Sarabi was cautious too, she was feeling pretty confident that was until her mate stopped in his place. At that point she too stopped and then turned around and looked at the male not that sure of what to say. She wanted to keep going and she wanted him to come with her but he stopped. He did have a good point they couldn't just leave the cubs that was for sure. She then turned back to the goddess a look of confusion and almost helplessness was in her eyes. She paused and then looked in between the two that was until the goddess spoke and showed them two cubs.
she looked back at them once again before at the goddess, what did they want them to do with the cubs? As she spoke of the father not coming back she couldn't help but to feel her heart break a little. She just wanted to take the cubs with her... but at the same time she was wondering what Sama would do about it. She wasn't sure if Sama was going to be okay with it. She stood thinking about the situation before asking what was probably going to be a sily question to the goddess. "What do you want us to do?" she asked curiously.

Samawati kept walking, looking even more moody than usual and constantly looking back to where the three little cubs were sleeping. If he'd once thought about finding the little ones a family, at this point he was starting to realize that there was no way he would ever be seperated from them.
"Are those...?" ...cubs? Samawati looked confused, his eyes travelling between the two lionesses and the sleeping cubs. One was dusty brown but it was pretty easy to see the family resemblance between the other male and the horned lioness. Everything was starting to make sense now and Samawati finally seemed to relax. "They're yours, right? You can't take them where you're going...?" That's what she'd meant when she talked about having them do something. Raising a child or in this case... two children, it seemed.

"Smart man," Uuni practically purred out. The goddess' eyes moved from the lioness to the male.
"They are not going where I am," she corrected. The goddess took a few steps forwards to pass by both adults and the cubs.
"If you leave them here, who knows their fate." It was a bluff. Uuni would not abandon her own children, no matter how pesky, to the elements. They would get a fighting chance. But the adopted parents that she'd picked were being tested.
"If you refuse, Mkodi will decide the rest."Yin-Bug (( Longest wait ever on an RP. I'm sorry, you guys. :< ))
