The bird snorted to himself. Fish? This far inland? Who had told him about fish in the first place.
"Where would you find fish around here? No rivers, no lakes big enough, certainly no oceans!" He didn't really expect the kid to listen to him at this point.
"I suppose you can," Yareha said at last. Nap sounded good. Sounded like he wouldn't have to deal with Jalendu's failure to stay on track much longer. That, more than anything else, was promising.
For his personal sake, the white lion hoped he didn't run into more of his half-siblings.

"Momma told me about fish. She said she used to fish all the time," he stated seriously, brows knitting. Was he calling his momma a liar? Jalendu didn't like that at all.
Sighing heavily, the cub nodded and then grinned at Yareha. "Alright... I'll see you around then!" he said, grinning as he bound towards his den. Of course, he would have to sneak back in to curl up in his spot and spend the next few minutes drifting off, but he felt it wars going to be easy. He had an exciting day, meeting an older brother!
