lol, I'm really not going to chew anyone's face off, dear. The casino is still some time away. I'm just looking for people who would be interested. For now I won't be pulling anyone away from the publicity thread, but if the Casino is ready and we still haven't got people for it then I would be asking for two or three people from the publicity thread if they'd like to try both or switch from one.
And it is hard to get new people interested in an RP like our Hangout. That's part of the reason that having so many people from the ball involved in it right away is beneficial because that way we at least have some people RPing.

Well I guess that would be one way to solve it. I think people would be more inclined to help once the cafe got up off the ground. As it stands it's a miracle we have 5 pages, since it's pretty much dead. cry I realize people have lives but this is looking to be one of those slow to start things. It's not that we've got our hands full, we're just trying to kick it up into high gear. I was only planning to do the publicity thread part-time so it's feasible for me to really try to stretch myself to do both threads part-time. Personality: She's an agent for a corporation you've never heard of and never will. They cater to some of the more, say, monetarily endowed, and their services vary- if you have the money to hire them, it will get you nearly anything you want. Currently Cora 'Livingstone', she no longer has a real last name, and if you somehow found it out and searched it all you'd find is someone who died in 1936 and had a library named after her. Her job at the moment is to keep an eye on the customers coming through as she works a job as a dealer, looking for not a person but an item which is best described as 'nondescript'. She does not expect to be off this assignment for at least five more years, but may be taking assignments while still on this one. She's generally quiet, and for someone who supposedly is new to being a dealer, knows a number of fancy card things thanks to an unhealthy obsession with magic when she was younger. If you ever win at her table, it's because she was distracted by something or simply feeling rather forgiving that day. Well, that or she just got lazy. Playing game after game of poker, blackack, what have you, well- it gets old after the first couple of weeks. She only talks to customers if they start a conversation with her, but other employees who try are more likely to get a nod, a smile, or a comment that she needs to be somewhere.

as for right now we're going to wait until the Casino thread is ready to open and then I will PM all of the people who expressed interest in it to see if you're all still interested. If it comes down to choosing between the Casino and the RP Hangout then we can play it by ear smile
Alias Facade Definitely interested in the Casino, but again may be restricted to weekdays. Is that going to work for you?
