Krith was in the middle of the pack, not too far back, but still not close enough to the green for his taste. He whirled around when she did, his smaller form taking the turn almost as well as the blues, and he urged himself to move faster, cutting through the air silently.

Kameth saw the wingtip dip and did his own loop-de-whirl. He wouldn’t be outdone flying by some green, proddy or not. His extra large wings were doing him no good in this crowd. Kameth grumbled as he found himself toward the back of the pack after his antics. She wouldn’t be able to see him back here! Not that she could see him with the bronzes and browns around. Kameth swerved out a bit from the main group as another blue hissed at him.

Zurith, despite his quick start, somehow found himself near the rear of the group with another brightly colored blue. He hissed his disapproval at first being so far back, and second all the other males. The closest being the unfortunate bright blue. All his stupid antics were doing nothing to help him. That slightly helped, but those bellowing bronzes were another matter. Even the browns. Would she bother looking at blues with them to choose from?

When next she looked back Velath saw that two blues had made their way to the front of the pack - she hadn't see these ones in the chase before but that hardly mattered really - they were here now! The bronze was still close to the front as well and closed her wings, dropping precariously close to the front runners just to wheel away again with a playful challenging bugle.

Those...those sharding other males! Pipith hissed angrily at his competition, and swiped out at no one in particular. He wanted this green, and he should have her!

Hadn't she seen him? But he'd looked so good! And actually tried to impress her, unlike some of these others, who only tried to chase and catch her. Would she rather not be treated properly? Wooed, even?
He crooned again, flying after her with a flourish. Pay no mind to those brutes, he urged. They do not know how a lady is to be treated.

As Velath plummeted towards him he reached his neck out to her, crooning increasing in volume. He didn't even get close to catching the agile little green though. A flash of disappointment colored his eyes as she shot away but it was soon gone. Calanoth returned the hiss from the other bronze, as if that glorified brown had any right to challenge him in this flight! The only challenge he'd answer would be the one from Velath.

Troiseth couldn't believe that he got so close, but the larger blue was there too. His mind was still on a tail to tweak, but when the small bronze swiped out at them, he opened his maw to snap at him. As he watched Velath drop infront, all thought of pranks were gone. He dived after her.

Neptanth for his size was not as agile as his smaller blues, but he tried. As the green dived, he took a larger loop to go after her. It was the best he could do and gave a roar to get to her.

Really, some blues were winning? He had no issues with that, not on it's own, but he could certainly empathize with the angry hissing that was being done by some of the others.
He bugled back at the queen after her playful bugle, twisting to dart past one of the other dragons. He wasn't out of this yet.

Milnth was at the back of the pack and he didn't like it much, the unfamiliar weyr, the strangeness of the landscape irritated him, as well as the strange Dragons, the Bronzes chasing, well that was jut unfair but he said nothing, adding nothing to his initial bellow, he just kept flying, trying to get closer to the Green, perhaps sheer determination would win him the day. He certainly hoped so.
There, he saw a break in the pack and surged forwards, gaining a little on the Green, he WOULD win the day, show that even Benden's Browns were great.

Kameth saw an opening form up in the pack. He dove to take it, but was too late. The jostling of the other dragons quickly cut of him. He growled his displeasure. Instead of snapping though, the bright blue pumped his wings; determined to at least get near the front.

Zurith saw the antics of his rival blue and harumphed with distain. He wanted to get as far away from that as he could! He gave a bellow so the green would know he was there and tried to duck under the pack of males and slip ahead. Unfortunately, she dove too which caused the males to dive. Zurith had to swerve to the side to avoid being being hit by bigger dragons.

This was turning out to be great fun - all of this attention on her, Velath! She deserved the attention she knew she did and what was that..was one of them speaking to her. Pleased with his words she crooned at the following brown even as she surged ahead determined not to let any of them catch her that easily.

When one of the blues dared to snap at him - nevermind that he had started it - Pipith growled at the insolent dragon and purposely struck at his tail. He dove, though, causing him to miss. He snarled again, frustrated, and followed after the blue.. And Velath, of course. They were all going in the same direction.
