"Pfft." The sound she made was very unsophisticated. Of course, he might be right. But honestly she had no intention of meeting anyone at the moment that she ran into as a senshi in her civilian form. She might've been a bit green to the whole situation, but one could never fully trust someone until they knew them a bit more.
Maybe in the future she could see, but for now no.
"Don't assume to know what I may or may not think, Natron. Its not very polite. Especially when you do it to a lady." Toutatis didn't enjoy others assuming anything about her. "Besides, who knows. Maybe I'm just an outright ghoul in my civilian form."
She pursed her lips, in more of a pout this time. "You were just looking at it like it might. I mean, if your into that kind of thing....my arm doesn't have teeth." Clicking her teeth together, Toutatis grinned.

He sighed. He hadn't meant to offend her, but it seemed he had, at least a little. To be fair, he hadn't been fully serious-he wasn't sure he wanted anyone at all knowing his civilian self, though he supposed it had already happened with two of his fellow Negaversers.
"I didn't mean to, sorry," he said. "Just, I'm sued to being, you know, considered kind of a dork. Or crazy. Lots of people think I'm crazy. I bet you're amazing, though. You're gorgeous and confident." Whoops, had that just slipped out? Ah well, no possible harm from paying a lady a compliment, right?
And there he was, flushed all over again. "Uhh, I don't get a lot of touching unless it's punching. You know." He shrugged. Poor Toutatis, she got to see all his awkward on display.

"Oh? And what would give people the impression that you are crazy? You seem pretty sane to me." Ah, flattery got you everywhere Natron. Even if you weren't trying to get anywhere. Yet. Nothing like a big stroke to her ego. Toutatis would have strutted a little if she weren't attached to his arm.
Leaning her head against his shoulder, she looked up at him with a small frown and just a twinge of pity in those pale blue eyes. Her hand running up and down his upper arm. "Poor thing, you probably don't know what its like to just be pet and cuddled hm?" Moving so that her lips were close to his ear now, she whispered. "I wouldn't punch you."

"Apparently it's crazy to believe in aliens and such," Natron replied, with the air of one who found that idea ridiculous. And really, it was, wasn't it? Considering who he was talking to.
He blinked and looked down at her when she rested her head on his shoulder. "Not precisely, no." He said, looking a little puzzled. This was so far out of his normal experience. He swallowed nervously. "I, uh, don't expect you would..."

"Not crazy at all. I like to believe there are monsters and ghoulish creatures that stalk about in the shadows. So if I can believe in that and not be crazy you can believe in aliens and not be crazy." She laughed, boisterously. "Besides, what kind of Senshi of Horror would I be if I didn't."
Toutatis put her head back on his shoulder, lidding her eyes half way as they continued to walk. The sound of crickets chirping here and there as little moths fluttered around the light of nearby lamps. It gave the air a spooky feel to it. "How so not precisely?" His answer was fairly open ended. Moving in front of him to block his path, she propped her arms up on his shoulders. "Oh really? What makes you think that other than the fact that I told you so?"

Natron nodded. "Well, and considering the city we live in, I don't think there's much that it's crazy to believe in." He pointed out. "I mean, we have youma and Negas and Senshi running around." Which, of course, filed in for "monsters" AND "aliens." (And "Earth's bravest defenders." But, you know, that was a little irrelevant.)
Natron would have shrugged in response, but her head was on his shoulder and he didn't want to disturb her. "I mean, you know, I get mom hugs, but I'm pretty sure you mean something different," he said. He swallowed. "Considering, you know, the way you've been acting, I don't think you'd go from flirting with me to hitting me? I hope," he was pretty clearly uncomfortable now. He wasn't sure how to react to a gorgeous girl flirting with him.

"Exactly." Toutatis tilted her head just slightly to the side. "Other people are just ignorant to the fact. So don't let what they say get to you too much. You're not crazy or weird or geeky. You're you. We've all got our little quirks."
Ah, hah. He was a quick one. "Yeaaaaaa, other things besides mom hugs. I could show you what I mean if you want." A smirk creeping its way onto her lips as she twirled a bit of the hair on the back of his neck around her finger. "Some people say when a girl punches you that means she likes you."

Natron couldn't help but grin. It wasn't often that he got complimented like that. "Sweet of you to say," he said, feeling a little less off-balance now. Sure, he'd heard similar things before, but when Toutatis said it, it sounded...really sincere. He appreciated it.
And then he was blushing again. Darn her, he could not keep his feet. "Uhhhhh." Yup, that was his absolutely brilliant response. "Hah, I'll still pass on being punched..."
Someday he'd learn how to deal with being flirted with. For now, it was simply not something he quite knew how to handle.

