Somehow, Annabell's last attack had blown up in her face. She shook off the ringing in her ears, managing to avoid the next poison attack mostly by accident. Even more annoyed that she had done something as silly as hit herself with her own attack, Annabell attacked again.

Shina could see Annabell wasn't willing to listen much anymore, too caught up in attacking. Deciding to swap out for a more obedient pokemon, she recalled the Furret. "Annabell, return! Go Tenka!" The Emolga soared over the field, staying well above the various poison slicks. Unfortunately, he was promptly confused by the shimmer the Ghastly had cast over those slicks.

Jin-Gitaxias barely acknowledged the presence of a new enemy as he sent poison into the already accumulated sludge to cause geysers of it to shoot up and spray a greater area.
