Any conversation, if they were to have one at all, ended the moment Lex placed a washcloth on Ofelia's butt. The teen had been expecting it, she felt the cold air coming and everything else, but she didn't expect it to tickle.
The tickle was the absolute last thing on her mind and the teen giggled loudly, quickly moving her hands to clamp themselves over her mouth. Her face was turning six shades of red from her chin up into the roots of her hair.
She didn't say anything, instead just....laid there. Mortified.

She....giggled. Lex snorted a little, rolling his eyes and smiling. He didn't say anything for a while, just continued to wash until he deemed her rump clean.
"...I take it your ticklish." Was all he could muster before gingerly placing a hand on her side, trying to coax her to lay on her back again.
Wordlessly, he worked on the top part of her chest, dabbing away with feather like softness and almost nurse like care. Then he handed the girl the sponge.

Ofelia was a bit too flustered from her sudden laughter, and her inanity desire to not keep wriggling and laughing as he cleaned her down. Self-control had to be maintained so she didn't kick him in the face (or do other horrible things), and when he was finished and rolling her onto her back she finally let out a breathless gasp that left her giggling afterward. Her whole body seemed to shake and jiggle beneath her massive mounds of red hair, and for a moment everything was okay. She was happy, childlike, and she could forget all the pain that constantly wracked her body.
Having a ticklish butt was totally worth finding out if she could laugh like this. "Ah...Ah guess Ah am. Ne...never really though...ta look there." It wasn't like people went around tickling one another's asses, that was some seriously bedroom only stuff. She giggled for a few more moments but eventually stopped wriggling as the washcloth made it to her chest. The teen closed her eyes and leveled her breathing, relaxing beneath his touch, and when it stopped she opened them with almost a disappointed stare.
"Can do." "Yeah...not many people tickle their own butts." Lex smiled, which quickly became a look of 'wait what are you even doing' when she simply moved her hair aside to show her boobs and wash them. Not a disgusted face, not horrified, just a face of slight bewilderment.
She really wasn't the modest type. Lex strained his eyes at the ceiling, whistling some show tune from when he was a kid. And he kept whistling until he thought she was done, and took a glance down.
And he got a good look at her breasts.
Doctor and Patient Integrity! went through his mind, repeating itself as he stared at the ceiling again.

It wasn't like Ofelia was purposefully going slow in washing herself, it was just that even the slightest of movements really hurt and since she had to scrub and clean (and lift her breasts because well, d-cups aren't small) it took time. She was almost done when she caught Lex looking at her for the briefest moment before he darted his eyes back to the ceiling, and the redhead raised an eyebrow. "Sorry....Ah'll try an'...hurry up." She'd likely mistaken his glance upward as one of frustration, not one of trying to be polite to her, and the teen finished wiping down.
"Okay...all...clean." She still hadn't covered her breasts back up since, well, if he was going to be wrapping her torso then having her hair in the way would make it harder right? Ofelia had tried really hard to wrap her hair into something like a bun but instead it just fell about her face and shoulders, making her look a bit...older? "Alright." He chirped, lifting her right arm very gingerly as he took the sponge from her, dabbing at her armpit, and doing the same to the other side. He smiled while doing so, like one would when taking care of a puppy. He got lost in infirmary duties sometimes, as if the perverted womanizing side of him just disappeared for a moment.
"Alright, time to wrap." Lex said, gently and calm. Placing a hand on the small of her back, he lifted the girl up while rapping her chest with fresh white bandages with the other. Once done with that, , he handed her the sponge again.
"Alright, now...well, you know." And the awkward was back.

Ofelia sat very still as he bandaged her up, doing her best not to puff out her chest and make the bandages loose as well as not suck it all in and wind up with them tight. Having her chest wrapped so almost so old hat to her that she could have done it herself, provided her range of motion was still set and able, but as it were she could only let others help and have herself deal with fingers and hands brushing against her breasts. It didn't tickle, it sort of felt. . .nice, but she pressed those thoughts away in favor of thinking about cooking.
Cooking and baking thoughts always saved the day and she was well on her way into thinking about cookies when Lex handed the sponge back to her. The clear look on her face of confusion, mixed with the hesitation she had to take the sponge, likely indicated that no, she did not know. "Uh. . . .what now?" Was there something else that needed washed? Ofelia usually scrubbed everything super quickly when she was in the shower, it wasn't like she took inventory of body parts that constantly needed a good soaking.
( She did always clean thoroughly though, that was important to note )

Lex leveled a look at Ofie, still smiling, and simply pointed to her crotch. "You said you'd do that part for me, remember? Just a few quick pats, and then we'll be done. I'll be out for a second; gotta swap out your IV. Be back in a jiff."
He closed the curtains as he walked out, and took a seat in a nearby chair, staring blankly at the floor. This was...a patient. She, Ofelia, was his patient. Not a sex object, not a pair of breasts and a butt. Yet he couldn't get that one glimpse of her breasts out of his mind.
Later, when she was out of the infirmary. Later, when they weren't all stressed because of the losses that had been incurred during the Haunted House thing. Later, when he wasn't playing nurse.
He grabbed an IV bag of strong painkillers, the type that would put the girl to sleep after receiving a good dose. Making his way back into the room, Lex made sure to give her a cheery smile, taking the sponge and dropping it in the bucket.
"You're a great patient Ofelia. Just lay back and rest for a while now, alright? If you need anything once you've been released, I'm in room 172." He rattled off as he replaced her IV, humming a little tune once done with speaking.
"Sleep tight."

Ofelia cleaned herself, after taking the sponge and getting ready to move thanks to Lex politely reminding her, and she was settled back in bed by the time he returned. All the bathing had made her tired anyway, and she was sore from having to move, so when an IV was hooked up she really didn't protest.
What she did feel unhappy about was her inability to say anything more, not even a thank you, as she felt a warm rush through her veins. Within moments Ofelia was out cold.Carhop Calvalier thanks for the RP! shall we do another? OwO ( yes pls )
