╔══════════════╗Angel sat quitely in the chair. He looked at the food then at his master. He quickly took a small nibble of eggs. As soon as his taste buds began to to work again, his face lit up. "Yummy.." he said happily. When he heard his master's brother's question he tensed up. "Well, I really don't like to talk about my past..." he said softly as he rubbed his small arm. Talking about his past reminded him of all the bruises, scars and cigarette burnt marks that still covered his small body. He stayed quitely but quickly sensed his master's dislike for his parents.

 Marcus smiled when Angel took a bite of his food "Koda can cook cant he." he said with a chuckle. "Dont be shy." he said "Eat as much as you want.". He turned back to his brother "See, he doesn't even want to talk about it." he said, a growl underlaying his tone. Koda glared at his older brother, his green eyes darkening. "Do not test me little brother." Marcus threatened, his red eyes dancing with flames. The younger male slammed his fists down on the table, standing up. "You are going to have to come home some day Marcus!!" he burst out, wincing when he saw his brother's expression. Though it seemed like a random out burst, the two had been up all night arguing about it. The candle's flames burst into tall pillars as Marcus stood "GET OUT!" he yelled "AND TELL THEM I WILL COME HOME WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER!". With that said Koda shook with anger, not saying another word as he spun and marched out of the house.
Marcus fell back into his chair, the flames dieing and flickering out as the male put his head in his hands. Tears ran down his cheeks fizzing as they touched his hot skin. He felt horrid for screaming at his brother but his parents were a soft subject, one that made his temp flare. Koda was the only person who loved him or cared for him. The only one that ever spoke to him. It wasnt the first fight they had ever had but Marcus still felt sick for how he lost his temper. As he cried softly he completely forgot that Angel was there watching him. XxXIrrelivent_InsanityXxX

╔══════════════╗Angel ate more but when he heard the arguement he quickly stopped. He didn't like people arguing because someone always got hurt in the end. Angel whimpered softly but when he saw the pillars of fire he ran away and hid inside one of the cabinets. He curled up and covered his ears. Angel's eyes were overflowing with tears. He whimpered more but stopped when he only smelled his master. He peeked his head from the cabinet and whimpered when he saw Marcus crying. He slowly got out of the cabinet and went over to his master and nudged him gently and licked his cheek gently to wipe his tears away.

Marcus jumped slightly when Angel nudged him, not used to having anyone there when he was upset. He looked at the neko with water red eyes, "Im sorry. I wouldnt ever hurt anyone." he said in a soft shaky voice. He hadnt seen the boy run but he could plainly see the tears in his eyes. "I didnt mean to make you cry. Im sorry." he said, reaching out a gentle hand to wipe away his tears. XxXIrrelivent_InsanityXxX

╔══════════════╗Angel touched his master's cheek gently. "I don't want master to be upset." Angel said softly as he looked at him with gentle green eyes.

Marcus shook his head "Please call me Marcus." he replied. He reached out and gently ruffled Angel's hair "You should finish your breakfast then we can get you a bath and ill show you around.". ╔══════════════╗Angel nodded his small head when he was told to call his master by his first name. Angel slowly made his way back onto the chair and took a nibble of his eggs. He ate slowly and when he was done he quickly washed the dishes. "Master Marcus, would you like me to wash your dishes.?" He asked softly
