It's a really, really great starting point for beginners.
I also recommend just...using it every day. Even if you don't fully understand everything, try some writing exercises. I often look up a word/phrase I want to know, look at the hangul, then copy it down - as I write each letter, I make sure I know what it is - if I don't, I look it up. This way, you will learn hangul AND vocabulary at the same time smile

I'd do some research on how hangul works first - it's pretty unique, and might take a little to fully understand how it works. Once you get it though, you've got it ^.^
