Jordan breathed a long sigh of relief and followed Harrison, not bothering to turn his flashlight back on; the light from Harrison's and the low red light of Ferros's runes were enough to keep him from losing his footing in the dark.
"I believe that's kind of the definition of night," he replied, and stepped forward to give Rep a quick, one-armed hug. "Dumbass," he said affectionately.

Rep gave them both the most relieved of grins, wether or not it was too dark to see. It was still bizzare to him, to have people he could rely on to come and find him when he was in trouble, even if that trouble was fairly stupid and of his own creation. He was slightly still damp from all the time he'd spent in the water and his hair was a dishevelled mess. The flashlight was utterly blinding to his dark strained eyes.
He hadn't even considered how hungry and thirsty he was in the moment, but he hadn't thought to bring a single thing with him to drink when he headed out that morning - a stupid mistake, and it was only with both the bar and the bottle in his hand that he realised how out of it he was. He wasn't sure wether it was the adrenaline, exhaustion or both that made him so readily get a lump in his throat at the consideration involved in thinking that far ahead. "Ta." he said with a bit more of his usual perk in his tone, "And with the cafeteria food I guess that's at least one good thing about this stupid situation" He couldn't help but joke, anything to shake off the clinging remnants of the nightmare the jungle and shore had seemed mere moments ago.
Jordan got a chuckle, finally not a nervous one as his nerves were edged away in the wake of the hug. "Aye I know man. Dumb as a rock. I like, got caught up in what I was doing and before I knew s**t it got super dark. In the city it like never got this dark ever, I though it only got this dark underground. ******** creepy as s**t."
