Smiling at his best friend's appearance, he opened the door wider. " Please come inside, I have a secret for you if your interested friend. " spoke Makoto as he turned and started to take off the equipment that he had on, he was working on something that he was thinking could help. but for now he wanted to hang out a bit.

'Ur," saying softly as he smiled lightly and went into the building as he smiled a lot as he felt like it would be fun. "It un iht?" Alucard asked as he smiled softly as he looked at Makoto and was hoping things were going to be fun and wanting some action and not all training. Smiling more he seemed anxious on not knowing what would be next for missions._______________________________ LV. 8 Hp: 80 Cp: 72 MHp: 102 Dodge Bonus: 19 * Perfect speech is him talking in his own language. But also I want you to attempt to collect at least a pounds worth of gold, in case if the dragon duss not exist… this way we leave with the truth and we both leave with Ryo in our pockets. If there is some sort of dragon there, I just want you to record what type it is and avoid contact or battle with it…. Think you can take it?“ Asked makoto with a bit of a worried look on his face, he heard the rumors from other miners in the Oto. His duty was to the protection of everyone who calls the sound village ‘home’. If a dragon did exist and moved into the cave, he would have to inform people higher than him about the truth.

Smiling a lot Alucard nodded as he looked at Makoto as he seemed to smile a lot as he liked the idea of gold and getting more money. 'WOot this will be awesome,' he thought as he didnt hear about the dragon and it was obvious he was not paying attention to that part. 'Bet gold is worth a lot,' he thought as he smiled a lot and looked at Makoto. "It Taken," is all he got out as he smiled a lot as he looked at Makoto._______________________________ LV. 8 Hp: 80 Cp: 72 MHp: 102 Dodge Bonus: 19 * Perfect speech is him talking in his own language. Kotaru Yagyu LV. 3 Experience: 0/200 Hp: 24 Cp: 27 MHp: 36
New, slightly damaged, bow in hand Kotaru walked into the shop. After returning the rest of the shipment he was allowed to keep this one Bow. Arrows however were not included, but they did recieve a payment, so he could certainly buy them. "Do you have any arrows?" Kotaru asked of, who he assumed was, the shopkeeper. "I need twenty if you do." It still felt odd to Kotaru to pay for something, having grown up taking whatever he needed. Luckily he'd never stolen anything from this particular shop, this his first time to enter it in fact.

Jaron grumbled a bit as he put down the sword that he was working on. Jaron then turned around to the boy that had come into the shop. This boy needed arrows. Jaron brought a thoughtful finger to his chin. Arrows? Arrows? Where did I put those things. Jaron thought for a couple of minutes and walked to a cabinet. He then proceeded to pull out a few steel arrows. Wait, wait, wait. He didn't say which type. Jaron sighed and turned around to face the boy. What kind of arrows do you need boy? We have barbed, wooden, and steel. Wooden are 1 ryo each, Steel are 3 ryo each, and barbed are....Oh right 7 ryo each. Jaron looked down at the arrow bin that he had pulled out and waited for the boy to answer. They still had a lot of arrows left and they didn't have to make anymore quite yet. Jaron shrugged and thought about the arrows for a moment. He knew how to make them and it didn't take the much effort for him anymore to make the darn things. Just a lot of repetitiveness to the whole process.
As Jaron was thinking about the arrows and the process to making them, a girl walked in and walked up to Jaron. The girl was Hoshi. The girl that had just got off a mission with Kotaru. Hoshi smiled at Jaron and said to him, Hello Mr. Blacksmith. You wouldn't happen to have a normal bow and about 15 wooden arrows would you? Hoshi smiled a bit. She didn't have a bow in the first place but, that was because Dyluno wanted her to focus on her genjutsu for a while before taking anything else up. Well, she figured that she had practiced long enough on all of that genjutsu stuff. She was no where near a master of it but, someday she hoped that genjutsu would be her specialty. Well, it really was already a specialty of hers but, she needed a break from it for a little bit. The whole bow thing would allow her to stay far enough so that if she ran out of chakra and couldn't perform a genjutsu then she'd have a back up in order to save her life. It wasn't a full proof plan but, it was good enough for now.
Jaron looked at the girl and was actually kinda surprised for once that a person was able to come in here and ask for exactly what they wanted and or needed. Jaron looked through his things and grabbed one of the bows. He then proceeded to the arrows and started to count out exactly 15. It took him a couple minutes but, eventually he had the 15 arrows in a quiver and ready to be sold. Jaron grabbed the bow and quiver and brought them to the counter. He looked at the girl and said, That'll be 50 ryo. You got that?
Hoshi laughed softly and pulled out the ryo. She then handed it to the blacksmith, Of course I do. I'm almost a genin. Hoshi then smiled and grabbed the bow and quiver. She then made sure that they fit correctly on her body.
Jaron smiled and put the ryo away. Thank you for your business and have a nice day.
Hoshi smiled back at the man. No thank you and you have a nice day. Hoshi laughed and turned around and left with her new bow and arrows. Before she left though she looked at the boy from the mission and waved at him.

