"As cliche as it sounds, listen to your weapon. Not like advice wiser persay, but just feel what they have to say in a fight. Sylvia sings, and sometimes, sometimes if I read between the strange songs I move with her and just... I kick monsters a**. It's amazing."

Melvin laughed, and turned to look at the other trainee. "I've had a few flip their lid. I think their just a bit over sensitive, but then again, you stay on a island for too long and you're bound to go crazy. As a note, hit me with one of these rocks if I start having split second mood swings like some of the guys I've already met."
Don't you need to have real emotions to have mood swings.

I'm not going to say a damn thing when you're in a fight. That way you can hear me laugh when a arrow those through your face.

The light mood he had was crushed before he rubbed his temple. "Listening to a weapon sounds nice when they aren't horribly annoying. If it wasn't in my head, I'd wear ear plugs." He looked over at Ro and his weapon. "Getting along with yours?"

"Well flipping their lid, umm Sasha didn't flip but she was very... stern. Abrasive maybe, Rep's never really flipped at me... honestly no one has flipped out yet, just grumped at me?" He tilted his head shrugging, "Rock to the head. Roger."
There was a lul in conversation a clear conversation with a weapon was going on so Roland did little in that time then push a bit of rubble over to the pile before looking up again at the question of getting along with Sylvia.
"Depends. If I say uhhh something she disagrees with."

"Er like her weight, singing, or me generally being ahh stupid, then yeah she gets rather... loud. In my head. Otherwise she isn't too terrible." Really it was like dealing with Rep, avoid the hot topics and you could get along, at least as long as she was happy.

"I haven't met Sasha. I've met Rep. He decided to surprise me by throwing his massive axe at my head to test out - what was it - a shield. Then he started shouting about some little thing with healing. Seems very easy to push his buttons. Then again, luckily I have a shield. It all works in the end." He doubted he'd see too much of the people he met anyways. Rep was a sun and not in his group.
