The swan wasn't following for long. It broke away soon after it was spoken to, searching for something that could be caught. "It would also take you some practice, but a doe like you.... I see some good catches in your hooves." He gave a smile. Aric Val You should choose what she'll catch owo

Eve smiled at his compliment, a proud expression on her face as she looked around the area. "Ah," she spotted a fox nearby, circling a large tree. "That one. Can you hunt that?" She took an eager step towards the direction of the animal, glancing to the swan and back to the buck in interest of what they were to do.

"I could." He nodded, moving to settle his catch down. His swan settled overtop it, watching as he nodded to the female. "Follow me close enough to watch. I'll show you how to do it. Alright?" His tail swished as he waited for her to respond.

And so she did follow closely to him, her curious eyes following. "Alright, I'll be right behind you." She said, a hint of a smile on her lips. Her father never really let her with him on hunts-- and now she'd see it first-hand and the thought enticed her. "I'm ready when you are."

He nodded and began to move, following the fox, his attention going right to it as it moved through the area, not making sound. . It took a moment but he was soon very well in his hunting mood, pressing low, prepared to get it... SNAPTwig. He lept out, the fox darting to go, his neck moving out, mouth opening... almost there... He got the tail, just barely, yanking back, preparing his hoof to bring it down, tail twitching as it growled at him. But one flick from his hoof and it was dead. He was tired.

She was surprised at his sudden movement, following suit carefully and at a distance, watching the buck's swift reactions. And what he had done did not even faze her one bit in a negative sense, though the blood trickled down the dirt land and the area grew quiet once again. The dark male had gotten his prey. And by instinct she walked towards the Wilted Branches, a gentle smile on her lips and slowly coming up beside him. "Wonderful. You're very strong." she said with a bump of her nose briefly to his neck, eyes brightening up to seek his. "Thank you for showing me." She sensed this meeting would be cut to an end soon though she did not like it. "Are you weary?" Evenfall asked with concern, tilting her head to the side. iHibari Kyoya I'm so sorry, my finals ate me ;;!

"Not really no." He smiled a bit at her, moving with the second catch toward the first of his. "If you'd like to try hunting I don't mind watching. Dandelion would be of some help as well I think." The swan let out a soft cry before a splash was heard, it eating a tiny fish. "I should get back soon though... meat can go bad." And it was humid that day. Ever so slightly but enough to put him on edge.

With both the hunted catches in sight, she realized that she had been missing a lot, already eager to try to hunt just like the buck. Even though she had no idea what to do. She was curious, interested -- and that always drove her to do new things despite anything else. "You're a wonderful hunter," she offered another smile to him, touching her nose to his neck again before she stepped back, nodding her head. "Perhaps another time, then." Evenfall looked up at the sky, it was getting later. She turned to him again. "May I walk with you?" the doe asked, knowing he had to return to wherever he had to and if she could, she would want to follow. iHibari Kyoya can end it soon maybe? (:

"Of course you may." He smiled, moving to her side, his kills with him, Dandelion heard calling out as she caught up, berry stains around her beak. He looked to Evenfall and nosed her shoulder. "I'd never leave a lovely lady alone."Aric Val Sure thing! Would you like the last post? c:

The gentle response to her shoulder made her eyes brighten, looking up at the taller kimeti. "It was an enlightening time." she still carried that content smile-- even slightly shy at the compliment, glancing at the kills at his side, not the lease bit fazed or disapproving with the bloody spectacle. Even finding this whole hunting scenario charming -- though her feelings were probably more for that buck at her side. And the afternoon was quickly ending, she could feel the night coming. "Thank you, Wilted Branches." She said the name fondly as they started to walk, knowing when evening fell -- that she would feel that call of the stars to light her way. iHibari Kyoya Up to you if you still want to reply to this? (: they're leaving in any case together. <3

"No need to thank me dear Evenfall. It is enough that I get to spend more time with you." With a soft sigh, he looked up, seeing the stars that almost felt like part of the doe at his side was above, shimmering there in the sky, mixing with the soft glow of the setting sun. The end of the first day, the beginning of the first night, and perhaps a wonderful relationship of some kind, soon to be seen in the future. Aric Val All done <3 X3 This was fuuuuuun~
