we went to our pricipal about 5 months ago trying to get them to start a paintball team at our school and she said if we got enough students willing to sign they would consider it. So we went to all 3 lunch periods got over 500 signatures and to this day still have not heard anything from the principal

its probably a waste of time even though it is worth it but the schools probably wont want to fund it

I know of some schools in California that have paintball teams. Unfortunately, schools where I am won't allow teams. They think it's dangerous despite the statistics.

man y just high skools y not collige and jr.high but think about it another sprot 2 get a scolership on 2 go 2 collige think if u have a pattion ur parents would whant that kuz like its expensive and stuff and in jr.high it would b ezer mayb but it would b like still hard as hell but if u get that its like helps in like umm damn i 4 got but it helps with something +u gota tihink about it probly the hole damn skool is going 2 b 2 cout up in it 2 get in to troble and fights and stuff so that would b sweet its like a pice offering also go 2 ppl and like tell them that its an edacational sport witch it is kuz it kan use math and science so yeah i say go 4 it

Me and my friends have been trying to get a team at our school..but I don't think it's going so well. sweatdrop

See my school could really use it. Our football team sucks and I know for a fact, i'd actually enjoy school for something other than band. If my school were to have paintball as a highschool sport, i'd join without hesistating. I might even *gasps* drop band for it! eek Yes, i said it, i'd drop band for paintball. Sadly, i'm pretty certain I'd need an act of god to convince them to make it a sport. Sides, it'd probaly take awhile for it catch on. And when it did, I'll've (I will have) already graduated. So what's the point? sad

I would like taht but sadly i dont think it will happen, because being guns, even though paintball guns, it could be seen as promoting violence.

i actually tried to convince my schools ROTC to form a paintball team or something just because i love paintball and take any chance i can to play and get others to play. Unfortunately they completely shot the idea down on account of money issues. Paintball is expensive and they cant afford it. (cuz they are too busy putting all their money into the football team). There are some colleges around here that have teams though.

it would be hard to get one in a school, but I would agree..Maybe I'll try and make one next year.

There are some colleges around here that have teams though. but there's a difference between a Middle or a High School then a Collage they can afford some luxury's like that but they might be frat team's a club team that is self funded but what the hey just keep trying to convince you school because football is just a little bit stupid there is no point that keeps you intrested tell them that and paintball requires a lot of brains

make it a club then get 3 patitions one for the studants one for parents and one for staff and explain the sport of paintball in each one and get as meny sigs as possible
