I had heard that the three items coming out tonight are going to be the first of the battle system gear or the begining of the battle system.

I would think that strength as in individual would be second to the strength of group. A well developed team can be far more impressive then a lose cannon. I will not but forward my claim of being the best beforehand. I would rather claim to be part of the strongest group once the games begin. twisted
It's to bad that we apparently won't be getting the Battle System this year. December slips away with no clear word.
