Blissfully denying what is instinct- - Since the beginning
I’ve seen color
But lately it’s been tainted
With grays and under-glows- ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀
Jack smiled brightly as he was invited onto the stage. His angular eyes scanned the crowd with much excitement. He waved and turned his gaze towards Caeser Flickerman. “It’s good to be here Caesar!” He exclaimed brightly.
Getting this overwith would be a dream. He’d only have to put up this façade as long as he was on the camera.

What am I doing?: interviewing******************************** ************* **** Caesar laughed and shook the boy's hand, gesturing for him to sit. "Now I have three questions for you today." "One, what is your family like? Two, are you liking the city? And lastly, what do you do back home?" He could tell the boy was anxious, so he decided he might as well let this end quickly. ************************************************************************* What do we have without a little familiarity?(OOC. sorry I was gone so long, I've been busy with a whole lot of stuff.)

Jack sat and forced himself to smile. How could he tell the crowd about his family without seeming too depressing. “Well right now it’s only my mum and me. My dad and my little sister unfortunetly aren’t with us anymore,” He lied about the last part. He knew his little sister Lilac was still alive, but he knew that might leave open eneded questions that he wouldn’t be able to answer without expressing his distaste for the Capitol.
“The city’s wonderful, I love the high-tech aspects that remind me of home. The train ride over was very smooth, but I found that I’m not very good with operating the doors. I got locked in a cleaning closet on the train and didn’t find my way out until one of the cleaning ladies heard me,” He mused trying to keep himself interesting while still being human.
“Back home I worked on keeping buildings from collapsing I guess you could say though my main focus was learning medicine.” He didn’t want to say much more and give away anything about himself that would alert the other tributes to his abilities.

What am I doing?: ******************************** ************* **** Caesar heard the crowd gasp when the boy said part of his family was gone. " I'm very sorry to hear that." He let a moment go by before proceeding to talk. " Ha! That's a funny story, though I do wonder how you even came to be in the cleaning closet." He shook the boy's hand and said once more, "Jack Blank everybody!" Afterwards, he interviewed District 4, the girl, Haelie, was dressed with similarities to a mermaid, with shimmering scales painted around her eyes. ************************************************************************* What do we have without a little familiarity?

" Now, everybody, are you ready for our young lady from District 7? Well here she comes, the beautiful Sage Tyas!" "Is there anyone I can help?"
Sage smiled as she walked onto the stage, her smile still holding her shy personality. She gracefully walked over to Caesar. She shook his hand and sat down when he did. It took a minute for her applause to quiet down. Sage crossed her ankles and smiled at Caesar.

Sage smiled and faced towards Caesar. She thought about his question. "Well, there aren't as many trees here. But I still like it very much." She said, the audience laughed. "Also there's a lot more technology here than at home. It's new but it intrigues me." She said kindly.

Sage smiled and chuckled along with the crowd. She again took a moment to think about her question. This one was actually difficult. "Well I'm hoping..." She said lifting her fingers crossing them, "That there will be plenty of trees. Because then it will be like just spending time at home." She said smiling. "But in reality I'm going to try to get to know my surroundings then I'll make up my final plan." Sage said hoping it would get a good response.

Pheobe Madison  Pheobe pranced across the stage and took a seat next to Ceaser. Her dress column red with brilliant colors. Her accessories just a colorful as her dress. Pheobe smiled brightly at the crowd and waved excitedly. "Hi Ceaser! How are you?" She asked, batting her eye lashes flirtatiously. Wearing.
