Zoe's eyes widened as she heard the voice of a man that seemed to be right next to her. She looked around but there was no one there. She closed her eyes and tried to focus on the voice. "I hear you. I am trying to break free, but it's difficult. I am in the Detention Center in downtown Chicago..." she replied, her thoughts trailing off. Zoe looked up at the Korean solider and realized he had been staring at her.Zoe looked uncomfortably at the wall outside here door and walked toward it, trying not to make eye contact with the guard.

"Just hold on a bit longer. I'll save you from there." Brandon said to her again before awaking from his trace. He then started darting toward the detention center she spoke of at incredible speed.

Bio: Kiyomi grew up an only child in Rochelle Illinois, a bit of a tomboy Kiyomi wanted as a childhood dream to serve in the army, or even military. But not too much anymore, Kiyomi had gone through high school taking ROTC classes and doing her best to fulfill her dreams even taking the ROTC classes in college. But soon she had been back at her apartment she had now owned, just to keep a decent living on her own. When the Korean invasion finally got around to Illinois. Kiyomi didn't have much time to seek safe refuge before Rochelle was taken by the Koreans. Now Kiyomi has traveled on her own seeking other survivors. In her travels Kiyumi has stocked up on Ammunition's for the weapons she took from stationed Korean soldiers. She now searches the territories of Chicago. Kiyomi has always hoped since this had started in Illinois that her parents were okay and that they have atleast tried to survive the onslaught.

The guard deftly maneuvered the detector across Zoë’s body and extremities before saying that she was clear and stepped to the side, allowing Zoë to walk past him. She looked back at a picture hanging on the somber concrete wall. The young man had been one of the lucky ones that had made it out before they were captured. Zoë sighed and turned her back to the picture. She remembered the night he had left with painful clarity.
There were bombs dropping all around Zoë as she frantically searched the surrounding sea of terrified faces for His face. Liam’s face. She nearly had a heart attack when a strong hand grabbed her shoulder and pulled her into a nearby alley. When the hand spun her around and caught her in a protective embrace, Zoë looked up at the face of the hand’s owner. It was Liam. She sighed in relief, almost crying with joy. Zoë wrapped her arms around Liam’s neck and held onto him. “Don’t ever leave me like that again,” she said into his singed shirt, her eyes filling with tears laced with fear. Liam exhaled heavily and said, “I won’t.”

Roughly three hundred fifty to four hundred yards away in the ninth floor of an old tattered and torn building, Kiyomi had set up a nest, and like a bird guarding it's offspring she lay monitoring the Detention Center through her binoculars like a sentry. On the floor right below her head was a digital recorder. "Day five...the guards don't seem to be on strict rotation, it varies from an hour to an hour and a half until they swap duties, but the only guards that haven't changed position are at the front door to the Detention Center. The walls around the place are heavily guarded most of the day, only at night it seems likely for a successful infiltration...if only I had others to assist me. Still going to keep an eye on the place for as long as I can...this building isn't feeling the safest anymore, and I'm running out of supplies to keep me here, I've also heard that Chicago had Rebellion camps all over...I hope to find one soon. This is Kiyomi Kuran...out." Putting the binoculars down a moment she stopped the Recorder, shifting a bit to get more comfortable she raised the binoculars continuing to monitor the Detention Center.

About 30 minutes or so later, a huge explosion of blue fire occurs outside the place that Zoe was held at because Brandon had finally arrived. Just as the guards got close to him, he activated his arm and killed them both before launching a fireball at the front gate. Brandon was out in the courtyard killing the guards one after the other with both his sword and his fire abilities.
"Thanks to the power you fools gave me from your experiments. Killing you will be easy as hell." Brandon said after he soon got surrounded by 50 guards in the courtyard. They all aimed rifles at him and fired all at once from every direction.

"NO!!!Zoe shouted. She had been standing on the opposite end of the long hallway when the guards surrounded Brandon. Now she was standing defensively in front of him. Zoe blinked a few times as she realized what had just happened. She looked around them and saw that a large crater had formed around them, and then she realized she had made the crater. I have super-strength?" she said in disbelief. When the cloud of dust and dirt cleared, Zoe saw all of the guards lying, dead she was pretty sure, all around Brandon and herself.

Luckily Brandon had jumped the moment before Zoe hit the ground and made the crater. When he landed safely on the ground, he looked at her and said,
"Looks like you awoke your powers, and at a good time too. I doubt even I could have killed all those guards with my fire attacks. Its an amazing feeling, don't you agree?"

Kiyomi was sitting ever so patiently up in the building when all hell broke loose down at the Detention Center. "Whoa" whispering in shock she continued to watch from her binoculars. Kiyomi couldn't believe what she was seeing...taking a moment to think she put her binoculars down and pushed them to the side, Kiyomi then grabbed her Rifle. Setting the Bi-pod she lifted the rifle and looked down the rifle scope hoping to lend some aid if anything goes wrong down there. Hoping nothing gets too 'out of hand' with the guards at the Detention Center.

Zoe blinked a few more times before nodding. She turned to Brandon and stared at him for a few moments. He was the one speaking to her before, she knew his voice. "Y-you are the one from before..."she said quietly. He looked familiar, like she had seen him in another life almost.

"I told you I would rescue you, did I not?" Brandon said to her in a calm tone. At the moment, his arm looked human, so Zoe might have seen the explosion earlier, but not his arm or anything about his power. The only thing she could probably notice was the strange glow of his eyes.

Zoe was unsure how to answer that. Plus she was too busy looking at Brandon's eyes. They were interesting and they glowed as well. Zoe looked over at the huge hole in the courtyard wall. The other detainees were trying to squeeze out the hole, to freedom. And death, Zoe realized. Guards up on the upper levels were picking off the escapees as they "escaped".

 Kogo (James Illuser)
Age: just turned 18 Status: experiemnted rebel Bio: Kogo was taken by the north koreans from his family on his eighteenth birthday from a camp he and his sister were forced into. He watched as day after day the North Koreans did terrible things to his sister, before taking him away to an experimentation facility. He escaped after several awful experments. he remembered most all the headaches he got after the north koreans poked around inside his mind even sometimes physically with his brain, as much as they could manage without Kogo bleeding out. Kogo escaped one day after making a scalpel float off the table and stab a scientist in the throat, he proceeding to leave evacuating as many as possible. He knew of no one else at the time who could see things as he could. Kogo has the ability to see EVERYTHING with an exception of internal things. Kogo is able to see molecular currents and elemental make ups in those molecules, and he is able to rewrite the coding and manipulate the currents to his advantage in extremely small amounts. Kogo has a vast knowledge and is able to use alot more of his brain, his build has grown exponentially from when he went in to the facility, however he has no super strength or speed. Kogo has vowed revenge on the koreansd and strives to free those from the torture he had to endure.
