"I'd prefer not to say, it's rather private and can't be disclosed." He was not about to go telling some civilian that he was able to fight these aliens, that he could teleport and had a few little tricks of his own. There were simply things he was not able or willing to tell. As honest as he liked to be he couldn't tell certain things, so rather than lie he found excuses.
"Not boom per-say but other things....hallucinations, blasted backward, those sorts of things." Thinking of Kallichore and her power, he'd had nightmares after their encounters, and also Camelot and that crystal he hated so much. If he could he'd like to pry that crystal from his shield; and than beat him with the shield. But he was not about to involve himself in that cycle of stupid with Camelot and that green haired knight.
"My words are more sane than that of Scientology." Though not by much. The stories seemed similar in some ways, souls of aliens here on Earth. Other wise they differed. While he thought their story was off the wall who was he, who'd been turned into a cat, to doubt their story. How they could have such a story, if it was true, he wouldn't even guess; though he would want to find out. He did doubt that they had some true story as their beliefs though.

Gabe nodded. "Right, of course." He acknowledged. Not sharing his sources? Not a problem. Alex had given him plenty just from what he had said, and fuel for his conspiracies from what he hadn't.
"That sounds terrifying," he said, hating the idea of it. It had to be some kind of weird alien tech, but hey, sufficiently advanced technology was indistinguishable form magic, right? So it didn't really matter what side of the line these alien terrorists in tiny skirts fell on. "I...that's really amazing, and you're still alive! I've only seen stuff from a distance, or heard stories." How dearly he wished he could get closer, get deeper, see it all laid out for him.
"Bah, Scientology." He waved a hand, dismissing it. "Even I think they're crazy or liars, at least he up-tops. Trying to bilk crazy celebrities." He snorted. "But hey, maybe they actually have something and don't even know it!"

"I'd say I've been lucky." And he had, hadn't he? As a Lieutenant he'd encountered, all alone mind you, an eternal senshi. Then being curious and letting it lead him right to a royal senshi. Oh yes, he was lucky to be alive. He didn't like to think of it as luck, even though it clearly was, but rather just that he'd kept them from finding reason to kill him, or worse.
"I wouldn't suggest getting close to them. They are dangerous, if nothing else, and shouldn't be trusted." Listening to the other he did actually chuckle now. The other teen, who he thought a bit of a nut, thought Scientology was ful of them; how amusing.
"I agree about them, though perhaps they have some of this story and are unaware of it. Perhaps they made up the rest, what they have which I do not, in order to fill in gaps, or make more money. Maybe it's just some cover up, simple as that."

Gabe nodded. "You've gotta be one do the luckiest people alive, Alexandre, that's amazing." He actually felt a little jealous. What he wouldn't give to get close to some alien menace! (As long as it wasn't trying to eat him.)
The advice to stay away made him frown slightly. "I guess that would be the smart thing to do," he acknowledged. Not that he ever did the smart thing. He wouldn't say it out loud, but given the opportunity, he wouldn't be able to resist getting up close and personal with that kind of action.
"It,' the monkeys at a typewriter principle, right?" Gabe shrugged, taking a sip of his water. "With enough monkeys at enough typewriters, eventually one will accidentally bang out Shakespeare. Scientology had enough monkeys and accidentally found something." A brief pause. "Or, you know, somebody made it up and it just happens to be closer to the truth than they thought." The idea clearly amused him, if the grin on his face was any guide.

That wasn't a saying he'd ever heard, about the monkey's, and so he had to replay the others words to make sense of it and keep up with it. "I'm not inclined to presume which is the truth; not with them anyway. But I know what the truth is and it's as I told you. Though I'm sure there is more...it is something to ponder. Why are they here and the damage they have brought upon our city. Why do they cause such damage? It's likely they are not here for peace." He spoke shaking his head. Never mind the fact they had all been born here, just had a soul that was alien.
He didn't mention such things. Not when he was working on bringing someone around to believing in the senshi being evil and aliens. Motioning the other, to again, follow him he headed back the way they'd come. Sipping on his water as he walked down the hallway.
"Whatever the reason I do hope there are those out there who are handling them, keeping them from doing further damage." Those like himself and the others who served chaos.

Gabe nodded. "No we come in peace pretense, it seems." He said, frowning deeply. At least they were open about their intentions, if not their whys. "Why here, of all places?" He wondered aloud. There was absolutely no hint that he disbelieved any of it. Of course not. E ate up this kind of thing.
He trailed after Alexandre like a puppy. This was his new favorite person, initiating him deeper into the mysteries of Destiny City. He wondered if he was late for the meeting. Oh, what did that matter.
"I hope so too. I'd hate to think terrorists from outer space were running amok." he frowned deeply. That was a terrifying thought.

["No, no we come in peace thing. At least not that I've seen." Though some did claim to be good; yeah...right. There was not much good about them really. "I'd imagine they'd want to take over. I mean considering the damage they've done thus far. The only other option is they want to kill people, though I'm sure they could have done this all faster than they are at present. So perhaps there are people out there fighting them in secret." Let's see what he thought of that. Alexandre was watching the other as he spoke, listening as well, even if he didn't appear to be.
"I'd assume, and hope, someone is dealing with them. Though that would mean quite the cover up...wouldn't it, people would be in the know and not telling anyone." He had to date told Painite that he hadn't found the perfect recruit yet to turn for his first turning, maybe this would be the one. He'd have to speak with Painite first of course. He needed to learn how to bring people into this war though; and this one seemed like a good choice.

Gabe nodded. "That makes sense, take over." He agreed. There was something very close to anger and intensity in his voice when he spoke next. "If there's someone fighting, I'd want to be a part of it. I'd hate to find out I was...lying down and letting aliens take over my city, my planet," he said fiercely.
"But you know, if they aren't telling...it might be for the best." He said. "Coverups aren't, you know, inherently evil. I mean, what the hell would happen if people really knew what was going on! Riots, panic." He nodded slowly. "But whoever is out there fighting? They've got to be some of the bravest people on this planet."

"Indeed, it would cause problems. I do hope it never leaks...though more people knowing and helping would be a good thing, I'm sure whoever is handling things could always use more dedicated fighters." And it sounded more and more, to him at least, that Gabriel was that sort of a person.
"Perhaps in your searching you'll find someone involved in all of this and they will allow you to fight against the aliens. It's a fight I'd fight as well."

Gabe paused and eyed Alexandre from the back. He was beginning to suspect that his fellow student knew far more than he was letting on. All this hint-dropping and teasing was really not his style. As much as he could be oblivious, this was one point in which he was playing a mental game of connect the dots and winning.
"I'd hope that I could find someone, I'd ask to sign up right away." He said. He was beginning to believe Alexandre might just be that someone.
Or maybe he was making fun of him. That was also possible, but it didn't seem likely from the other's serious demeanor.

Maybe he was underestimating the other, not that he thought he was, but he finally was reaching the door to the others club room. "I do believe this is your stop. If you find someone and sign up send them my way." And he'd have a conversation with them, since he was indeed already a member. Though he was thinking more like he'd find a way to have a run in with the other, while he was powered up, once he spoke with Painite of course.
"I have a club to get back to, perhaps we'll speak again, before club time of course." Since he had work after school every other day of the week save but this particular day every week.

Gabe nodded dumbly at Alexandre. He couldn't believe what had just happened. "I...yeah." He looked rather surprised that Alexandre was as interested as he was. It weasn't often he ran into someone else who was...well, at all into the whole aliens thing, outside of MUFON.
"Yeah, definitely, I hope we see each other again!" There was a defined bounce in his step as he walked to his club meeting. This conversation had given him quite a bit to think about.
