillow and was more disturbed at the fact that there were no other sounds forthcoming not even an amused chuckle of the one that was called Jimmy to tell them that the jig was up and that he'd been caught and...
Mo was talking. He beamed at his brother and flexed an arm, "是。我去了!" He said with far too much confidence than he actually felt but it beat being scared out of his mind right next to his brother.
He needed to be strong for Mo's sake.

Mo beamed at his obviously braver twin brother, and then offered up Quint to be patted; maybe Cha could absorb some of Quint's shark-awesomeness, and chase all the monsters away!

Cha was not ashamed to give Quint a head pat as he just settled on his Twin's bed like he owned the place.
He kind of didn't want to go running across the room anymore.
"想想妈妈和爸爸听到我们吗?" He asked with concern in his voice.

"我不知道..." Mo replied softly with a shake of his head, giving Quint a head pat too as he huddled close to his twin, "但是,如果他们能听见我们的声音,他们应该在这里了吧..." Which probably meant that they somehow did not hear all the noises... Or their shouting... What if a monster comes, and they yell for help, but their parents can't hear them?!
The thought made Mo huddle closer towards his twin.

Oops he might have made his twin brother more scared just by asking that question. He gave a nod in reply, "他们大概以为我们只是玩玩,让我们用一个无声的警告..." Cha quickly added with a big grin in the darkness. He draped an arm around Mo's shoulders.
"我把灯打开吗?" He asked curiously.

"不!" Mo yelped, fumbling around with his blanket; after a moment, he muttered, "我不想成为鸡乘无限远..."

Kwasi felt pretty good about his previous escapade as he scouted out his next house. Toy boxes were out, but he felt like he could get pretty good results elsewhere. Squeezing in through the window he decided to try his luck behind the curtains. Reaching forward, he grabbed them and gave them a tug, causing the rings to rattle against the curtain pole.

Cha rolled his eyes even as Mo tried to explain the reasoning behind WHY he didn't want the lights on - mostly because Cha knew why and thought it was a stupid thing anyways. So what if the chair flew without explanation? So what if the desk drawers fell without anyone touching them? That scratch at Cha's bed? It was nothing. NOTHING.
"这是愚蠢的,你知道的。" Cha groused at his twin.
Then curtains started to move and he shut his eyes very tight. NOPE IT WAS NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. Denial was Cha's best friend. [NO CHANGES]

Nothing? NOTHING? FFFF WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THESE KIDS. Kwasi threw his hands up in exasperation, then dropped them down and huffed to himself. Unfortunately he was still holding the curtain, and as he yanked down he heard a nasty quiet tearing sound as it ripped. Whoops. Uh, it was ok to damage the rooms right? He wasn't going to get yelled at when he got back for causing property damage right?

Mo heard a tearing sound, and that prompted him to open his eyes, turning towards the curtains- Wait. Their room has no curtains.
Scared as he was, the boy couldn't help but feel like this was getting a little ridiculous, especially if Cha was right about one of their schoolmates trying to scare them by playing tricks on them... Still he held his shark plushie closer.
[No change!
I'M SORRY I JUST REALIZED NO CURTAINS IN THE ROOM PICTURE 8D;;]

Cha flinched at the sound of a tear. Wait...
....That wasn't right. He opened an eye and tried to get a look at what was happening and then shook his Twin's shoulder, "你认为一个野生动物在我们的房间了吗?"
There then came a troubled expression, "我认为这是我们学校的衣服,明天乳..."
What would mother say when she woke up and saw their clothes were wrecked over night?! [No change!]

Xiu paused upon entering, cocking her head to the side. Wait, wait, were these scarelings speaking...
They were! The baku grinned a little at this--after all, it had been a long since she had heard anyone speak Chinese, and for some reason, this proved to be a little exciting for her. But right, the reason she was here, hmmmm...
Keeping herself low, she crept towards the toybox, pulling herself in with a loud giggle and letting the lid drop closed behind her. Now, now that she hopefully caught a little bit of attention with that noise...what should she do? As she shifted in the box, trying to get comfortable, she accidentally kicked one side of the box, producing a loud thump. The baku froze.
...Oops. O-okay well, that could work too.
Xiu began to knock and kick at the inside of the toybox, trying to make as much of a racket as she could. Then, suddenly stopping, she focused her FEAR, letting a few seconds tick by in peace before lifting the lid of the toybox ever so slightly. Giggling wildly, she peeked out, two glowing pink eyes peering out at the scarelings.
