Well it might just be they all have to have ID, but my brother says that no they all have to be 21, so we had to tell our friend to wait outside since he isn't 21. It's just that we don't want to find out, and we think that if one of us isn't 21 they may refuse to sell it to us even if I say I am the one buying it but they may be like "NO, you may give some to your underaged friend or something". It's just stupid. Have to pretend like we don't know each other in s**t or I go to a different register with the alcohol. I know if the entire party doesn't all have IDs they will refuse to sell it to the buyer.
