"No, neither do I, but..." He faltered. Not in the same was as usual but he faltered nonetheless. How could he explain his love for the Pridelands without seeming like he never wanted adventure? He certainly did, and despite his nervous disposition he just wanted something more to do in his life. Unless, of course, Shinda meant what she had said in a more metaphorical way, and wasn't suggesting that he travel the length and breadth of the lands by himself, without his family. "I want to stay here, but ex-experience more, i-if that's what you meant?"

"I'm not sure there's much else to experience here, unless the hyenas acome back. Which I doubt. They're probably not that stupid, but I guess it's possible." All this was clearly something Shinda had thought about before, and at length, as she had a somewhat weary tone. "You have to admit, not a lot happens here. Just a lot of...having babies."
"Anyway, I should probably go. I still need to do some hunting, even if it is hot out. I'll see you around, though, I guess."
With that, the young lioness took her leave, abandoning the shade rather reluctantly.

And with that, she was gone. Mbari titled his head at her, the short encounter whirring around his mind, still trying to click into the gears of social awareness. He found himself replying to Shinda almost after she was gone, and the golden lion was left looking quizzical in the noonday sun.
They had spoke about so much and so little in such time they had met, and already she was gone. Such was the way of the Pridelands, he supposed, and every tiny encounter helped him to take a much greater step in beating his anxiety, he felt himself calling after her, wanting to finish the conversation with determination. "I-it, was nice to meet you Shinda!" He called out to the figure of the departing lioness. Maybe they would meet again, someday.Meepfur ((FIN, thankyou for the RP Meep <3))