Kotaru had all but been enthralled by all of the options for arrows, he didn't think there could be so many. Even as he tried to think of which ones his mind was already wondering to other possible arrow designs. Therefore he didn't even notice when Hoshi walked in, until her voice broke the silence. As she went about her business Kotaru kept an eye on what she purchased. Though he didn't like her much, she did have more experience then he, so whatever he could learn might be useful. Raising a hand he managed a weak wave back to her as she left, just to be polite. She had given him an idea of what he wanted to buy though. "I'll take fifteen wooden, three steel, and two barbed." Kotaru said as he dug out 38 ryo, and placed it on the counter. "Could you teach me how make these some time, and maybe a bow too?" He asked, almost on a whim. If he could make his own it would reduce the money he spent on them, and besides, he would trust his own craftmanship more then others.

Jaron listened to what the boy wanted and turned around to get the items. He got the quiver and counted out 15 wooden arrows. He looked at the arrows and looked around for the steel arrows. He found them after a couple of moments and put them in the quiver. Jaron turned and got out the barbed arrows. He took out a couple of them and put them in the quiver. Jaron then neatly organized all of the arrows so that they were right next to their corresponding arrows. He did the wooden arrows first, then the steel and then the barbed. Jaron smiled at his work and turned around and gave the boy the quiver. Jaron counted out the money and put it in a counter. Thank you for your purchase and have a nice day and as for that training I would be happy to do it. You might even get....What is his name?....Oh right Makoto to help train you. He seems to be in here all the time making things. Jaron said to the boy with a smile. He hadn't trained anyone in a while so it might actually be kinda fun for him.

Kotaru took the quiver and slipped it over his back, ensuring a proper fit like Hoshi had done. Once he was satisfied he regarded the shopkeeper once again. "Thank you, when can we get started?" He asked, in his usual dry, almost emtionless tone. His only other option was to return to the academy, which he really didn't want to do. Ninjutsu may have been one of the main weapons of the Shinobi, but he didn't care much for it.

Jaron looked around and found a pocket watch and looked at it. He then looked at the boy. "I can do training when I close up shop. We can start in...." Jaron looked around and pulled up a calender and continued his sentence "Hmmm. It looks like I am free once a week on Thursday's. I'll train you for the arrows for free since they are easy to make and build and make. If you want further training it'll be at least 15 ryo for my beginner lessons. They will rise as we start to get into the advanced stuff though. Jaron smiled and turned around and started to work on the stuff that he was working on before.

Kotaru nodded his understanding as Jaron spoke. "Ok, thank you. I will see you after you finish on Thursday then." He said curtly before turning to leave the shop. He was hoping they could've gone and started already, so he wouldn't have to go to the academy, but that didn't seem possible. Sighing lightly he walked out onto the streets of the village and walked towards the Academy. He could always stop short of the actual academy, and spend some time practicing with his bow. Yes, he would do that, much less boring then hearing a lecture on proper ninjutsu flow. Then again everything he had was being provided by the Otobe on the stipulation that he attend the Academy, and serve them for life. However, he would train his own way and they would have to deal with it.
Exit to: Academy

Makoto smiled to Jaron as he stretched out and yawned, he was asleep on the roof but awoken to the conversation. It sort of surprised him that Jaron would recommend him for something like this… but he could make get use to the master’s approval. Sighing in relief, Makoto placed his hands on the Steel nodachis sheath and pulled it off his back. “Also… I wish to know your thoughts on my Steel Nodachi that I made, it was challenging to make to say the least. “ Spoke Makoto with pride, not even afraid to admit that it was tough to make… but he got it nailed, so he believed.

Jaron picked up a sword that he was cleaning and brought it to a rack and set it down to allow it to dry off for a while. Jaron then turned around to Makoto. "Yes Makoto I recommended him to you. You should be able to make arrows really easily since you have made a master item." Jaron walked over to Makoto and took the steel Nodachi in his hands.
Jaron picked it up gently and put it up into the sky. Examining every last aspect of the sword. He then brought it down and looked at the handle and the pommel. Jaron was actually proud of his students work. Jaron continued to examine the sword a little longer and finally gave it back to Makoto. Jaron thought about the sword for a few moments before he told Makoto his thoughts on it. He wanted to think about his response thoroughly before he told Makoto. Jaron then turned around towards Makoto and looked his student in the eyes. "I'm proud of you.", Jaron said smiling, "You still have a long ways to go before you are at my level but, I know if you follow this path longer that you will be able to meet my level and maybe even surpass it."

