In the RP Skeleton Rules you mentioned some limits on the number of attribute points
Captain-Commander [x//600], Captains [x//550], Lieutenants [x//500], Seated [x//450], Unseated [x//400]
King of Hueco Mundo [x//600], Espadas [x//550], Fraccion [x//500], Rogue Arrancars [x//500]
and even when I made my character you asked me to drop 10 points becuase my character of over 550 total but I see that most of the other character have not followed this rule. Whats up with that?

Anyone and everyone in the Royal Guard gets 600 attribute points.

I was not informed about this and also why to are two spirit kings that makes no scene. @Midnight Xsis: What is up with the character Yui why do they have 700 points they are not listed within the royal guard but are as strong as the spirit king(s) is there another group of character that get 700 points or is it a guild captain bonus. I suggest editing the RP Skeleton Rules to show the points given to every existing rank

When adding Power levels to my attacks i found myself crippled in number of chooses, I request changing it so it appears like this
1/10 - 3/10 - speed 40 or above to dodge
4/10 - speed 60 or above to dodge
5/10 - speed 70 or above to dodge
6/10 - speed 80 or above to dodge
7/10 - speed 90 or above to dodge
8/10 - speed 100 0r above to dodge
9/10 - Cannot be dodged or blocked
10/10 - Cannot be dodged or blocked
simply because i want an attack that need speed 90+ in-order to dodge or block

This will be the last question of the day Tournament Ruls Only Vizards can use their masks. It would be unfair for a race like Shinigami to use a vizard mask. Arrancar may be able to use both released and unreleased forms in the tournament. For those who will have vizard powers, Espada shouldn't have to use anything above their first release. Captains with Bankai in the series who fight Espada with a Bankai have not lost, but have a hard time winning the battle sending shinigami near death. Is this saying that Vizards can use their mask against anyone, because I find that makes it tilt to whom ever is a Vizard and even more so to a vice captain Vizard.

Sorry I have to post at this. I agree that our PL system is a little weird right now, but Midnight just instated it a few days ago so it's going to be a bit buggy for now. I appreciate your suggestions on that, and I'm sure Midnight will too.
As for your tournament questions, in your sign-up the reason you have to specify between member and crew is because as the post says Crew has to participate. By saying your a member it lets Midnight know you're doing it because you want to. Rule 3 says that Shikai and Bankai are available for use. I understand that some of the wording on the rules are confusing and could be simplified, but in fairness, and no offense intended, I can barely understand your question on that last post, so maybe you shouldn't be so picky on wording. sweatdrop
Also I think that particular explanation was meant to say that while a Vizard can use his mask whenever, it's saying that by just doing that it doesn't mean that the match is automatically in favor of the Vizard. Again, I agree that this explanation could use some clarification, so thank you for pointing it out.
I will personally pm Midnight about this and it will be edited to be made clearer.

god damn I maid more mistakes while typing stressed what is up with me today. I meant that in the rules it says captains can't use bankai against Vice-Captains without bankai, which is fair but it didn't say if a Visored couldn't use their mask. That is a game changer and in match with both RPCs having bankai the one that can also use the mask is the one with the ace and more likely to win.

1. As Mochii said, all Royal Guards are allowed 600.
2. Yui is my baby /jokes. His stats are only out of 700 but they aren't. Either way did you notice that his profile says "Singularity"? Hence why. I won't be officially introducing his identity until it's needed though.
- You weren't informed because you're not a part of the Crew. Only Crew members can be Royal Guards.
- I have my own sense of direction for the plot. I won't reveal to anyone (besides those I want to) those details. There's a reason for everything in the world.
- I'm not really sure what you mean by every existing rank. I'm pretty sure I listed them (with the exception of Quincies / Bounts / Humans)
3. I clearly some of you didn't realise but originally 100/100 was the highest but people started putting 110 etc, so I allowed it. I'll send an announcement about it later.
4. THE TOURNAMENTS ARE NOT OPEN!!!! Everything has just been uploaded so I can get a sense of where to start. Thanks for the suggestion but I haven't decided anything. Also you don't win by literally winning the fight, you win through getting the highest scores for your RPing.

Wait I take back what I said this is not good enough for me. - You never said why their were two spirit kings - what is a Singularity and can I have a singularity RPC - It would be great if the attribute point for the Humans, and Bounts were shown to - and lastly no one should have more then 2 unblock-able and un-dodge-able attacks, who needs more then that. Lucky so fare most people have shown restraint but two should be limit of 10/10 attack and 9/10 should be limited to 2 as-well.

Quite honestly, nothing seems good enough for you. Why join a guild if you're going to complain about everything the guild Captain does?
