"Presumably!" Henrick notes cheerfully. "Unless they've already forgotten you...but in that case, you shouldn't want to work for them anyway, huh?" He grins. "So how did you two pretty ladies get picked for this, anyway?"

His height is very convenient. His eyes are right at breast level.

A Scottish woman walked around a puddle, it wouldn't do to get her hosiery soaked while looking around for those lotus characters. As she molded herself more into the crowd, Laurel looked in hope to spot the group? She wasn't even sure what she had to look for. The gathered crowd was a mixed bunch of humans. And even though she had been too London before, this wasn't a place she'd visited.

Her golden eyes glared at the gathered group as she tried again to pin point those she needed. She also strained her ears trying to catch anything useful information, but so far all she heard was gossip. Gossip about lotus, Janus, and even how she was dressed like a highlander man. She scoffed mentally at that duo, they didn't know anything.

She uttered a groan and walked around a bit, hoping that an idea would suddenly come to her before she lost all patience.

Henrick is laughing and turns around fast...just in time to admittedly accidentally faceplant in the Scottish newcomer's...busom. His eyes snap open. "Whoo! There's a shock to the system for ya."

Eisul was tempted to slap the little man, but she kept her cool which was a remarkable feat considering her short temper. With clenched hands, she smiled happily. She noted in her mind that a good thing about Hanboks were that they didn't cling to the body and so the old man would have to use alot of his imagination if he wanted to think anything of her.

"They heard of me here and there. Apparently they thought that my skills would be of use and recruited me. Of course I couldn't believe it at first, it didn't sound like it could be anything real. Too much like a manhwa."

((Manhwa = manga in Korean. Hanbok = Korean traditional dress.))

Dzaya had been about to respond when Henrick spun around - and also noticed his response. Well, that girl probably wasn't going to be very happy - not that she'd been happy about the way he'd been looking at them, but it wasn't as if her shape was very noticable under her clothing.

So she gave a simple resonse before watching the events unfolding, curiously. "My skills were needed."

You could tell she wasn't much of a talker...

Laurel yelped and jumped back but only to have enough for her raised hand. When normally she preferred to give men a punch to the gut, this was to great an offense. She spread her fingers and threw her hand down against the short man's face. "You need to watch where you are going, sir," she stated in a cold voice. The woman rearranged her sporran while waiting for her apology.

"Yeeow!" The elderly sailor makes a face, rubbing his cheek after nearly being knocked to the ground. "Yeesh. It was an accident...gotta be quicker on apologies to highlanders in the future. You dress and hit like a man. Guess you're one of the new Lotus...blokes...too?"

At hearing Henrick's comment, Dzaya gave a more attentive scan of the new woman. Hm...well, she seemed more like a fighter then Eisul did, in any case. Whether that was a good or a bad thing remained to be seen.

She waited a few more moments, to see if she would confirm it. If so, then she'd go ahead and introduce herself...until then, she was content to remain a bystander.

Her face closed in, glowering at the talkative man. "And you know about Lotus?" she asked while choosing to neither answer nor appear to bother with the rest of his comments. Laurel had yet to even notice that there were two other females by him. Why would anyone both to stay near a dirty minded old man, she asked herself while controlling her urge to attack.

"Well, yeah. Some Lotus guy told me to hang out here and let the new recruits know you're in the right place, but he didn't say anything about it bein' a battlefront. It ain't my fault my head's where...well...it ain't." Henrick seems to find this amusing in some way, and snickers at his own words again. "These two here are Lotus types too, but they don't hit as hard."

Raising a bell sleeve to her face, Eisul covered her amusement. She wanted, willed, for the new comer to slap the man once more. The man was a dirty old fart and a perverted one at that. But she needed to retain her act and so she mourned internally as she watched and was tempted to strike out. Though she was pleased that the Scottish woman had thrown a blow, it didn't appease her appetite to do so herself.

At the comment about not hitting as hard, that smirk made a return visit to her face. She felt the need to defend her pride against it, and the smirk was somewhat obligatory to that...Dzaya didn't know what, but it always was.

"You didn't stick your head in my chest," was her - rather blunt - explanation for that. If he had, she wouldn't have just idly been watching.

Turning towards the newcomer, she gave another slight bow of greeting, "I'm Delgerdzaya."

Laurel now finally paid proper attention to the two other women. She snickers softly, the three couldn't look any different from each other if they had tried: a tall, oddly dressed woman who seemed not speak often, and a young woman in a full blown dress, whom looked very... proper. She turned to grumble at the old man, ignoring her itch to smack him once again, "Alright then, I am here for Lotus. And since you were told to be here, do you know how long we must wait and waste time?"

The woman's head turned slightly when she saw a dark mauve sleeve move, she wondered why the lady just didn't laugh instead of hiding her amusement. Maybe it's some culture thing?

Laurel heard the name and didn't even bother trying to turn it around in her mind, it was too damn strange. "Oi, I'm Laurel of the Gordon clan."

"I did not hit you at all." Was the only reply she gave to the man before turning her attentions to the woman of Scotland.

The woman had bright blonde hair and was tall, a contrast from what Eisul was, and she stood strong. She was a lovely woman though in no way did her appearance make her look weak, at least not in the Korean woman's eyes. In a way, she envied her. She was always being mistaken to be a weakling and to be years younger than her actual age.

Giving an internal sigh, she gave a bow and introduced herself as Lee, Eisul and shook her head in reply to Laurel's question.

"Yeah, yeah...hopefully the Lotus men don't have glass jaws," Henrick notes as he walks off to get a better look at someone else who looks like a potential Lotus recruit, leaving the women to talk. (It turns out to be a woman in a rather tacky dress, and he receives a purse to the head for the question.)