Makoto Lung LV. 9 Experience: (28/500) Hp: 108 Cp: 99 MHp: 108 Dodge:14+2=16 Resting posts must be 4 lines long +1 hp/cp/mhp“Thank you master, I have to start training again… it’s been awhile to be honest.” Spoke makoto as he collected his nodachi and entered the building, dropping everything off inside before he went outside again. Pulling out a kunai, he placed his hand in the barrel fill of wood pieces and started training his crafting skills to improve himself. The shaving of the wood was going to be good and precise, he wanted to make sure the wood was also good and ready for use as well. The piece he had in his hands right now were perfect, this one became a bokken in no time at all. Finishing that, he placed the finished bokken in an empty barrel before he reached back into the barrel full of wood for another. This piece was also perfect and steady enough to make one, but it seemed to have a problem with it’s structure… no matter. It was an easy fix for makoto to do as he started to work on the wood in his hand, the shaving process seemed longer then he remembered it to be … but it was well worth it in the end. After a moment of shaving the wood and examining it threw and threw, makoto could only help but smile as he examined the new bokken. It was good to see that he had not lost his edge, but he spoke too soon. Pulling out the third piece of wood and examining it over, makoto realized that this one piece was going to be as tricky one to craft. It had a few deformities in it, and this was going to make him wonder if it was going to be okay to use it. This was training and so he got started on trying to shape this one into a bokken as well, so it was given a very promising start by the crafter himself. Makoto was focused on trying to make this piece worked out perfectly, but it was not meant to be for it. The bokken this time looked warped and as he expected… deformed. Still it could be used as a piece of art in the right hands, His rightful hands that was. Placing the deformed piece aside so that he could decide if he wanted to use it later, makoto pulled out another piece of wood from the freshly cut barrel. He was starting to wonder he was reaching in the deformed pile, because it was like the last piece he had pulled out of the barrel. The wood this time was twisted around like someone had turned the tree, or was giving it a support to grow on. Makoto sighed in disappointment as he started to work on this one as well, he was working with reject-able materials here… but he was determined to make it work. After a moment of working with materials like this, he was starting to wonder if the master was placing them in there to test his patience. He had plenty of it too, placing the other reject bokken away in exchange for a brand new piece of wood. Makoto could only help but smile as it was not deformed at all, in fact… it was the perfect shape and form for a bokken. He started to shave the wood with his kunai in order to make the bokken again, this was his way of doing things, but it was still remarkably effective to him. After a moment of shaving away, makoto started to shape the blade of the bokken. It was going to be precise and accurate, just like the first three he had made today and all the others he had made since then. It was coming out to be one of the easiest things he had ever done, Makoto smiled as he placed the third perfect one in the sale barrel. Makoto smiled at the fine craftsmanship of the last wooden bokken and got straight to work on another bokken, picking up the piece that he thought was fitting for the next bokken… he set off to work on it. Placing the kunai to the chunk of wood again, makoto started to shave the wood piece slowly and carefully. He was making his way through it piece by piece to get what he wanted out of the bokken, after a moment of working it was done. Makoto sighed with another breath of relief as he examined the bokken that he had crafted with his bare hands and a kunai again, it was the best he could do so far. Makoto sighed as he reached into the pile and pulled out another piece of wood, he was feeling abit tired and didn’t even want to tackle it right now. He laid back and relaxed on the side of the building with his Sensei still inside doing work, he was taking the time to be inspired to do his job properly and without wasting the resources that he had. Funny how life turned out the way it did, but he was finally getting his groove back in no time. So he was going to return to work and start on the next piece of wood. Picking up another piece of wood again from the ground, makoto dropped the bokken right next to the other bokken that he had crafted beforehand. This time he was going to take it slow and easy like the last time, not making a single mistake with his work. Thankfully that was not the case on his part, but he did feel that sooner or later it was going to bite him back somewhat. Finishing with the blade of the bokken, makoto started to carve away and smoothen out the edges on the bokken again for the best performance it could get. Back to another piece of wood makoto could not help but smile; his sell able bokkens were coming along just nicely. Picking up the piece of wood again and examining it for a moment, makoto smiled and nodded as he started to shave the wooden off the bokken that was soon to be one in the future. The results were coming and the same as they were before, the blades were nice and stream lined while the handle was still at work. Shaving off the last piece to complete the blade, makoto started to work on the bokken again with a smile with a large smile. After a few good minutes of working on the bokkens handle, the piece was completed to perfection. Picking up another piece of wood again from the ground, makoto dropped the bokken right next to the other bokken that he had crafted beforehand. This time he was going to take it slow and easy like the last time, not making a single mistake with his work. Thankfully that was not the case on his part, but he did feel that the bite was going to come soon and he was near the completion he saw. Finishing with the blade of the bokken, makoto started to carve away and smoothen out the edges on the bokken again for the best performance it could get. But something felt odd to him, he needed to make a piece of art to confirm what he was feeling… the day was ending and his performance maybe poor. Training - Art of The BokkensDC:21 D:20+11=?