She could tell that her words gave him a little bit of reassurance. That was good. She never liked it when people were called crazy or dorky in a negative fashion just because of their interests or belief in things. Even if the things were perhaps nothing but fantasies. Toutatis herself liked to believe, with her interests, that the monsters and creatures that she had so grown to love were somehow real. Somewhere.
But his blushing was back and it was hard not to find adorable once more. He may be a Lieutenant, but he was was young under that Negaversian universe. Although she was only slightly curious what he was like underneath it. If the way is clung to his frame was any indication....
"Ah so you won't pass on the other things then?" Leaning in, their noses nearly touching. She stared into his eyes. Inquisitive and curious to see how far she could push him before he actually might faint. Her lips parting ever so slightly.

Ffffffff. Yes, Toutatis had pretty much utterly blasted his rational thought capabilities. Compliments and flirtation were just not things that he heard. Especially not from gorgeous girls. Who also accepted with aplomb the whole "aliens" thing.
"I...errr..." He blinked. Part of him was sure that she was just screwing with him. Flirt with the awkward nerdy dude, then mock him. He'd had that happen once or twice, and it made him less than trusting. On the other hand, she'd kept it up a lot longer than most girls, and she somehow didn't seem the type...
He was having a bit of trouble thinking at all, really. Logic, what was that?
He was also starting to feel a little lightheaded. Probably because of all that blushing.

"Shhhhhh...." Placing a finger over his lips, she smiled. He certainly looked like he was going to faint now.
In all honesty, no she was not just screwing with him. For some reason she felt drawn to him. He seemed like a guy who could use a strong woman in his life and well, if Toutatis had anything to say about it she was a pretty strong woman. From what she knew of him so far, he had been ostracized for believing in aliens. When really all that was not very far fetched. People these days.
He just needed someone to draw him out of his shell, she had just concluded that after watching him during their interaction. It would probably help him along the way as he went up in ranks anyhow. To get a little bit more of a back bone. As she rose up onto her toes a bit, her lips pressed lightly against his cheek. Leaving a small trace of her lipstick upon his skin. "Now that wasn't so bad was it?" Toutatis braced herself to catch him if he decided to seriously pass out on her.

If Natron had thought his brain was on the fritz before, the moment lips pressed to his cheek, he understood true brain melt. It wasn't even a kiss on the lips, but it was definitely more than he'd ever gotten before.
And yeah, he was now fairly certain she wasn't screwing with him. Usually one disengaged before the kissing stage.
Well, damn. He was definitely completely out of his depth.
"No, that...really wasn't so bad," he admitted, considering it a miracle that he didn't faint.

"Good." Placing her hands behind her back again, Toutatis laced her fingers together. Bending forward slightly at the waist, looking up at him from beneath long eyelashes. "I'm glad to see you decided not to faint. Not too sure how good I'm at at catching people." She grinned wide again, brushing her hair back over her shoulder.
Straightening up now, she cocked her head lightly to the side. Blinking a couple of times. "Ya know. Its really easy to get up close to you. We'll have to work on that. I could have probably been able to hurt you pretty good if I had any inkling to. Which I don't. Just a thought." It had been easy. That thought made Toutatis frown. If he got nervous every time someone got in closer proximity of him or threw him off, he ran the risk of possibly getting hurt really bad.
Well they couldn't have that.

Once she moved away from him, Natron found himself far more able to think. He took deep breaths and tried to make himself blush less. "I, ah, I'm pretty glad I didn't faint myself." Would he have powered down if he fell unconscious? Damn, that would be awkward.
He blinked, and considered her words very thoroughly. "...You know, you're right," he agreed. Damn, he hated to think that a pretty face and some flirting could knock him that badly off balance. "But, uh, I don't think...it'd be as bad, if it was an enemy?" He didn't see himself blushing and stammering because of some White Mooner.
But who knew. It hadn't happened yet and he'd hate to think it could.

Her bottom lip stuck out just lightly in a frown. Crossing her arms over her chest, she thought for a little bit. Maybe he was right, perhaps it wouldn't be as bad if it was someone who was an enemy. But sometimes even people you would trust could hurt you up close and you would never know.
But she didn't mention that.
Stepping a little bit closer, Toutatis placed a hand on his chest. "Maybe. Hopefully there isn't one prettier than me or else you'd be doomed."
