CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIES -drools-
32 brownies total time: 1 hour 10 minutes INGREDIENTS: For the Brownie: 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 2 cups light brown sugar 4 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour
For the Cookie Dough: ¾ cup unsalted butter ¾ cup light brown sugar ¾ cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons whole milk 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract 1½ cups all-purpose flour 1½ cups mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: 1. Prepare the Brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil, with enough to hang over all four sides. Butter the foil. In a medium glass bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract, scraping the bowl as needed. Mix in the melted chocolate until combined. Reduce the speed to low, add the flour and mix just until combined (don't over-mix). Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
2. Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to combine the butter and both sugars. Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined. Reduce the speed to low and mix in the flour just until combined. Using a rubber spatula, stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Spread the cookie dough over the cooled brownies. Refrigerate until the dough is firm, about an hour. Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter (my favorite way to slice brownies!) to cut the brownies. Store the brownies in an airtight container at cool room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Umm...I kind of made one myself. I call it
Not Pie (it's everything a pie is, only not pie!) It's one that I have been particularly fond of since I first tried making it, my favorite concoction and my only concoction that I have ever come up with in kitchen setting actually. YAY FOR BEING ABLE TO GET AROUND NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACTUAL PIE DUE TO HAVING A GLUTEN ALLERGY....WOOOOooooo.... emo
Ingredients
1 Apple of your choice of type Cinnamon sugar Your choice of Whipped Cream, Vanilla Ice-Cream, or Frozen Whipped Cream(it has the same consistency as ice-cream! :3)
Directions
Take the apple and core it with an apple corer to get some nice even pieces.
Then take the sliced pieces and with a paring knife cut them into thin slices the long way so that you have many long thin slices of apple.
(This step is optional) Take the slices and cut them up into smaller pieces cutting along the short way so that they are in mini rectangular pieces.
Now depending upon whether or not you did that last step you are going to want a bowl(if you did that last step) or a plate(if you skipped that last step). (Either way, make sure that they are microwave safe.) Put the apples either in the bowl(finely diced) or on a plate(thinly sliced) and with the thinly sliced ones arrange them in such a way that all of the apples can be seen or show at least a little bit.
Next take your Cinnamon sugar and add as much or as little as you want to the apples. If you are using the Diced, then make sure to then proceed to mix in the cinnamon sugar with your hands so that all of the pieces of apple get an even distribution of it.
Next pop it in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, take it out, then let sit for a few minutes to cool.
Serve with Whipped Cream, Vanilla Ice-Cream, or Frozen Whipped Cream for best results.
Hope anyone that tries this enjoys it~! No really, PM me if you do try it, it's quick and easy for a good fix on those down days too~!

Go. Make these. Now. Seriously.
Three-ingredient Nutella brownies:
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella 2 eggs 10 tbsp flour
Directions: Put it in a bowl. Mash it up. Pour into a pan or muffin tin. Top with hazelnuts if you're feeling extra fancy. Bake at 350F for around 30 minutes (less time for cupcake form, more time if the centers aren't baked through).
That's it. You're done. Eat them. Revel. Be amazed.
You're welcome. You love me now. heart

AgentShiny Chocolate Lasagna aka Diabetes Square
INGREDIENTS: 1 package regular Oreo cookies (Not Double Stuff) – about 36 cookies 6 Tablespoon butter, melted 1- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons cold milk 1- 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, divided 2 – 3.9 ounce packages Chocolate Instant Pudding. 3 1/4 cups cold milk 1 and 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: 1. Begin by crushing 36 Oreo cookies. I used my food processor for this, but you could also place them in a large ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. When the Oreos have turned into fine crumbs, you are done. 2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large bowl. Stir in 6 tablespoons melted butter and use a fork to incorporate the butter into the cookie crumbs. When the butter is distributed, transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator while you work on the additional layers. 3. Mix the cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in 2 Tablespoons of milk, and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 and 1/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the crust. 4. In a bowl, combine chocolate instant pudding with 3 and 1/4 cups cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the previous cream cheese layer. Allow the dessert to rest for about 5 minutes so that the pudding can firm up further. 5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, or the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving. I was about to post this and then I scrolled down a bit farther and saw that you had too. I found this via tumblr, wasn't that interested/didn't look that appetizing to me, my girlfriend leaned over my shoulder and saw the picture, and squealed, so I promptly decided I needed to make and am so glad I changed my mind. It was lovely, and basically seemed like chocolate overload ice cream. and scored my points with my girlfriend, which of course makes me partial to this particular recipe wink

I'm sorry is Lemon kool-aid an american thing or? Instant tea? Oh no what's that.
OK BUT EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH FOR ONE:
Ingredients 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 TBSP butter, softened 1/8 tsp vanilla 1 and 1/2 TBSP milk 1/3 cup flour Pinch of salt Whatever add-ins you like: chocolate chips, M&Ms, nuts, etc.
Instructions Combine softened butter and brown sugar with a mixer on low for just under a minute. Gently stir in vanilla, milk, flour and salt with a spoon. Then combine the mixture with the mixer on low for about 30 seconds. If you have ad-ins, pour them in and stir in with a spoon.
Notes If you like the cookie dough texture to be a bit more firm, set it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before eating.

I kind of assumed kool-aid was a international brand like Coca-cola. Basically it's powered lemonade. And Lipton makes tins of powdered iced tea that you just scoop into a glass of water and stir, that's "instant tea". I'm sure if not Lipton then there must be a similar product outside of the country.

Bringing back this thread. Everyone needs food in their life!My amazing meatloaf recipe~(Ok maybe not amazing by I love this recipe to death) Ingredients: 1 pound ground Turkey(or whatever meat you have... can you make vegetarin meatloaf? I'll have to look that up) 1 teaspoon Horseradish 1 teaspoon Dried Mustard 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Some Chopped Onions(I never really measured how much onion I cut up... I'd say maybe enough to fill a 3/4 measuring cup) 1 cup Bread Crumbs(if you don't have any I take slices of bread before hand and just leave them out so it can dry out that works fine for me) 1 egg 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Ketchup 1 3/4 cup of brown sugar (add more or less depending on taste) 1 cup of BBQ of your choice
Instructions!(So I never really followed the directions I just sort of through everything into the bowl and mixed it but if you want you can find the recipe I messed with it's here.)
- You will need your ingredients, 2 mixing bowls, and your meatloaf pan to put in the oven. - Preheat the oven to 350(hopefully there isn't an oven that goes by degrees differently. If so I don't know it sorry) - Mix meat, onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce together in the mixing bowl. - To meat mixture add salt and pepper, dried mustard, and horseradish. Mix together. - Finally add bread crumbs into mixture and then mix into meat. - Put meat mixture into the loaf pan and move onto the sauce. Don't put it into the oven yet! - In your other mixing bowl you are going to put the brown sugar into it and then add ketchup and the BBQ sauce of your choice. - Mix the sauces together really good, the brown sugar with lump and we don't need no sugar lumps! - Once the sauce is mixed, taste test it. Is it good? Good now pour that s**t on top of your meatloaf and smooth it out so it gets a nice coat of sauce. - Put that loaf into the oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Check up on it occasionally to see how it looks. I usually put mine in for the full 60 minutes. - When time is up pull that bad boy out and let it cool down for a couple of minutes cuz it'll be hot. (make sure you turn off your oven too!!! That is important to the survival of you and your newborn meatloaf) - Cut you a slice and enjoy!
