After knocking Angel down with the clothesline, Claire stumbled forward a few steps before regaining her footing. She was a bit dizzy, but she was regaining her bearings fairly well all things considered. Anyway she walked back to her fallen foe and attempted to lay Angel's right arm out and place a foot upon the wrist to hold it in place. If she were able to do so then Claire would try to deal some impressive damage to Angel's arm by not only standing on her wrist but also attempting to plant a few hard stomps to her elbow as well!

Angelwas learning first hand that trying to pace the match in any which way was not going to turn out well. At least not when your foe can almost instantly change from a fast paced high octane match up to a slow more submission based style. Which made her rather difficult to compete with or against. Regardless, Angel began to pull herself up with her uninjured arm and Claire attempted to stomp down upon the inured one to force her back down to the canvas!

After planting a few good stomps Claire had actually stepped away from her foe and allowed her to get back up. "Just give up!" she shouted at Angel before walking forward with the intention of planting a hard fist into her jaw. However Angel lashed out instead and kicked Claire in the leg! With a low hiss, Claire took half a step away before stepping forward and attempted to land a hard kick of her own upon Angel's knee!

Nobody was invincible, but quite a lot of people tended to telegraph their moves more often then not! Claire had moved away from Angel after kicking her in the knee, and Angel was forced to walk towards her. Which was an advantage to Claire. Angel stepped forward and went for the kick! Claire, who was still had most of the momentum technically, managed to catch the kick! Truth be told she hadn't been sure she would be able to or not. Whatever the case, Claire would attempt to counter with a float over wheel kick and take her foe down with a kick to the jaw!

Before Claire was able to counter, Angel countered and drove her shin into the side of Claire's skull! She fell to the side and crashed upon the canvas, limp. Had the sudden Enzuiguri knocked her out?

Claire had been dragged to a position closer to a corner and was left where she lay. She continued to lay in a prone position while Angel climbed up to the corner. Once Angel reached the top and went for the the shooting star press, Claire would suddenly bring her knees up for Angel to crash down upon!

(( I will not be on a whole lot during the weekend. Starting Thursday I may not be able to log on until possibly Sunday.))

Claire then pulled herself to the corner and began to pull herself up.'So you want to end this little Dove? Fine.' she thought as she pulled herself up right with the aid of the corner. Once she was up to her feet she would pause for a moment before crouching down. She would then wait for Angel to get up to her feet before attempting to suddenly luunge from the corner and drive her shoulder into Angel's hurt ribs for a wickedly done spear!
